Oh, and she just published a new book and volunteers at PSI as a Climb Leader - just to name a few things. We’ll hear about how even perinatal professionals like Krista can experience postpartum anxiety, depression, and absolute depletion after becoming a parent. In fact, Krista’s experience fueled her desire to create what she didn’t have for new families in her community.
