In this episode I talk with my old friend Kara Thornhill. Kara is a passionate mental health advocate who recently started her own Mental Health support service called Maverick Supports. We chat about a whole range of things including living with her own mental health conditions, recently being diagnosed with ADHD and losing friends because of our mental health. We also talk about why she started Maverick Supports an just how she hopes to change the game when supporting good mental health.
