Welcome back to another episode of “Helping Others Win” with your hosts Anthony Tabor and Shaynna Taylor.

Today's episode features Sam Dolciné, the founder of Black Real Estate Dialogue (BRED) podcast. Sam shares his journey from Brooklyn, New York, to Los Angeles and his background in Human Resources. He discusses how his struggle to qualify for property investment in LA led him to research and discover the lack of resources for Black investors. This realization, along with learning about redlining and racially restrictive covenants, inspired him to start BRED in 2018.

Sam emphasizes the importance of educating others on real estate investment, especially for Black Americans who have historically faced barriers to property ownership. He believes that real estate investing is a viable option for everyone, regardless of their financial status, and aims to share success stories and provide information in a way that's relatable and accessible.

Listen in to hear Sam's message about empowerment and starting where you are! He encourages people to take the first step towards their real estate goals and emphasizes that with determination and education, anyone can succeed in real estate investing.
