In 2019, she became certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and has since been helping her clients navigate nutrition with evidence-based practices and a bioindividual approach. She has found a unique way to fuse her talent for comedy with her nutritional wisdom to bring laughter, joy, and common sense to her clients and social media audience.
Kendall is the creator of "Sardine Week," Shark Week's smaller and more nutrition-focused cousin, where she shares recipes and fun facts on the health benefits of sardines!
