Tonight we have a specialepisode about crises and how they
(02:17):
put us back in alignment withour blueprint. So I'm wondering,
how many of you haveexperienced a crisis, maybe two,
maybe three in your life. Haveyou ever wondered what the point
of that crisis was? Was itsomething that made you stop in your
(02:45):
life, re evaluate, changedirections, something that was so
overwhelmingly provocativethat it caused you to route? We're
going to talk about crisestoday and exactly what effect they
(03:08):
have on us and why they appearin our lives. Has anyone experienced
such a crisis in their lifethat really made them wonder, what
the heck is this all about? Isthere any way that I could have avoided
(03:30):
this altogether and not had togo through this awful experience
in my life? Is there any wayto reroute this terrible experience
I had? Or maybe can I just notdo it next time? So we want to talk
(03:54):
about crises and how theyimpact our lives and what the overall
purpose of, of a crisis is.And this can be very frustrating
because nobody likes to have acrisis. Nobody likes to be stopped
in their tracks and becompletely derailed from what they
thought, the path that theywere following. They thought they
(04:16):
were headed the right way andall of a sudden it's like the carpet's
been swept out from underneathyour feet and you're airborne and
you have no idea how you'regoing to land or where you're going
to land or what's going tohappen. And, and I'm going to give
you an example of this verything that happened to me in my life
that did that very thing. Inmy book, I describe a story, there's
(04:44):
a story about this dog namedNick. And he was a really big German
shepherd dog in my life. Andhe's a very unique dog because no
matter how many times I triedto give him away, he kept coming
back. He was not done with me.And he had a very special purpose
(05:10):
in my life. His guide, hisname was Oscar and he works through
the energy of the lion and theblack and tan coon hound. And he
is a very patient, loyal, veryall knowing, grounded masculine energy.
(05:33):
And he carries our courage andour ability to defend ourselves,
look out for ourselves, speakup for ourselves and our, our courage
to stand in our own energy. Hecarries this for us until we are
ready. And he just quietlysits next to us. This, this wonderful
(06:00):
dog here just quietly watchedwhile I headed off on the wrong path
in my life. Well, I gotdistracted. I headed off kilter of
my path and he just watched. And I made all the wrong choices,
including giving him away. Andhe twilled, twirled his little wand
(06:21):
and he found his way backbecause he knew that I was going
to need him very shortly. Heknew what was coming even though
I didn't. And I described thisstory in the book. So this dog was
in my life primarily in myway. Early teens, all the way through
(06:43):
high school. He had a veryspecific message for me that I was
not hearing. And it was aboutfinding my way through all this rage
that I was carrying aroundwith me. I didn't know it, I didn't
know that I was holding on toall this rage. Rage around my family,
around my environment, where Iwas living, how I felt powerless
(07:04):
in life. And he carried this,he carried me while the rage just
buried me down so deep, so faraway from my own soul that I didn't
even know it was there. But heknew that it needed to come up in
order for me to be myself, inorder for me to find myself and to
(07:31):
find my path because I was wayoff my path at that point. So in
order for me to find mydirection back to my timeline that
I had set, that I wanted tomaintain, he knew that this needed
to happen. He knew that Ineeded to find a way to express this
(07:52):
rage. But I Didn't even knowit was there. So what happened was
I had a major crisis in mylife. And that crisis is in the book.
What happened was I was on abicycle ride. Of all the things,
my worst nightmare finallyhappened one day, and I got hit by
a car. And this event sent meinto a version of rage that I didn't
(08:20):
even see was happening then, like a very quiet rage. And what
happened was, as I became soimmobilized from. From the. The accident
because my back had fracturedwhen I got hit by the car, I couldn't
stand, I couldn't walk, Icouldn't eat. I was completely dependent
(08:40):
on other people. I was in thehospital for several days. And what
it provided for me was thisdecoding or unveiling of all this
rage that was pent up insideme. And I didn't even know it, because
(09:01):
as I was feeling sounempowered, feeling so victimized
and unable to do anything Iwanted to do, I began to feel this
rage just boil up inside ofme. And it began to just seep out,
(09:23):
out of my pores, because Ifought it. I didn't even want to
know it was there. Even thoughit was trying to show itself to me.
I fought it. Because that'swhat I have been taught to do my
whole life, is to suppressthose emotions, suppress all of those
feelings. Don't let them show.Don't even acknowledge that you have
(09:46):
them. Pretend it's not there. And so that's what I was trying to
do. But this rage had its waywith me, and it exploded out of me.
And I was there on a hospitalgurney, and I couldn't run from the
rage, which is typically whatI would do as a teenager, is to just
(10:08):
run away. So I had to face it.And throughout this experience, I
did learn a few things. Andthe experience itself caused me to
take a look at the path that Iwas on and where I really wanted
(10:29):
to go. Was this the right pathfor me? Had I missed something? And
that it also helped me to lookat my emotions again, to acknowledge
them, although I didn't. Iwasn't able to do that, do that to
any significant depth at thatpoint in my life. Not like I do now,
(10:54):
but it did sort of unleash thebeast so that I could at least identify
it. So that was the startingpoint for me. And that was the gift
that Oscar brought me thatday. That was the gift that he wanted
(11:15):
to share with me. I couldn'tsee it at the time. I just thought,
woe is me. I'M right here inthe middle of my college career and
all of a sudden everything'schanged. I may not be able to go
to school because I can't situp for three months. I may not ever
be able to get back on my bikebecause the doctor says I can't ride
my bike for six months. And Iwasn't even sure if I was going to
(11:37):
be able to enroll in thatsemester's courses because I, if
I can't sit, then I can'tdrive the, the three hours to get
to school and I can't sit inclass and yada yada, yada. So all
of a sudden my life ischanging. So this crisis really forced
me. It was just like anexplosion. It just throws all the
(11:57):
chips up in the air and you'rejust wondering where are they going
to fall? What am I going to beable to, to do? I can see a lot of
things here that I can't do.What will I be able to do? Is this
going to have any long termeffect on my life or is it just going
to be a passing ship in mylife? At the point of the crisis,
(12:19):
you don't know these answers. You're just in a moment of panic
trying to get through thecrisis and, and you just don't know
the answers. You don't knowwhat the future holds for you. Everything
could change. And what wouldhappen if everything did change?
How bad would that be? Thoseare some of the thoughts that you
(12:43):
have running through your headwhen you're having this crisis. In
this moment of panic, whatwere you supposed to learn from it?
Or was it a matter of someoneelse making a mistake? Maybe you
felt like it didn't have amessage for you. You were just the
victim of someone else'smistake or the victim of someone
(13:04):
else's bad day. Yeah, that'spossible too, isn't it? Oscar wants
to teach you about this crisisis that crises happen in our lives
for a reason. And normallyit's purpose is to draw us back to
(13:31):
our timeline. And that's whatwe're talking about today. Your blueprint,
your timeline, your blueprint. It's that plan that you had when
you came here. You had a planthat you wanted to achieve, you had
goals that you wanted toachieve while you were here. And
(13:52):
you had a general plan for howyou are going to do all that. Well,
when we get here, things getreally distorted and confusing and
commonly we tend to lose ourway, go off in another direction.
We get distracted, we getturned around, we get confused and
(14:16):
we forget why we're here. Andso a crisis is a really loud call
to action. It means, hello, you have forgotten why you came here.
You're about to go the wrongway down a one way street. And its
(14:38):
purpose is to bring you backto your primary blueprint, your primary
direction that you intended togo. Because if you keep going the
direction you are going, you're going to get so far away,
you're not going to make it,you're going to miss the ship. So
(14:59):
these chapters, thesebookmarks will say, these bookmarks
were set up as a reminder for,for you to redirect, for you to change
your course, for you to findyour way back to the direction, the
itinerary that you set beforeyou got here. So depending on, number
(15:26):
one, how well you listen, number two, how far off track you
are, and number three, howwilling you are to follow that guidance
and to make those changes willdetermine how loud your message is.
(15:51):
In my book, you can see themessages getting louder and louder
and louder. So I had missedthe subtle messages from Oscar, from
my dog Nick. And I wasn'tgetting the clue, I wasn't catching
on, I wasn't answering thephone. And they had to get really
(16:15):
creative and find somethingthat would get my attention. And
since I constantly worriedabout getting hit by a car, this
was a great opportunity, thiswas a great option for them to use
to get my attention. Not onlybecause it was something I feared
(16:39):
a lot, but also because itrequired me to be still and have
no other choice but to listen. You see how that works? The crisis
will disable us enough thatthe only thing we can do is listen.
(17:03):
So we get to a point ofdesperation where we're like, tell
me how to get out of thisbecause I don't like this. And then
you're ready to listen, thenyou're ready to receive. Until you
are ready to receive, toabsorb, to hear it. No matter what
(17:24):
anybody does to try and helpyou, it won't work. So you have to
get to that point where you'redesperate enough that you're ready
to make a change. No matterwhat I have to do, I want to get
out of this uncomfortablesituation, right? So if you've had
a crisis like that, then youdefinitely know firsthand how it
(17:50):
feels. If we're not listeningto the message and we're not integrating
the learning that's meant bythe message, by the crisis, then
we just keep having one crisisafter another. And that's, that's
the trap that you want toavoid. Because what ends up happening
(18:11):
is they'll get louder andlouder and louder. And that's when
the bigger crisis come in.That's when the bigger disasters
happen to. In order to reallyget your attention. Just like I described,
the more. The more disabled orimmobilized you are, the more powerful
the message. Because all. Theonly thing you can do at that point
(18:33):
is listen. That was what themessage was. When Oscar was in my
life, Nick was in my life. Hewas bringing that message to me,
bless his heart. Even though Itried to get rid of him and give
him away, he kept coming backbecause he knew that I needed him.
(18:55):
And he was still in my life atthat point, only because he brought
himself back, not because Idecided to keep him, but he found
his way back to me becausehe's. That he was that creative and
that determined. Howling atthe Moon is a. Is a platform where
(19:15):
I share the channeled messagesfrom the canine spirit guides, the
canine spirit guides that areright about in my book. And they
are here to help humanity healthrough energetic healing. And I
channel that energetic healingto my clients and to my students
(19:40):
in my groups. And this is myavailable platform for people to
experience the guides forthemselves. Because what I do is
I channel in their beautifulfrequency and sometimes their upgrades.
Like tonight, Oscar is goingto be giving us a gift. And so that's
(20:02):
what we do on this show,Howling at the Moon with the canine
guides. So howling at the Moonis something very obscure that the
canines do. And we as humansdon't necessarily understand that.
And that's what this showdoes. That's what we do here is we
talk about obscure things thatwe don't necessarily understand yet
(20:22):
they probably have a veryprofound meaning behind them. And
it's our job as human beingsto unravel the mystery and understand
the true inner workings of anevent or a function or. Or a thought
or a feeling. You name it.Like, there's so many options that
(20:48):
we could talk about. Buttonight we're talking about how crisis
really brings us back intoalignment with our blueprint. And
that's a hard pill to swallowwhen we realize that we're having
a crisis because we're notlistening to our higher selves, we're
not listening to our guides. We're not listening to the clues
(21:10):
that we've left ourselves, thebread crumbs to help show us the
way along our path. That weneed such a big message that it causes
a disruption in our sense ofsecurity. Sometimes we get really
panicked when we're franticabout our safety about tomorrow,
(21:37):
about how is this going to endup. We just don't know what the future
holds. And that's part of thelesson is being able to find the
calm in the chaos. And that'salso, in my book, that's also something
that comes up quite frequentlyin my private sessions, is being
(21:59):
able to find the calm in thechaos. All right, well, we have an
offering from Öskar. I don'tknow how many of you have experienced
Oscar yet. Öskar is a. Areally calm, fatherly, protective
(22:27):
energy. So when he comes in, Ikind of just feel really grounded
and looked after, like, like afatherly figure. And he just brings
us beautiful energy that'skind of like. It's, it's. It's kind
(22:52):
of like a blanket, but it'slike a. It's like a comforting blanket.
Like someone just wraps thiswarm blanket around you. So we're
going to be working with himtonight. I'm going to bring him into
the room and he has a specialupgrade for everybody. And let's
(23:13):
see, he called it, he's iscalling it the barricade bulldozer.
It. This frequency is going todisintegrate barriers to your blueprint.
So when you're holdingconflict in your energetic field,
(23:34):
no matter what it is. So itcould be the rage that I described,
it could be resistance, ownresistance to seeing what you need
to see. It could be, well, just, it could be anything. So without
getting into each one of youenergetic field, I really can't even
tell you what, what all ispossible because each time I work
(23:57):
with him, I find somethingnew. But. So what he's offering to
give you is an energeticfrequency so that this will be easily
broken up for you and it won'tbe such a. A barrier between you
and your. Your own divinesoul. So your higher self speaking
(24:20):
to you so you can hear yourmessages better and you won't get
to that point where you needthe crisis to get your attention.
So he's going to gift you thisfrequency and it's kind of like an
upgrade, a energetic upgradeso that things will be easier for
(24:41):
you.
