We are back again discussing a new book called the Mountain is You By Brianna Wiest. This is a book about self sabotage, why we do it, when we do it, and how to stop doing it, for good! In this first episode I am covering the reasons why we self sabotage and how we can fix them. You may relate to all of these reasons or you may relate to only one of them but I loved diving into each reason because I was able to make connections between not only myself but different people in my life and for which reasons they also self sabotage. This is an amazing book for us to cover in the beginning of the new year because it makes us do internal work and reflection that will help us kick start our personal development journey.
