Do you intentionally put yourself on your To Do List? If not, chances are that you are neglecting your needs. I've seen many women struggle with making time for themselves because they fail to create the necessary conditions for it to happen.
That's why I suggest intentionally creating space in your day, every day, to tend to your own needs. By consistently dedicating time to yourself, you build a sense of safety around asking yourself what you need and then proactively tending to those needs, rather than waiting until you're burnt out or sick to react.
