Speaker 1 (00:04):
Welcome to our
podcast, hypnotherapy for the
Soul.
This is your host, shea Pestle, and this is my co-host.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Barci Stela, where we
explore the power of hypnosis
and connect to inner wisdom foranswers.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
Through our episodes,
we share behind the scenes live
sessions to help you tap intoyour inner guidance.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Join us on this
journey of self-discovery and
utilize the power of hypnosis toconnect to your higher self.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
In this episode, like
friend and co-host, stela is
going to be asking me series ofquestions directed towards my
higher self, which is the partof us that is, in spirit, still
the fifth dimensional part of usthat knows everything about us
and our life, and of theuniverse.
She first facilitated megetting into this theta or delta
(00:58):
wave state, this hypnotic deepstate prior to the interview
questions that you're about tohear and listen to.
And today it's all aboutreality.
What is reality?
The human experience, what aresome new things we can learn?
How better our everyday life.
Stay tuned and let's get intoit.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
I have some questions
.
I would like to ask your higherself, and whenever you give me
a head nod, I will begin with myquestions.
I also want to think you chasehigher self for being here.
So I would first like to knowhow do humans perceive reality
and what is actually going on?
Speaker 1 (01:47):
Humans perceive their
reality with their eyes and
their senses the basic senses weknow about but energetically
they're also antenna to theirspiritual body, to higher levels
of consciousness and dimensions.
You may refer to it as spirit,so you're not necessarily a
(02:09):
spirit coming into the body,it's that you're projecting your
consciousness into the thirddimension, and so you're doing
that from a higher state, andhumans are born having amnesia,
not knowing exactly where theycome from.
They think that depth is finite, but you're infinite and
(02:35):
eternal and you're just dreaming, as though you have left spirit
, or left heaven or a differentreality.
Speaker 2 (02:42):
And I would like to
touch on our consciousness.
Is our consciousness beyond thethird dimension and how does it
work?
Speaker 1 (02:52):
That's all dimensions
, because we have to look at
consciousness as one organism, and so you are a part of that
one organism, and soconsciousness is happening right
now.
Time and space is an illusionand therefore you are all levels
, you're at all places, allmoments, and you're all one.
(03:15):
The one is all and all is theone, and so the over soul breaks
off into parts and has allthese simultaneous experiences
and in our linear mind andcolumn, past experiences, past
lives, future lives.
It's all happening now, thoughConsciousness is happening now,
(03:36):
and there's infinite levels thethree dimensional mind can't
comprehend, and that's part ofthe experience, though your soul
wants to experience what it'slike to forget who you are, to
forget that you are God, toforget that you are the one
consciousness, to forget and toseparate yourself from creation.
There's nothing outside ofcreation.
(03:56):
All there is is all that is,and if you accept, then we're
shopping can do about it.
You will always exist.
That is existence.
That is the fundamental natureof existence, is to exist.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
And you my shangd.
I'm curious what is the purposethat we forget who we are on
this 3D plane?
Speaker 1 (04:20):
It's changing now
because vibration on the planet
is raising.
Therefore, due to magnetism, there's a discharge, so we're
discharging those old loops,we're discharging the stuff that
doesn't serve us anymore, andso there's discharge in the
darkness.
Meaning darkness is usually,it's just absence of light, so
(04:41):
absence of knowingness, and so,as the vibrations are raising,
people are becoming more awareof their existence.
But for some, still the pointof having amnesia.
It's all part of an experience.
It's exciting for its soul'sperspective, to forget who you
are, and that's just for a shortperiod of time.
(05:01):
We think that 90 years or moreor less is so long.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
But it's not.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
It's just going to go
in a snap of the finger.
What is time anyways?
It's just an experience, yeah,in consciousness, like this
conversation.
If nothing's really tannishablein this 3rd dimension, it's all
just an illusion.
You can't take thisconversation with you, you can't
put it in your pocket orsomething.
It's all just an experience.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
And you mentioned
that this is all.
This is an illusion, and Iwould like to know what are the
illusions of this reality thatwe experience.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Yeah, so the biggest
solution would be time and how
humans measure time.
And time is becoming more fluidnow as the consciousness raises
in vibration to the 4thdimension, and that's where
we're going.
Yeah, things become more fluidand time will be such a big deal
(06:04):
anymore, because the emphasison measuring time is becoming
obsolete, because when you're inthe moment, you are in the
moment and so you're not worriedabout time, and the life
expectancy will raise higher andhigher, because it's also based
on belief system.
(06:25):
So another illusion is webelieve we die at a certain age
or as you grow older, your bodydies, but that doesn't have to
be the case, because the otherillusion is because, at the 3rd
dimensional reality level, howyou experience time and
continuity is based on yourprojection from a higher
dimension, and so it's as iftime and continuity is real, but
(06:50):
it's your consciousness isshifting billions of times a
second, just as if you imaginefilm canister that has all the
frames within the film, and soevery millisecond, every moment,
is a new, 100%, completely newreality within consciousness,
and so we're shifting billionsof times a second to parallel
(07:12):
realities based on ourperception of ourselves, our
belief systems, our worldview, how we've been programmed at a
young age, and so you willcreate the reality.
You'll shift to that realitybased on what you believe in.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
Thank you, and I'm
curious how can we see past
these illusions?
In our everyday life Like.
What are some of the practicesthat we can use?
Speaker 1 (07:36):
You can be more
mindful of your perception and
reality.
Learn to question everything, learn to practice stilling your
mind, be going in nature, learnto connect to the part of your
body.
That is just all awareness ofyour mind.
You can connect to your heart,to your breath, become aware of
(07:57):
your awareness and then, when, say, certain situations or
experiences happen and younotice maybe there's resistance
to that reality, it doesn't feelright for you, you can ask
yourself what do I have tobelieve in order to feel the way
that I do and pay attention tothe answer.
The answer will come becausethere's no other way.
The conscious mind is askingsubconscious what is going on
(08:21):
here?
What is the limiting beliefsystem I need to become aware of
so I can let it go?
Speaker 2 (08:29):
Yes, it starts with
awareness.
I share you.
Thank you for that, and wereally be honest with ourselves,
right.
Speaker 1 (08:38):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Okay, so we can
actually check and speak about
our identity and ego.
Do you mind sharing about it?
What is our identity and ourego, so the ego is identity.
Uh-huh.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
And its purpose is
just to actually perceive your
reality.
That's the purpose of yourthird dimensional brain, your
mind and your eyes.
It's just to perceive reality.
And where you experience thenegative ego, it's not that the
ego is negative in itself.
Ego is just you're experiencingyour reality and who you
(09:17):
identify as.
There's nothing negative aboutthat.
But the negative ego is when weput so much emphasis on
treating our reality with ourbrain and the logical mind has
all these limitations on itself.
We're giving it a job that it'snot even intended for.
The higher mind, higher soul, gives you what you need and you
(09:40):
follow attention to theintuition and the flow of your
life and the ego just is meantto perceive what happens and you
learn and grow and you findyourself in different ways based
on your experience and yourgrowth, based on what your
higher self is getting to you.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
So would you say that
ego is a useful tool if you
know how to work with it?
Speaker 1 (10:03):
Is a mask for deep
sea diving useful to be able to
see coil and fish?
Yeah, so it's the experience ofthe human this is you are
projecting yourself, yourreality, into this dimension.
That is the ego.
You are deep sea diving, right?
Yeah, as a human, in thelimited, more limited, dense
(10:24):
version of reality.
You're also at many otherplaces, you just have forgotten.
But you're using a deep seamask to see your reality.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Yeah, I love that
analogy.
Thank you, thank you.
Okay, we can maybe move tospirituality, and I'm wondering
what is the spirit?
Speaker 1 (10:45):
Spirit is an
individual soul that incarnates,
as you would say incarnates, but it's in multiple dimensions,
meaning from the over, soul isa bigger spirit and it breaks
off into other realities, dimensions in places and time,
as you would linearly call it.
(11:05):
But the individual experienceis a soul.
So you're speaking, you'relistening to Shea speak, his
soul and his body are one.
So it's one spirit, but it'salso that's the illusion.
Again, he's not singular.
You're not singular.
We're all part of one.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
Yes, yeah, that's the
biggest illusion, is the way I
see it.
This separation, okay, and I'mwondering what are the
underlying principles thatgovern the universe?
Speaker 1 (11:34):
Yes, everything
exists, here and now you exist.
There's nothing you can doabout it.
All of the one and the one arethe all and everything changes
except for those first threelaws.
So that is throughout alldimensions, realities in a
multiverse.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
What I'm hearing is
constant change and
transformation.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Yep, except for the
existence.
It's all here and now, in oneplace and time, and you exist.
So it is forever, all eternity, because everything is hearing
up into one place.
Speaker 2 (12:08):
And there's such a
hard concept for our rational
mind to grasp.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
Definitely, because
the third dimension is not meant
to really grasp that.
Again, we all agreed to dreamthis dream.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
That seems very real,
clumpy sound and very tangible.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
It's a real dream,
but when you actually go to
sleep and you dream that's whatit's really like to be awake.
A lot of things in your realityare actually the opposite.
When you are born, it's morelike a death, because you're
becoming more of a limitedversion of yourself, and when
you die, it's actually a reaper, because you become a prune you
(12:49):
always were and you're breakingthrough that illusion and
realize you're so much more thanyour human life experience.
Speaker 2 (12:58):
And we can even have
this experience now in 3D,
having this connection,especially through hypnotherapy,
which we can talk more aboutlater.
Speaker 1 (13:10):
Yeah, you don't have
to wait for that.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
Exactly.
Yeah, that's very powerful.
Okay, so I would like to knowhow does our perception of
reality shape our experience ofit?
Speaker 1 (13:22):
Everything is based
on your perception and so based
on even quantum physics talksabout this too.
It's you are the observer, andyou actually collapse space-time
and create a reality aroundyourself.
So even people who you talk andconnect to, they're just a
version of you, because it'syour reality, you're
(13:43):
experiencing through yourconsciousness.
So it's not even you're noteven seeing that other person,
it's just your idea of them andthey're reflecting to you what
you believe and perceive of yourreality in yourself.
You cannot experience whatyou've perceived.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
Okay, and I would
just like to talk about some
limitations and biases in ourcurrent scientific understanding
of reality.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Limitations and lots
of theories that are in crap.
But again like just the wholetime.
Continuity and basic physicsyou know that's not even talked
about in school.
We're in textbooks.
They use conventional physicsrather than quantum physics.
Quantum physics just nullifieseverything.
In basic physics.
Newton's law goes out the doorwhen you look at quantum physics
(14:34):
.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
Exactly, and are
there also some limitations and
biases in our current spiritualunderstanding of reality?
Speaker 1 (14:45):
Of course, even like
to categorize and label things
as an outside source.
Even when we label and saysomething with spirituality,
that's actually separatingyourself and from the experience
of actually experiencing yourspirit being present.
What's your awareness, which isall that is, which is the one
consciousness, which is pureawareness.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
I love this one.
Thank you, this makes so muchsense Again.
Illusion of separation.
Speaker 1 (15:13):
Yup.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Thank you 3D game.
Yes, that's our 3D game.
Now I would like to shift toself-development topic, and I'm
curious why should one focus ontheir growth within
self-development?
Is that really important?
Speaker 1 (15:33):
Yeah, because, as
being a bigger aspect of
yourself, you're revealing toyourself more and more as you
grow who you truly are, andthat's the whole point of your
human experience.
Remember, we've came into thislife forgetting so that we can
learn who we are.
So when you're growing, you'rerevealing to yourself more and
(15:54):
more of just who you are, andyou can't have a bigger impact
on a world than you already doby existing.
That goes back into that lawand that's why it becomes an
illusion when you actuallyreally focus on all of these
things.
Every wish direction we look atthese things.
Speaker 2 (16:12):
Thank you.
And another question how canone reach their full potential?
What do they need to know aboutthemselves in order to get
there?
Speaker 1 (16:24):
It's a little
trusting process on having an
insistence on any expectations, and actually you can use the
excitement principle as theorganizing principle of your
life.
So, when you focus on whatexcites you in every moment,
when a choice vents itself, whenyou have to choose something,
(16:44):
listen to your intuition, listento your excitement based on
that choice, and if you continueto do that in your everyday
life because excitement isenergy from your spirit, saying
this is the way to go, this isfollow me, this is your path but
then the logical mind comes inand is like oh, you know, I
don't know, like trying todissect and analyze every little
(17:09):
detail, but then it's all, it'sall bullshit, because if you're
paying attention to your heart, then it will never steer you in
the room.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
No, yeah, this is
wonderful.
So basically really tuning in,tapping into our excitement,
because this is where our heartexpands and really feels, I
guess, just aligned with ourspirit, as you mentioned.
Speaker 1 (17:35):
Definitely, and it
goes a little bit more than that
like not judging yourexcitement either not judging if
it transforms into somethingelse, if it looks completely
different than passion you hadonce had, or you go into
something because you're excitedabout it.
Then you have insistence orexpectation of an outcome based
on you starting that thing thatyou want to do out of excitement
(17:58):
.
That's where, also, the doorsclose, because again, that's the
negative ego trying to controlreality.
But your higher self, yourhigher mind, is going to take
you where you need to go, and soyou just have to take the leap
of faith and all excitement, without any assumptions or
expectation.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Thank you.
This is such a wonderfulmessage to receive.
Yeah, I just really learned inmy heart as well, so thank you
for sharing.
Okay, so I would like to kindof dive a little bit deeper in
that and I'm wondering how canone discover their true calling
and purpose in life?
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Well, again, that's
the same message with following
your excitement, Becausefulfilling your excitement is
your purpose.
Purpose of your life is to liveyour life.
Otherwise you wouldn't beexperiencing life right, Like
you exist.
There's nothing to do about it.
And so when you're followingyour excitement, you are living
your purpose.
Whatever, that is right, and itwill morph and forward to other
(19:01):
things, not because of thelimitations of the third
dimension and how dense thingsare.
A lot of people obviously don'twork within this frequency, and
so it would be safe to say thateveryone's purpose in life is
to live an enjoyable, loving andhappy life.
Right, Because how many peopleare actually doing that?
(19:23):
Having abundance, giving freely, loving their neighbors,
enjoying every moment of theirlife that's your purpose, and so
if you're not doing that rightnow you got some work to do Then
that's your purpose.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
That's a good one, I
love it and thank you for, yeah,
it makes sense.
And to kind of lean on that, how can anyone actually learn to
trust their intuition andfollow their inner guidance?
Speaker 1 (19:52):
Yeah, so feeling what
feels right is different than
thinking, and so one really hasto discern and associate the
difference, you know.
So that's why they're sayingwithin the planet of like trust
your gut, trust your gut feeling.
And it really is a second brain, right, there's neurons within
(20:12):
your gut.
That's why it's also importantto feed yourself the right
nourishment, high alkaline diet, and because it's your brain and
you will really utilize yourintuition that way, trusting
that feeling of just what feelsright.
If you're just focusing on that, and like I don't need to
explain it, I think everyonewill know when I say it, what
(20:33):
feels right.
Speaker 2 (20:34):
Yes, exactly, and
really trusting that.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
Because it is a sixth
sense, but it's actually.
People have forgotten that itis the most important thing, and
your heart too.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
Yeah, it almost feels
like our mind and cognitive
ability is just glorified, or ithas been too glorified, in our
community.
Speaker 1 (21:02):
Yeah, that's one of
the illusions of birth
Scientific associations.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
Mm-hmm.
Okay, and so we touched onintuition and really feeling
into what feels right, leadinginto our feelings, and I'm
wondering but how can someonebecome conscious of the limiting
beliefs, of patterns that areholding them back from living
their best life?
Speaker 1 (21:27):
So if you, for
example, step out to do one
thing that will take you closerto your through your vision and
your dream is something thatgoes beyond what you're
experiencing now, it has nolimitations.
So, whatever limitation is yourexperience right now, three
years time, it's like a quantumleap of where you are now to
(21:47):
where you want to be, and so,just trusting that step that you
make towards that vision, right.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
And any tips on how
to increase our self-awareness
and inner peace.
Speaker 1 (22:03):
Anyone who's asking
those questions are in the right
place, for example, because youknow how important this is.
So, but you can increase.
That is, if you're just stayingtrue to yourself.
You know what your values are.
You give time for your mental, physical and spiritual help.
You get the right amount ofrats, right amount of
(22:25):
nourishment for your body, drinkthe right amount of water,
meditate or do mindfulnessexercises, maybe write in a
journal Any coming more aware ofthose beliefs or certain areas
of your life and relationships, all career, just like.
Give me yourself time to likepurge anything, repent anything
(22:46):
out.
Give yourself time to listen toyou.
You know also, being with thefulfilling and like bright
people in your life that willallow you to grow.
You want to grow in yourrelationships, not grow apart
from them.
So you notice, yeah, somethingdoesn't feel right in your
relationship.
It's best to drop people foryourself.
It might sound Irish, but it'salso knowing what's best for you
(23:09):
and having boundaries.
That's knowing your values.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
Okay, makes sense.
Yeah, that's a big one.
And since you are talking aboutrelationships, what can we do
to improve our relationships?
Speaker 1 (23:23):
Again, just knowing
that we're all one.
So they're just differentaspects of yourself, and
whatever they are reflecting toyou or whatever you feel towards
them is how you feel towardsyourself, or something you need
to learn by yourself.
If you experience somethingnegative in your relationship,
they're just showing yousomething you're neglecting in
(23:43):
your own life or something thatbothers you about yourself, and
you see it in them.
That's why people startpointing fingers at that other
person, but it's you really gotto point at yourself in the
mirror, because we're all oneand so we're all teaching each
other something Our relationshipis.
What is it in relation to?
It's in relation to you, thatperson.
(24:05):
It's a reflection, and so yourself-worth is actually
everything, because you're notgonna grow unless you grow your
self-worth and understand whoyou truly are.
The self-interspection work isabsolutely everything.
Speaker 2 (24:19):
Thanks for that.
And, speaking of which, how canwe better serve humanity and
make a positive impact?
Speaker 1 (24:27):
in the world by
following your joy and
excitement, Because it is fromyour spirit, it is from your
heart and you are aligned withthe good nature will of humanity
.
Up for yourself and for otherswho are part of your life.
That will bring out the goodand everything you do, and then
(24:48):
who you're with and you'resurrounding.
So it really is the drivingprinciple of your life.
Just make sure you are aware ofdiscerning the difference
between anxiety and excitement, because some people don't.
Speaker 2 (25:04):
Yes, joy and
excitement, there you go.
Do you want to speak to that?
Speaker 1 (25:10):
Well, it's for each
person to learn how to discern
how they feel right.
So, for example, some peoplemight have a limiting police
system.
It could be in contradictionwith themselves, for example and
it's like and then theiranxiety they brush into that, it
throws them off.
So like if someone hassomething a fear of losing
(25:34):
people or having negativerelationships or having a
negative experience based onfollowing your joy or passion or
being more loving, right, thenthere's something wrong with
your belief system of what love, joy and following your
excitement is, and so it's up toyou to reframe your belief
(25:58):
system.
Does that answer the question?
Speaker 2 (26:00):
I think it does.
Yes, thank you.
Actually, I have a lastquestion on self-development,
and it's for those who arefeeling stagnant in their life.
I'm curious what is actuallythe next step one can take in
their spiritual journey?
Speaker 1 (26:17):
Yes, you are spirit.
First, if you're feelingstagnant in your body and in
your reality, you're living aphysical existence.
Just remember that you got tokeep moving.
So, if you're stagnant, payattention to, maybe reasons.
Why are there fears that arefalling back?
And so you need to rework onyour values and again like,
(26:38):
become excited of what it is youwant to do, has to be more
powerful than your fear, and youhave to be unstoppable.
You're going to bring thisthing into fruition and to
create it in your life, regardless of those fears, and
actually get excited becauseit's a good thing that those
fears are there, because on theother side is pure bliss.
(26:59):
You're going to build yourself-confidence.
You're going to learn thatthere is no such thing as
failure.
You being stagnant is failurebecause you're not giving
yourself a chance.
You have to get up and try anddo and see what works, see what
doesn't keep going, and you'regoing to build up confidence in
yourself.
You're going to learn whatdoesn't work and what worked,
(27:21):
and then you can becomeunstoppable and your excitement
will grow and grow to the pointwhere, yes, what is fear False,
evidence appearing real, andyour excitement is there for you
to push through that.
So, because that's all it is,because what is fear actually?
Anyways, right, it's a survivalmechanism and it's like within
(27:44):
the brain, the mellictum onright, and so it's just fight or
flight receptors and it's basedon survival.
So, yeah, if you are walking inthe woods and you see a grizzly
bear, yeah your survivalmechanism should jump into play
and we should be able to act orreact accordingly to survive.
But how many of us are comingacross grizzly bears in our
(28:05):
lives?
None of us are.
So if you have an excitement ofwanting to content, create and
to be I don't know, an authoritywithin online or helping,
supporting others, and you wantto say, for example, be a
speaker, public speaker, but youhave a fear of public speaking,
(28:27):
there's nothing within thatfear that is based on survival.
Right, you're not going to diegoing up on stage, so it's just
limiting.
Again, it's a limiting beliefsystems based on your upbringing
that you need to figure out.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
Yes, thank you for
that.
And now I would like actuallyto address hypnotherapy, because
what we're doing now ishypnotherapy, and maybe some of
the listeners might be wonderinghow do I connect to my higher
self?
Or is that possible for me aswell?
Or do I need to work hard toget in touch with that part of
(29:07):
me?
Or am I just trapped in a 3Dreality?
So would you share how ishypnotherapy useful and what is
fundamentally going on?
Speaker 1 (29:19):
Well, hypnotherapy is
useful, of course, and some
will believe it so and some will, and anything you use to become
a better version of yourself isa permission slip.
So, like following yourexcitement, for example, of
whatever it is let's say yoga, for example that really excites
(29:40):
you.
Right, it will allow you to beyour best self.
For example, shay has chosenthe therapy to heal past traumas
or to have more clarity ofthings in his life, of his
little main police systems, ofhis patterns and relationships,
his relationship to wealth, abundance and money.
All these things he's.
(30:01):
What is he doing?
All these healings, all thisunderstanding is coming from him
, but he's using.
He's using hypnotherapy as atool, and it can be a very
useful tool if you use it inthat way.
Speaker 2 (30:13):
And does hypnotherapy
work for everyone?
Speaker 1 (30:17):
Yes, because everyone
has subconscious.
It's just how.
How receptive are they comparedto other people?
So it's case by case basis.
Some might have maybe a higheractivated critical mind than
their subconscious and it mightjust be more difficult for them
to reach that state.
But over time, if they reallywant to do and it's based on the
(30:41):
willingness to do whatever itis you want to do so if you're
again, if you're excited abouthypnotherapy to transform your
life, then do it and it willwork for you, because why would
you be excited about it?
Speaker 2 (30:55):
Exactly, that's such
a good point, and I would also
say that just allowing yourselfto experience that is also
really helpful.
Speaker 1 (31:06):
Yeah, and curiosity
too.
So it's just like anything.
There's labels.
Some people might have a labelof hypnotherapy and inkyd
subdued or have some sort ofidea of what that is not really
know of the truth behind it.
But if you start to becomecurious about it, then that
curiosity becomes excitement andtry it out.
Speaker 2 (31:28):
Thank you, and I'm
curious what is actually another
question how does one havespiritual, emotional, mental,
physical healings andbreakthroughs within
hypnotherapy?
Speaker 1 (31:46):
Yeah, it's again.
You're connecting to yourhigher self or you're connecting
to a part of you, right?
You're subconscious and you'rebringing it to the conscious
mind.
So a lot of the problems andchallenges we face are
subconscious.
So to really transform that, you need to do it in the
subconscious role.
So that's why hypnotherapy canand does really work and there's
(32:08):
been profound cases.
But it's everyday life.
Miracles happen all the timeand the miracle is you, because,
if we go back into what wetalked about, you're shifting
billions of times a second intoa completely new reality.
Ten minutes before you meetyour hypnotherapist, you're a
smoker, you believe yourself tobe the smoker, you give your
(32:30):
power away to the substance, thinking that this has power
over you.
And then you discover withinhypnotherapy, you are choosing
to smoke, you're choosing tobelieve in all as powerful as
the smoke.
But then you realize thepatterns and the realizations
around this, that you have achoice and you decide, hearing
(32:53):
out, not to be a smoker and boom, you shift to a parallel
reality that you never did pickup the cigarette to begin with.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
Yeah, how powerful is
that?
Speaker 1 (33:02):
And we call it cold
turkey.
But now it's.
Speaker 2 (33:06):
Yeah, cold turkey.
So what I'm hearing is you arethe miracle and you are choosing
your reality and you have allthe power within you.
It's just a matter of realizingthat and making a choice, and I
would say an informed choice, because when we are operating,
(33:30):
when we don't know what we'redoing, when we don't have our
consciousness or we are notconscious of our decisions, then
I can call it conscious choice.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
Exactly because, yeah
, it's all the patterns and
stuff that dictate our livesthat might be going against what
we truly want.
A lot of it is unknown andhabits are unknown.
So once you realize what ahabit is right, then it becomes
a choice and then you realizeyou do have the power.
(34:02):
Why would you choose to giveaway your power above the
substance?
You can experience what youwant to experience without
substance, without taking it.
Speaker 2 (34:11):
Exactly.
And just for the last questionon hypnotherapy what is
hypnotherapy doingscientifically and spiritually?
Speaker 1 (34:20):
Well, everything is
vibration.
So in the hypnotic state you'reaccessing the longer, deeper,
bandless, so like theta, delta, ring wave frequencies.
So you're connecting.
So that's scientific, but thenin a spiritual way, like you,
become this all-knowingness.
Some people, shay himselfincluded, right connect to
(34:44):
ourselves.
They connect to outside of thisincarnation.
They see their whole life, planned and designed by their
heart, so they know that theyare in control.
They see where they've comefrom, where they're going, why
they're here.
That's all frequency.
Speaker 2 (35:00):
Makes sense and it
seems like a person, if they so
choose, can really explore, andnot just that they can really
take charge of their lives, which I find very empowering.
Like it's such an empoweringtool to have.
Speaker 1 (35:18):
Exactly because the
facilitator isn't doing anything
.
I mean, it could be theirbelief that the facilitator is
doing something for them to healor to experience what they want
to experience, and it will workbased on their belief system of
that, but what's trulyhappening is themselves again
right, and that's why it is soempowering, because you're
(35:40):
showing to each person just thepower that's inside.
We are all gods, experiencinglife as though we're not, but we
are, and that's the revelation.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
Thank you.
So we've received so manyvaluable and inspiring messages
today and I really want to thankyou for that, and if there is
anything, the last thing, lastmessage, that you would feel
like conveying to everyonelistening, let me know what that
can be.
Speaker 1 (36:11):
Yes, learn to look
through those eyes how you
perceive your reality, as ifyou're seeing the things you see
for the very first time.
Have curiosity.
Have curiosity of how you think, see each thought, come in and
realize what is that Question?
Be curious, get excited.
(36:32):
Pay attention to your heart, toyour breath, to your intuition.
Allow your life to unfold.
Know that you're at the rightplace in the right time.
You're here to experience yourreality.
There's no rush, because youare eternal and you're here to
experience and have fun andenjoy and just share in these
beautiful moments with yourloved ones and friends.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
Thank you so much.
This is wonderful.
Ok, Shay, welcome back.
Yeah, so, Delos, how was thisexperience for you?
Speaker 1 (37:10):
It was really
relaxing and peaceful.
I was just like in a justreally comfortable, relaxing
place.
Yeah, if anyone's experiencelike meditation, like a deep
sort of trance, transcendentalmeditation, that's kind of where
I was.
So it was really blissful,peaceful.
Yeah, I was aware of some ofthe questions and answers and
(37:32):
sometimes I wasn't Just kind ofin and out of my conscious mind.
Speaker 2 (37:36):
And did you feel in
control of what was happening?
Speaker 1 (37:40):
Yeah, I felt like
like my conscious mind was aware
of where my subconscious, orlike my higher self, was going
to talk about and I'm still incontrol, like I'm still in
control of my voice andeverything.
Yeah, it's a unique experience.
Speaker 2 (37:56):
Yeah, so what I'm
hearing is that, while you're
tapping into your subconsciousmind, your conscious mind is
still alert and noticeseverything that's going on, but
without interference.
Speaker 1 (38:11):
Yeah, exactly, and
sometimes you can notice when
there is interference, like atone point I was trying to be
like, oh, did I answer thequestion?
And then I couldn't evenremember the question and then I
didn't even remember what Isaid, because I'm just so in the
moment.
Critical conscious mind can'teven keep up sometimes, and it
doesn't need to, but thensometimes it gets a little like
(38:32):
daunting because it's sodifferent than what we're used
to.
Speaker 2 (38:36):
Yeah, and I'm also
curious about awareness, because
we discuss how self-awarenessis important and while you are
in this state of mind, what isyour awareness like?
Awareness of the world andeverything it's just kind of
like an energetic daydream.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
I was visualizing my
higher self and then, when I'm
actually speaking for my higherself, I'm thinking as though I'm
my higher self.
So then I'm talking aboutcreation and reality, and then
even talking about humans andhow we proceed and do things.
I'm visualizing that and I'mseeing it, and I'm seeing it
from a different perspective, like seeing right through the
(39:17):
illusion.
Speaker 2 (39:19):
And Shae.
I'm curious after each of thesesessions, do you find this
wisdom that you receiveintegrating through your being
and also in your consciousness?
Speaker 1 (39:34):
Yeah, of course, the
more I do it, the more I become
aware, because it really is apractice to change your thinking
and to see things a little moreholistically and from a higher
perspective, like it's not likeyou're just gonna all of a
sudden just overnight just be,have fifth dimensional thoughts
and awareness and thinking.
(39:55):
It doesn't happen like that.
So, but over time I do noticethat I'm, I am thinking more and
more that way.
I am becoming more aware of mythoughts and stuff.
I'm just like everyone elsewhere I still experience
limitations of being human.
I still get in my own way still.
But yeah, one of my excitementis self development.
(40:15):
So it's like I'm humble, I knowwhat my strengths and
weaknesses are, I'm working onmyself, I'm doing the work and,
yeah, it's one of my excitement.
Speaker 2 (40:24):
Thank you, yes, and I
can tell that we were
discussing that, the states ofmind, right, how it seems like
you are in this theta state andI, on the other hand, who I'm
facilitating.
I also feel that my state ofmind changes while I am leading
you, or just guiding you rather, and for me it feels like I'm in
(40:48):
this alpha state and feelseverything just slows down for
me as well, just feels calmerand I can meet you where you're
at, and it feels very, I feel, connected to you in a different
way, almost like there are thesebarriers that are usually
between us humans.
(41:10):
They're kind of dissipate andit's very beautiful space that
we are both co-creating.
Speaker 1 (41:17):
Definitely.
I've experienced that when I'mfacilitating hypnosis for
clients too.
Speaker 2 (41:23):
Yeah, that's really
beautiful.
So I wanted to actually thankyou for just allowing me to be
part of the experience and, morethan that, for sharing all this
wisdom that came through, because I was obviously taking
notes, as I always do, but onepart of me was also so excited
(41:45):
to hear all the wisdom that camethrough you and just be like
I'm so happy to hear that, youknow just getting some
reassurance.
As you mentioned, we are stillin this 3D reality, living our
lives, you know, being in ourown ways and just getting that.
It feels such a gift.
(42:05):
So thank you, shay, for beingso kind and willing to tap into
this for me, for you, foreveryone.
Speaker 1 (42:16):
Of course it's my
pleasure, it's my highest joy
and excitement.
Speaker 2 (42:19):
So there you go, love
it, thank you.
