Shadow Work: Not Easy But Necessary

In the deepest, darkest corners of your soul, there exists a creature so hideous, so venomous, so villainous, that we do our absolute best to keep it under constant lock and key. This creature has been called many names over the eons, yet we have come to know it as, “The Shadow Self.” Coined by the famed psychologist Carl Jung, the Shadow Self is a suppository for our fears, our shame, and all forms of self hate. The EmPOWERment Couple’s purpose of serving love, has led them deep into the shadow to unlock and transmute darkness into light so as to burn even brighter than before.
