Recently, I was on a call with a group of women to plan an upcoming retreat that we will be co-hosting in St. Lucia in October. We got on the topic of Self Care and one woman brought up the need for "Soul Care" and my ears perked up!

What hit me was that Soul Care is really about nourishing our nervous system in order to create the conditions to be more grounded and have more balance, ease, and peace in our lives.

There is nothing wrong with traditional self-care practices, but in this episode, I encourage you to also include more Soul Care into your daily routine and I provide a few examples.
