Just a few days ago I decided to throw a poll up on my Instagram story- and see if there was something in particular you all wanted to hear more about. I gave a few suggestions and the one that stuck out was "BE-ing vs DO-ing". This was interesting to me because I feel like this is something I've talked about quite a bit- and this tells me that it needs to be talked about more. It makes sense- this isn't something that is easy to understand and implement- it's taken me the last 6-7 years to understand what that means and begin to actually integrate it into my life.
In this episode today I go in depth on this topic and share straight from my heart- per usual:
-How my life was starting to continuously grate on me- causing me to feel irritated, annoyed, frustrated and sometime angry.
-What i used to cope with these feelings and ignore them.
-The impact meditation had on shifting my ability to create more space for myself and make different decisions.
-How starting my business forced me to face these feelings.
-How I started to intentionally slow down and do far less.
-My schedule now vs 5 years ago.
-The criteria I use when deciding what to do next in my business.
-The 4 steps I see now that I used to go from DO-ing to BE-ing.
If you listened to this episode- take a screenshot and share it to your IG story + tag me. I'd love to hear your #1 takeaway or "aha" moment. Or if you felt resistance to the entire topic- that is EPIC- share that! Resistance is a sign for me- a sign that there's something within that topic that I need to lean in to.
