I am the most vulnerable I have been regarding my personal and professional journey in the caregiving space. In this episode we discuss the choices we make when we allow fear to keep us stuck in patterns that do not serve us and what happens when we move forward anyway.
When we learn to accept the things we cannot control and accept embracing the unknown true peace can follow. I dive into my own journey with letting go of my own definitions of failure and reframing the idea of failure to "most Improved". Most improved allows us to keep moving forward and learning from our mistakes. Once you give yourself grace to make mistakes, learn and implement you are on the path to success.
