3.25 What is Our Culture Stack? w/ Guest Gary Arnell
I have known Gary for a number of years, and when I heard him on Greg Denning's podcast (who was in episode 14 this season) I knew that I had to have Gary on the show. Because Gary shares something that I haven't heard anyone else ever talk about, not as he did at least. In that episode on Greg's show and in this episode right here Gary talks about the foundations of our culture, of our group psychology, of our attitudes and morals. He calls it our Culture Stack, drawing on a technology stack, the order, and components necessary to yield the desired result. Gary explains all of that beautifully in this episode and gives pointers on what we can do to positively influence our Culture Stack in order for it to give us the results we actually want.
Remember, you can rewrite your stars, and when you understand your influences on a societal level, it gives you more power to be who you were meant to be.
