Join us on this
journey of self-discovery and
utilize the power of hypnosis toconnect to your higher self.
In this episode, my friend andco-host, shay, is going to be
asking me a series of questionsdirected towards my higher self.
The higher self is the part ofus that knows everything about
us and is also tapped intocollective intelligence.
(00:53):
Even though your higher selfmight have presented different
answers to mine, I invite you,for your best experience, to be
open and connect to your innerwisdom whilst listening to this
podcast, the part that you won'thear is where Shay takes me
into the hypnotic state of mind, which is a state where we can
(01:17):
access the information of oursubconscious mind.
Today's episode is all abouttrust.
What makes it so difficult totrust others and, most
importantly, ourselves and ourintuition?
We will also touch upon somepractical steps on how to build
(01:43):
trust and why is that important.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
Okay, without further
ado, let's dive in Enjoy and I
would like to please ask yourhigher self could please speak
through Archie right now in thistime we have some questions to
(02:09):
ask you.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
I'd like to ask you
how do you define trust?
So the easiest way to imagineis to have this to that place,
(02:30):
because there is a lot ofdistraction, but it's a place in
you.
It's almost like you canimagine it as this energetic
place that it's connected to thewhole field and it's just like
a little spark that's connectedto all these other little sparks
(02:50):
and everything is justconnected with a web, like
spider web.
You can imagine even that andso you basically can feel
everything that's going onaround you and, based on that,
you're always in touch withmovement and change of the
(03:14):
universe, of every single being,of all the energy.
But, yeah, you can imagine itas a place in you where you can,
that you can connect to, whereyou get all the wisdom from, or
all the senses, all theinformation and which get
through the senses based onwhich is based on what is your
(03:35):
primary sense of how you get youthis information in the easiest
way.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
And what makes it
difficult for people to trust
themselves.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
In short, mental
chatter and a lot of emotional
baggage, because, through thetime of just basically coming
here on Earth and being in thisdimension and also operating
with, there is tons of fear here.
(04:07):
It's very dense.
You might have noticed that oryou might feel it on a daily
basis.
It's just something that isalways there and this really
prevents connecting to this deepsense of trust that it's in you
and this is actually.
You could even call itintuition or just your guidance,
(04:29):
actually, and the thing that ispreventing is actually just the
way everyone is raised here andit's a lot about disconnecting.
It's about following socialnorms and not really being
connected to your own truth andexploring that or just exploring
everything outside of our fivesenses.
(04:51):
So, yeah, it's just the way thesystem is here.
The socialization is set up.
It's just not in favor ofpeople being connected to their
intuition or their trust.
But things are changing.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
And how about in
regards to trust the environment
and other people as well?
Is that the same or is it thebelief systems differ?
What makes it difficult forpeople to trust the environment
or other people?
Speaker 2 (05:21):
It's again just this
connection with themselves
really, because if someone isdisconnected from themselves,
they're basically disconnectedfrom the entire web.
It's not so much about otherpeople, it always comes back to
yourself.
You really want to invest inthat connection and really want
to just appreciate it andnourish it and connect with it
(05:46):
as much as possible, becausethat way it's not about trusting
the environment, it's moreabout trusting yourself, and
then you'll know which steps areright to take and you will also
get a sense of what is rightfor you to do, because what is
right for you might not be rightfor someone else, but you will
(06:10):
have this knowing and also thisconfidence in yourself that you
can only know your part, becausethis is the only part you have
control over but also you onlyknow how your body is here to
kind of channel this creativeenergy and it's just about
(06:31):
staying in your lane in terms ofdoing what you are here to do
and when you are connected withthat, it's actually it's not so
much about others, it's alwayscomes back to you yourself, if
that makes sense and how cansomeone connect to that who may
(06:53):
have been disconnected in thepast?
Speaker 1 (06:56):
how can someone trust
themselves and their intuition
more?
Speaker 2 (07:01):
Okay.
So there are many ways, but, inshort, the best thing to start
with is with just havingawareness of this present moment
and stopping.
For example, you can set atimer to just pause, let's say
five times a day, and justreally pause and check in with
(07:23):
your feelings and check in withyour whole energy system.
And that can be in differentsituations.
For example, you can check inwith yourself when you are alone
, or check in when you're inother people's company, and then
you can slowly see how youremotions and thoughts maybe
(07:45):
differ from where, when you'realone, or when you're in nature,
or when you're with otherpeople, and then you can also
sense how other people make youfeel.
And this is these are all justmental notes that you can take
and then observe to and see ifthe way you felt was actually
(08:07):
right.
So that's just one thing, butit's really important to be
mindful or in the moment and tocultivate that.
For some people it's meditation, for other people it's running.
Do something that you know thatyou are in a zone or in a flow
where you know that your mindwill switch off, and that can
(08:29):
also be dance, it really dependson a person, but the thing is
really to have awareness of yourbody and your feelings and just
the whole thing, because yourbody will speak to you if you
listen.
So, cultivating that attunement, and then what you can do is
(08:51):
also ask yourself questions.
For example, I want to explorethis and then set it out there
and then wait for synchronicityin this life to bring you
answers, because the thing is,as I mentioned earlier, you are
connected with everyone throughthis web and whatever you put
(09:16):
out, it can come back.
So it's really important whatkind of energy are you sending
out to in the world and whatyou're focused on?
So that's also one of thethings.
So it's a big subject.
It's important to play with itbecause your mind can make it
very structured and very serious.
(09:37):
But play with it, imagine asbeing a curious child and just
work with that, because that'show it should be.
You know, play, joy, love, allof that.
Speaker 1 (09:51):
Definitely, and why
would you say it would be really
important to cultivate trust inoneself.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
I think I've
mentioned this already, but when
you have this connection, youknow that, first of all, you
don't operate from fear, meaningyour decisions don't stem from
fear, and that itself can createexpansion, can create growth,
can create just positive, if Imay use that word.
(10:22):
I would just stick to expansion.
Actually, it can create growthand expansion in this realm and
in the universe, because fearjust contracts energy and it
kind of makes it dormant, itmakes it stagnant, it doesn't
cultivate life, it sucks lifeout of people.
It sucks life out of people, things, everything.
(10:45):
So, just for a perfect reasonto, if you want to be vibrant,
if you want to just share yourgifts with the world, live your
life in the most fulfilling way,you really want to cultivate
trust, because you, of allpeople, know what is best for
you and your role is soimportant you have no idea, yeah
(11:09):
.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
Cool, and would it be
safe to say that the opposite
of trust is possibly not knowing?
So then, therefore, youmentioned about fear.
Would that be like mostpeople's fear are of the unknown
?
So do people need to know, andhow do they know who they are,
where they come from, wherethey're going?
(11:31):
Because there's all this fearof unknown.
Unknown, yeah, and that's alsopart of the's all this fear of
unknown unknown.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
Yeah, and that's also
part of the conditioning.
And fear will always be here.
So let's be straight with that,it won't just go away.
It's more about how we respondto fear so that fear doesn't
take over.
And when we don't have trust, fear does take over.
And I wouldn't say that it'sunknowing, it's disconnection.
It's disconnection from knowing, because unknowing by itself
(12:00):
shouldn't create any fear, unless there is programming,
because, for example, babiesaren't usually just afraid of
things unless they areprogrammed.
We come to this earth with, Ithink, fear of hate and there is
another one.
(12:21):
But, in all honesty, the morewe get programmed or conditioned
, the more fear we just absorb.
It's just how it is here.
It's more about not focusing somuch on fear.
It's not about, okay, I have tofight this fear.
(12:42):
It's just acknowledging it andthen focusing on what we want to
cultivate, where we want to putour energy, because fear will
always be there.
That's just inevitable for thisreality.
Have I answered your question?
I'm not sure.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Yep, yeah, definitely
, no worries, I think that's
about it.
Do you have any final messages?
Just around trust, that couldbe beneficial for everyone.
Speaker 2 (13:09):
Yeah, earlier, I was
talking about certain practices,
how we can connect with ourintuition or trust our intuition
better.
There is just one thing Ifailed to mention and if that
resonates, you can definitelytry it out, but it's really easy
and simple and actually verypleasant.
(13:29):
So what you can do is you canjust put one hand on your heart
and the other on your belly andthen just be with yourself and
you can even think about, let'ssay, you can even think about
different things that you wouldlike to accomplish or explore,
(13:50):
and then just have awareness ofhow your body is responding to
everything.
This is also one of the thingshow you can just explore and get
in touch with your intuition, because it's almost like
connection with your gut, yourheart and also your brain,
(14:10):
because you know your brain alsomatters.
But it's just about having thisholistic view of things, not
just from your mind, but alsofrom your heart, from your gut.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
And, yeah, amazing.
Thank you so much.
All right, is there anythingelse you'd like to mention?
Speaker 2 (14:29):
You're so welcome.
Maybe just one last thing.
So cultivating trust is reallyyour thing and no one can
acknowledge it for you.
So it's important not to seekit outside of yourself, but play
with it and test it out, andyou can always call in.
(14:52):
For example, some peopleresonate with the term god, some
people with universe.
You have maybe differentdeities, or whoever you feel
connected to.
You can definitely ask forguidance or for support to
cultivate that, to deepen yourtrust.
But don't search it so much inthe human realm, because
(15:13):
everyone has their own versionof truth, their own opinions,
their own fears.
So maybe you can discuss it,but don't take other people as
authority.
Don't give your power away.
Power is in you.
Stay connected to your power, because that's how you can be
(15:35):
connected to your trust.
Yeah, I think that's the finalmessage.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
Amazing, thank you.
Thank you, archie's Higher Self, for your wisdom.
Appreciate you.
Okay.
So, stella, how was yourexperience during the session
and hypnosis?
What was it like for you?
Speaker 2 (16:00):
I always feel so calm
, and the thing that I love the
most is there is no fear.
There is this deep relaxationthat I usually don't have,
because my mind is so active andeverything feels so easy and
I'm thinking why isn't my lifethat easy?
(16:20):
Do you know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (16:22):
All the time, I know
right, I'm the same.
Humans are silly.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
We are silly.
How was it for you?
Speaker 1 (16:35):
It was good.
It seems pretty straightforward.
Just the way my my mind wasthinking about trust was like
maybe I was defining it in adifferent way.
You know, trust it's like justknowing that everything is, yeah
, perfect or the way it needs tobe, and then when you're
lacking that right, it's likeokay, it was.
(16:56):
It was interesting that yourhigher self mentioned about yeah
, just like the programming andjust how we've had conditioning
to sort of uh, you know, cloudthat, the trust that we already
have, the the knowing thatshould already be there, like
she, like a baby or a childcomes to the world.
You know, it's not that theywere born with lacking trust.
(17:18):
It's like it's been programmedinto them.
So exactly.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
Yeah, and do you have
any experience when you were
younger that you remember, thatyou were maybe free or just in
that state of exploration?
I just came up with somethingas you were talking.
So I remember when I was Idon't actually remember that
much, but I was around threeyears old, something like that
and there was this dog thatpeople wouldn't want to come
(17:45):
close to.
He was on a chain and for somereason I went there and no one
saw it.
When they did, I was alreadywith the dog and my mom was just
like terrified oh my god, whatwill happen?
Will that dog bite me?
And so on.
So she was really scared, but Iwas actually totally chilled
(18:05):
with that dog.
This dog was so kind and thatwas my experience throughout my
entire childhood, Until oneperson keep on telling me yeah,
you need to be careful, you knowdogs can bite you.
And then I and now I have goodrapport with dogs still, but I
don't have this sense of trustor just connection that I used
(18:27):
to have when I was a kid.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
That's interesting,
yeah, I think.
Yeah, we naturally have theinstincts to be like other
animals, right, like they justknow what to do.
They're just being the animalthat they were born into being
and we're probably the onlyanimal.
That's like questioning ourexistence and getting upset
about like how we think, reallystrange.
(18:52):
But yeah, no, I think it'sreally cool, just insights that
she gave that we can practice toconnect more and more so yeah,
yeah, yeah, yes, I definitelydid that.
Okay yeah, thank you.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
