However, the use of AI in HR raises concerns given AI’s potential for problems in areas such as data privacy and bias. These concerns are further amplified in the HR context where decisions can have significant impacts on people’s lives.

Jay holds the Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications. She attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUe), graduating with a master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
