Everyone's talking about AI, butnobody is talking about how to
use it in a way that is completely authentic to you,
aligned with your energy and your unique human design.
What if you could use AI in a way that is completely authentic
to you, aligned with your human design, that allows you to
maintain your unique voice and helps you actually create more

(00:22):
time and space in your business so that you can focus on the
things that actually matter. Those things where your energy
is really required and where youcan make the absolute biggest
difference. I am so excited about this topic
because I personally love to usetechnology and I love to use AI
in a way that really amplifies what I do, and I love to share

(00:44):
that with other entrepreneurs that need it.
If this conversation is something that you already know

aligned with you and your human design.
I'm Vanessa Naja and I help heart centered and so LED

(01:05):
entrepreneurs create businesses that feel good to run and make
an impact through combining tools like human design and
emotional intelligence work withthe authentic use of systems and
technology in your business. We put the repetitive draining
work that really doesn't requireyour your energy on autopilot so

(01:25):
that you can focus on your zone of genius and make the
difference that you were born tomake.
In this video, we're going to talk about AI, why it's such a
hot topic right now, how it is changing the entrepreneurial
landscape, and how you can use it in alignment with your human
design to really amplify your own voice in your business.
I'll also give you some examplesof how I use AI and really how

(01:49):
you can use it in a way that is authentic to you, doesn't have
you lose your voice in a way that it doesn't replace you, but
it actually supports you in creating what you want to
create. So AI is everywhere right now.
We really are in the AI revolution.
It's in the news, social media, and there is definitely a divide

(02:09):
here. When people are talking about
AI, some people are super excited about it and other
people are terrified of it. And some people even really hate
it and wish that it would just go away and that we would go
back to doing things the way that we used to do them.
And that's not going to happen. I mean, this is really like, if
you think about the technological revolution, you

(02:31):
know, back in the day, people used to use typewriters to type
up their essays and their draftsin the articles.
You never see that. Now, technology and computers
have pretty much taken over thattype of work.
And technology is a tool, as is AI.
And the way we use that tool is really what makes a difference

(02:51):
in our business because you can't misuse any kind of tool.
Like the example, if you tried to use a hammer to pull out a
screw, that's not really going to work.
And you're also not really goingto be able to hammer and nail in
with a screwdriver. I mean, you might be able to do
it, but it's probably not going to be very good or solid.
So when it comes to tools like AI and technology in general,

(03:14):
it's really about how you use the tool.
And when we talk about how you use the tool, it really comes
down to being in alignment with your human design and what
really feels true and correct for you when you're using your
tools. Now, when we talk about AI and
the way it's being used in business right now, there is a
flood of tools and promises about what it can do, and it

(03:34):
could feel confusing and intimidating.
Plus it's constantly changing. Every day there is some new way
out of using it. It is very fast-paced, and there
are also a lot of people out there that are using AI in a way
that tries to replace human creativity, which of course
brings up big debates about authenticity.
The opportunity though, is that when you're using AI with

(03:57):
awareness, it can really free upyour energy and time instead of
draining it. And when you're using it
correctly, it is not here to replace you.
It is not here to take over yourvoice.
It is not here to take over yourentire business.
And there are people out there that are using it like that.
However, that completely loses authenticity and doesn't really

(04:17):
attract customers. And even if it is attracting
customers right now, as we move into the new global era, the
shift that we're going through as 2027 approaches, that stuff
is not going to work in the new era.
So let's talk about the new era a little bit.
We are moving from a global era where hierarchy, it was very
much about tribalism, organizations, US versus them

(04:40):
hierarchy. You have a boss, your boss has a
boss, your boss's boss has a boss.
And many people just find themselves as cause in a wheel
and they're not really living out their purpose and doing what
they are here to do. And actually one of the things
that is a big issue right now isthat AI is taking over a lot of
jobs and people are losing theirjobs because of AI.

(05:02):
And that's because AI is now doing the cog in a wheel job and
freeing up humans to really use their creativity and to really
do work that's on purpose for them.
And one of the things that you've probably noticed is this
mass movement from working corporate to actually becoming
entrepreneurs. And it's something that became
really obvious during COVID whenpeople were leaving their

(05:24):
corporations in droves and starting their own businesses.
AI is actually a really fantastic thing that can make
this transition easier for you. One of the things that AI does
and that is so applicable to modern entrepreneurship is that
it really reduces the barrier toentry because of the amount of

(05:46):
money it saves. In the past, the type of
business that you might want to open might have required a lot
of capital to start. You may have needed to hire a
bunch of people to do a bunch oftasks.
Here we go back into that hierarchical thing where you now
have people working underneath you and you have to, you know,
boss people around and really look over everything that

(06:06):
they're doing now. A business that in the past
would have needed multiple employees to get off the ground
and running can be done by just one person with the support of
AI. So AI really is an amazing tool
for entrepreneurship and for both starting and growing and
scaling your business. Let's talk about the mainstream

(06:27):
way that a lot of people have been using it.
These very generic prompts replacing human creativity,
letting AI do all the work for them, do all the writing for
them, really trying to replace who they are.
And it's, it's not authentic andpeople can tell.
And the thing that while AI can do a lot of things for you, can

(06:48):
take care of a lot of this teenylittle meaningless, you know,
busy work that takes up all of your time but doesn't really
involve your genius or your creativity.
AI can do all of that work, but there are several things that AI
can never do. AI is never going to replace
your unique frequency, is never going to replace your emotional

(07:10):
intelligence, and it will also never be able to give your
unique perspective. And this is where human design
comes in, because your frequency, your aura, that
electromagnetic frequency is really what human design is
about and what you discover and become more aware of and refine

(07:30):
and decondition through your journey with human design.
And while people are no longer really paying for things they
used to pay for, like information, which is now a
commodity that can be gotten free on AI, people are paying
for your frequency, for your unique perspective.
And that is really where you want to focus your energy.

(07:51):
So when you are using your time and your energy wisely in your
business by sharing your frequency, by sharing your
perspective, by sharing your energy, that's what people are
going to be paying for and what people are coming to you for.
All of the other stuff AI can take care of.
When we look at using AI throughthe lens of your human design,

(08:12):
the very first thing we want to look at is always coming back to
your strategy and authority, Your inner alignment of knowing
what is correct for you and whatisn't and how to use something
in a way that feels authentic versus using something in a way
that really takes away that authenticity.
And you always want to come backto your own inner authority of

(08:32):
letting you know what is correctfor you.
It's not going to be the same for everybody.
And one thing I always recommendto people when it comes to the
use of AI is start to look at things like where do you not
care at all if AI was used for something and where does it
really bother you? So for example, when it comes to

(08:54):
things like podcast descriptions, I use AI for all
of that. I really don't care if I'm going
to watch somebody's podcast, I don't care who wrote the
description. I'm generally not even going to
read it. And for my own podcast, I also
don't really want to take that time to make it perfect and make
sure all the keywords are in there and all that kind of
stuff. I just let AI do that.

(09:14):
I have custom GPTS set up that get the transcript of my podcast
and they know exactly what to doto just spit out what I'm going
to paste in the description. It's going to find the correct
keywords and the correct tags and I can just paste it in and
move on. And quite frankly, I don't care
if somebody else is doing that. So these are things that you
want to look at also, for example, sales pages.

(09:36):
When you're reading a sales page, provided it sounds like
the person, it doesn't sound super robotic and AI can't do
that now. It can't really write in a way
that sounds like you. If that sales page gives you the
information that you need to make the decision on whether
whatever they are selling is correct for you or not, do you
really care if AI wrote it? If you do, then do not use AI to

(09:58):
write your sales pages. But if you could careless if AI
wrote it, as long as it gives you the information that you
need and you learn more about what you're otentially investing
in. If that really doesn't matter to
you, then go ahead and use AI for those types of things and
just make sure that you have trained it in a way that is
really true to your voice and that you are working with it.

(10:18):
So even while it can write salespages for you, you want to
really work with it and refine, you know, change things.
Make sure things are worded in away that truly speaks to you so
that then that can also speak toyour clients.
And authenticity does matter when it comes to the use of AI,
especially in writing. And there are a lot of different
ways that you can use AI. And a lot of what we're seeing

(10:38):
out there is somebody might say, hey, write me a social poster,
make me a carousel about this. And then they let AI do all of
it. And it's completely lost their
unique perspective and their authenticity.
And even if the AI that they're using is really trained in their
voice and it sounds like them, if their unique perspective
isn't in there, it's really not going to land.

(11:00):
And your unique perspective is so important.
So whenever you are using it to write in your business, you want
to make sure your unique perspective is in there.
And again, you can use it very minimally.
For example, I love to use AI tooutline my podcast episodes.
It keeps me on track. It keeps me from going off on

(11:20):
tangents. But I like to keep the outline
very minimal so I know what order I'm going in, but I can
just riff and really infuse it with my unique perspective.
I never have it right scripted for me.
And that's not to say that writing scripts or using scripts
when you are recording somethingis a bad thing because for some
people it's actually aligned to use a script with their human

(11:41):
design. For me, it is not aligned.
I need to be able to allow to let whatever comes through come
through in the moment. But I like to have a guideline
of where I'm going with that. If you are using it to write
complete scripts, again, you want to make sure that your
unique perspective and your voice is actually in there.
You can partner with it and let it work with you and you can

(12:03):
shape it together. I generally don't recommend
letting AI do the entire thing because again, then your soul,
your frequency, and your unique perspective isn't going to be in
there. And of course, as we're working
with AI and becoming more used to using this new tool, there's
going to be some experimentation.
And I've been using it for a while and I've gone through a

(12:24):
lot of different ways of using it, some ways that I tried and
then I realized later, OK, that doesn't really feel aligned.
So I phased that out. You're going to go through
periods of experimenting and playing with it.
And it's really important that you do that, especially if you
have a third line or a sixth line in your design.
But really for anybody like you, play with it and see what works

(12:44):
for you. See what feels authentic and let
go of the rest. Really notice what feels good
and sustainable to you and do not try to force anything into
A1 size fits all method in my program aligned and automated.
I actually work with people to set up their systems in a way
that feels aligned with their human design and really supports

(13:04):
their business. And that includes how we use AI
in business. And if that's something that
sounds interesting to you, be sure to check out the link in
the description or go directly to vanessanaja.com/automate.
I am launching it as a live group program for the first time
right now. And you can get the best
possible rate that it will ever be and all kinds of really fun

(13:25):
bonuses, including a custom GPT that is designed for you,
trained on your human design, and trained on your unique voice
to help you in all kinds of different ways.
That's a fast action bonus. So it'll be available until my
authority tells me it's ready tolet go of it.
So head on over there now and check it out.

(13:48):
And here's some ways that I savea lot of time every week using
AI in my business. So I already mentioned the
podcast summaries, the podcast descriptions, that kind of
stuff. Another thing that I do is that
I take the transcript of the podcast.

(14:09):
I also take the links for the podcast and I paste them into a
custom GPT that I have created. That then takes all of that
information and creates A blog post that is specifically
optimized for both search engineoptimization and AI search
optimization. Now, I don't post this blog post
anywhere. I don't lead anybody to the blog

(14:30):
post, you probably wouldn't evennecessarily find it on my site
unless you know exactly what URLto type in.
And feel free to try that out, you might find it.
The only reason I'm creating it is because it is for
optimization for people to find me.
And when I use AI in this way, it literally creates a block of

(14:51):
code for me. I just paste the transcript, I
paste the YouTube link in the podcast links into a custom GPT
I've created, and it spits out acode block that I just have to
paste into my blog post. And it formats everything
perfectly, includes all the links.
It includes it exactly in the way it's meant to be in order to

(15:11):
be optimized for both SEO and AIsearch optimization, and it
takes 5 minutes. If I had to do that myself, I
wouldn't. Like I just wouldn't take the
time to do that, and it would probably take me several hours
if I were to take the time instead of 5 minutes.
I also have a disclaimer on there that this blog post was
created by AI based on my materials.

(15:33):
So if somebody does come across it, they know I'm not passing it
off. It's like, oh, I said this
because I didn't. So these are just some examples
that save me hours of time everyweek in my business and also
really set me up for long term success without losing my
authenticity. Because the places in my
business that really require my unique energy, working with my

(15:55):
clients, creating my content, all of those things are really
infused with my unique perspective and my frequency.
So I'd love to hear from you. What are some ways that you
could see AI partnering with youin your business?
Please let me know in the comments.
I would love to hear. And remember, you really can use
AI as a partner. It's not here to replace you.

(16:17):
You're not meant to outsource your entire life or business to
it, but you can't partner with it.
You can and get ideas from it. You can have it help you outline
things or draft things or edit things.
There's so many different ways that you can use it.
And the thing that really matters is that you're using it
in a way that feels truly aligned and correct for you and
aligns with your energy. And that whatever you do create

(16:39):
with it still contains your unique perspective and your
unique frequency. And this episode would not be
complete if we don't talk about emotional intelligence and AIA.
Lot of times the missing piece and how people are using AI in a
very generic way is self-awareness and emotional
intelligence. And when we're using it without

(16:59):
awareness, AI just creates more noise.
Think about all of the crappy content that has been popping up
on social media that is just meaningless, generic and sounds
like a robot. Doesn't really add anything to
the conversation. These are things that are made
really without awareness, without really checking in if
that use of AI was correct or authentic for the person.

(17:21):
And in those instances, AI ends up speaking for you instead of
with you. And you really wanted to speak
with you. You wanted to support your
expression without taking it over.
The result here is that the messaging can look OK on the
surface and it can really sound like the person that created it,
but it doesn't connect because it is not infused with

(17:44):
perspective, with your unique energy, with your emotional
intelligence. And you know exactly what I'm
talking about. I am talking about those posts
on Instagram or wherever else you're scrolling that look
really good, that really sound like they know what they're
talking about, but you just don't feel anything.
You just don't connect because there is no human involvement in
the writing of that post. And I also want to bring in some

(18:08):
of the pitfalls of using AI in the wrong ways.
There was a recent study done byMIT Media Lab and there's an
article that came out called Your Brain on ChatGPT.
And what it found is that when people let AI do all of the
work, and this was specifically done, I believe, on writing
essays without actually adding their own thinking, they ended

(18:29):
up showing weaker engagement andless originality over time.
Translation. Is that that type of use of AI
actually reduces your creativityand your originality, and it's
what really can make your business sound completely
soulless. However, when you're using AI in
an aligned way, in a conscious way, in a way where it supports

(18:50):
you and partners with you versuscompletely outsourcing the work
to it, it's a different story. AI can actually boost your
creativity by helping you come up with ideas that you may not
have come up with on your own, and then letting you build out
those ideas on your own. It can really boost
productivity, which then gives you way more time to use your

(19:11):
creativity in your business to really connect with your
clients, with your audience in your business because you're not
busy doing all the teeny little menial tasks that AI can take
care of. When you're using AI while
honoring your unique human design, following your
authority, it actually becomes areally supportive tool and not
something that totally takes over for you.

(19:31):
And understanding of human design really heightens your
awareness and awareness of how you are doing things.
How you are using tools is so important.
The better that you would know your design, the more that you
embody your unique design, the easier it is to actually really
notice when something feels aligned versus when something
creates resistance and is reallyout of integrity.

(19:53):
And that awareness allows you topartner with AI in a way that
actually really adds value instead of letting it water down
your message or perspective and disconnect you from your
purpose. And if this whole conversation
about using AI in a way that feels authentic, reduces
resistance, and is aligned with your human design, please let me
