Through faith and testimony, Shalom C. Obiago has changed the narrative of having a stereotypical Nigerian upbringing. His mother wished for him to become a doctor, but in turn he pursued the exact opposite... acting! From landing roles in Starz’ “BMF” and “P-Valley,” to landing a starring role in BET’s “The Black Hamptons,” he has such an inspirational story to tell. As a young actor in the game, he’s taking strides to share his knowledge about being in such a competitive industry and how he plans to create films surrounding his Nigerian-American culture.
