This podcast is about navigating through your twenties. Our twenties are a time of exploration into ourselves and it can often seem difficult or confusing. I made this podcast because I am currently in the midst of my 20's and let's be honest does anyone know what the hell they are doing? So I decided why not share with everyone what I have experienced thus far and with the help of friends hopefully we can process this time together.

During these trying times I felt that it was necessary to provide ways to value ones self without using any external factors like your occupation or even day to day tasks.
