When it comes to the phrase "legendary songwriter," few embody it like Lanny Wolfe.
With multiple Dove Awards under his belt—including Song of the Year and Songwriter of the Year—Lanny’s talent has left an indelible mark on music. His song “More Than Wonderful” earned Sandi Patty and Larnelle Harris a Grammy, and he was named SESAC’s Gospel Composer of the Year in both 1975 and 1976. In 1977, The Lanny Wolfe Trio took home Billboard Magazine’s Award of the Year for Top Contemporary Trio.
And yet, beyond the accolades, Lanny is a master storyteller. This week, Dave and Dusty are honored to sit down with him for a fascinating, can’t-miss conversation.
Get ready to be inspired by the stories, songs, and wisdom of a true legend.
Don’t miss it!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
