Happy winter solstice! This is probably one of my favorite days of the year, it's the shortest day of the year if you're in the northern hemisphere, and it's the longest night of the year. I love this day because there are so many beautiful moments of reflection. And as we're leaning into the new year, it's a great moment to pause and reflect. In this episode, I share some key insights and reflections as we look at dark moments and explore the light we want to call into our lives.
