Have you ever been to a retreat before? I organized and created my first retreat back in 2017. At the time- I was looking for something to shake up my current experience. I wanted an exciting experience that would give me a "pattern interrupt". Our subconscious runs 95% of our day- that means we're essentially on auto-pilot most of the time. Without intentional work- we could be repeating patterns/habits that we don't actually appreciate or benefit from. I LOVE retreats because they have provided me with an immense opportunity to interrupt my life, pause, reflect and make changes that impact me in a positive, joyful and meaningful way! This is why I've continued to offer them here at I Love It When, LLC.
