Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello everybody, it's Wayne from eSIM Systems and
Wifey, and welcome to our livestream.
It's a little bit of aninteresting live stream because
for some reason, we seem to haveone of the test team here.
I'm not sure what Bones isactually doing here, but he

(00:22):
decided he wanted to come and,for some very strange reason,
somebody else decided he wantedto come and, for some very
strange reason, somebody elsedecided they wanted to come due
to popular demand.
We've got a fan club.
Yes, we'll hear about the fanclub in a minute.
However, due to popular demand, yes, it is coming up to
Halloween, so we decided to havea little bit of a Halloween-y
style live stream Evening allevening.

(00:45):
Dave Robertsberts, hi racheltoothless, eastern oh, they're
all cut.
They're all ganging up on usalready, I know.
So we've got an interestinglive stream tonight.
We've got quite a few q aquestions have cropped up
recently, so we've got a bucketfull of questions, any spikes,
and there is going to be somediscussion about spikes.

(01:05):
So I'm told, because I just gettold these things, I have to do
these things.
Kaz is back by popular demandI've got a fan club.
She's got a fan club.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Go and tell everyone the story a couple of days after
the live stream, I'm sitting inthe office manning the phones
and I have a lovely conversationwith a customer who says how
wonderful I was on camera.
So hello, if you're watching, you know who I'm talking about.
It was just really nice to sortof suddenly going from being
that person who just sits in theback of the studio pressing the

(01:38):
buttons while this one talksabout things to.
Oh so you she presses thebuttons so to um explain to
actually appear on camera moreso, look, I'm back archaic
revival.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Hello two for the system.
Yeah, I agree, no spikes.
Spikes are not allowed in thisconversation, but unfortunately
I think we've got spikes in thisconversation at some point.
Bananas but oh yeah, we had aslight technical issue and about
10 minutes ago we decided thatwe weren't going to bring Banani

(02:10):
in because Banani is sufferinga little bit.
Banani had a little session, shall we say, with bones here
and it didn't go down too well.
Banani is a little bit deflated, but we do have something we
found in the fridge.
So we have one or two bananasand the rather strange looking
um dodgy, apple dodgy appleloving the bananas.
So why are we here today?

(02:32):
Well, we're here today becauseit is time for our monthly live
stream and, unlike joanne'sreviews hello, joanne and crew,
who manage this every singleweek we can only manage it once
a month.
It's been an interesting month.
We've actually done our first.
Are you adjusting yourself?

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Oh fuck, I see my boobs.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
She thought I could see the boobs.
Oh no, no porn.
No, we're not.
We don't do porn here.
This is YouTube.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
No, it's corn.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
It's corn.
But no, we've been quite busythis week and quite busy this
month.
We've actually done our firstpodcast with somebody who's not
Eastim.
Basically, I've managed tocajole someone that we've known
for quite a while Sean fromLeather Delights.
Now, if you don't know whoLeather Delights are, they are a
very nice company who makebondage, wear leather gear, that

(03:19):
sort of thing, and they hauntBBB, lff, or they can't haunt
LFF because that hasn't beenaround.
So BBB and Lamb and a number ofother events.
So we decided we want to have achat, because they've been in
the industry for nearly as longas us.
We decided that we're going tohave a chat about Life, the
Universe and Everything and afew of the things that they have

(03:41):
issues with, and they've made avery interesting podcast which
should be out in a couple ofweeks, once I finished editing
it.
But anyway, back to easton.
So yeah, this month has been abusy month.
Lots of questions.
Are we actually going to dosome of these questions?
I don't know.
Are we going to do any of thequestions?

Speaker 2 (03:55):
you have to ask behind me.
You left your present rightexcuse me just pass them.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
You should be able to get the questions, so we're
going to do a Q&A.
Why do I get the first questionthat says that?

Speaker 2 (04:10):
what's that?

Speaker 1 (04:11):
no, we're not.
Someone's just asked are wereleasing anything new?
I don't know.
I didn't know we were releasinganything new.
Are we releasing anything new?
No, no, no, clearly we're notreleasing anything new this
month.
No, are we going to launchanything new?

Speaker 2 (04:27):
You'll have to wait a little bit longer, you never
know.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
You never know, because we're going to do the
Q&A first.
Well, let's face it, we've gotto keep you watching and we've
got spikes.
Oh, and we've got spikes aswell.
Anyway the first question whydon't you do a stand like
Joanne's?
Because Joanne's done a verynice stand for the 2B.
If you want to buy a stand forthe 2B at the moment you need to

(04:51):
go and talk to Joanne ofJoanne's Reviews.
We don't currently do a standfor the 2B.
Are we going to do a stand forthe 2B?
Who knows?
We don't generally discuss newproducts in advance of releasing
new products, although I thinkwe might be doing that a little
bit later today, which sort ofmakes that a bit of a misnomer.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
More bananas you and your bananas.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
My okay, my cable broke after a year.
Can I have a replacement?
Go on.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Unfortunately, not Cables are considered to be
consumables and after a year ifyou've had a cable.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
If you've had a cable for a year, you're actually
doing pretty well.
So the answer is unfortunatelyno.
We would class a cable asconsumable, so you need to buy
another cable.
Do you want to open the one up?
Otherwise I'll end up with allthe questions and it'll be a
little bit.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
That's what we're here to do.
We actually had a customer askthis this week.
Will you fix my access If youdon't actually know?
The access is a control boxmade by.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Another company.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Another company that's not ours, so I'm sorry.
Unless you have a LeastimSystems box, we can't fix it
because it's not our technology.
We don't know what thecomponents are going to be.
All we can say is yeah, you cansend it back and then buy one
of ours instead.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Can you fix an axis?

Speaker 2 (06:15):
Can I have a discount code?
Can I have a?

Speaker 1 (06:17):
discount code.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
You will be surprised at how many times a day not a
week a day we get the sameemails with I have got XYZ in my
shopping basket.
Can I have a discount code?
The simple answer is no.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Actually, the simple answer is, unfortunately, no.
We have to be polite.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
If we are ever having discount codes or promotions,
the main way to find out what'shappening is to pop onto the
website and join our newsletter, because you often find out
what's happening is to pop ontothe website and join our
newsletter, because you oftenfind out before the discounts go
live what's coming, so younever know.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
We are sort of in october.
Anyway, we've got.
We've got some questions fromthe crowd.
Questions from the crowd uh,mike p374, love, love the handle
handle.
That's like cbs showing my age.
Now, whether we call them tagsor names or something.
Can I repair a cable?
Um sort of?

(07:13):
Sometimes it depends where itbreaks.
Most of the time cables tend tobreak where the join is, in
terms of you've got the moldedside and the cable and because
it's always pivoting like that, eventually the tiny little wires
inside they're the bits thatbreak.
You could try chopping it andstick it back together and sort

(07:35):
of strip the wires and stick itback together.
It's up to you.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
I mean, I do know people who do that A five and a
half metre cable Soon gets toabout six inches, which doesn't
work.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Dave Roberts uses heat shrink tubes on the cables.
Yeah, no good idea that, dave.
Anything that's going to tryand stiffen them up.
The problem we have with cables.
Are you having the wrongquestion or something.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
I've had that one twice now.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
Don't put it back in the box, you put it back in the
box.
The problem we have with cableswe have to balance between
having a cable that's flexibleenough to actually be usable
against something that is goingto last longer.
I mean, I would love to havereally thick silicon cables with
sort of hundreds of strands ofcopper inside them.
Unfortunately they cost an armand a leg and then they don't

(08:18):
bend very well.
So when you put them in the boxalmost the cable starts to move
the box around and it justdoesn't work.
So we have to balance betweenthe two and over time we've we
think our cables are reasonable, they work for us.
I mean, we use them in ourtesting environments.
So we actually have a test rigwhich we use normal cables to

(08:38):
plug from our boxes into thetest rig to do final testing and
they last us probably sixmonths and we're using them 100
times a day in and out in andout, in and out.
Um, yeah, we're not pulling onthem and twisting them as you
might do if you're playing, butthey still get pulled about and,
yeah, they last about sixmonths for us.

(08:58):
I mean, we've got cables in ourpersonal play box that have
lasted a lot longer than that.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
I got our play box out last night and I got the
cable.
I think that's been in there 20years.
And it still worked.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Yeah, but you did pull the sticky pads out, which
we didn't notice and they wereall stuck together.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
The sticky pads were stuck together Makes a change
not being stuck to the cat, Isuppose.
Yeah, it does make a change, not being stuck to the cat.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
Why do I get these questions?
Did you can have that one.
Oh right, any more questions onthere.
Heat shrink definitely helps toreduce the strain.
It helps to reduce the strainon the cables.
I'm not sure it helps reducethe strain when you're doing a
live stream and you getquestions like this.
Well, you asked me questions.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
He's gonna have a giggle I we are going to.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
Can I use olive oil instead of gel?
I would strongly recommendagainst it.
The conductive gel that we use,the conductive gel we sell, is
manufactured especially for us.
It's actually slightly thickerthan normal conductive gel
because we wanted something alittle bit more gloopy.
We didn't just want it comingout and it pours off and runs

(10:07):
off down the table.
I wouldn't use things likeolive oil.
Um, I wouldn't use crisco,mainly because they're not
really I'm not sure about thelevels of bacteria that are
going to build up when you usethem inside the body potentially
.
So stick to something that'sactually designed for it, like
conductive gel.
So I wouldn't recommend usingolive oil instead of gel okay,

(10:30):
can I use a power supply?

Speaker 2 (10:34):
can I use a power supply with my electro pebble?

Speaker 1 (10:38):
do you want to say that in english?

Speaker 2 (10:39):
can I use my power supply with my electro?

Speaker 1 (10:42):
pebble.
Oh, someone's getting a littlebit youtubey voicey.
Would you like me to get thebig microphone now?

Speaker 2 (10:51):
are you influencing them?

Speaker 1 (10:52):
I am influencing them I'm just gonna stay there hello
, can you hear me up there?

Speaker 2 (11:00):
oh, it's getting bigger.
The tube is the way to go, um,because it has actually been
designed specifically so it canbe used with a power supply as
well as a battery that's a bigDave Roberts.

Speaker 1 (11:11):
No, unfortunately, dave that was, that was not that
was not planned.
That wasn't a big electro, thatwas, uh, the microphone that
was sitting over Kaz's head, which was actually pointed to
the back of her head.
So hopefully the audio levelshave improved very slightly and
apologise for the slight musicalinsolute, I think it's okay
enough to make sure I don't geta bump on the bonnet.
Toothless East End nerd iskilling himself laughing at the

(11:34):
moment.
We've got another question.
We've got another question.
Can you explain the output map?
No, you designed it.
Okay, I designed it.
2b.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
Do I have a 2b floating around um 2b or not 2b?
That's just the question.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
I have a 2b.
I have a 2b.
This is a 2b.
This is the top of range powerbox that we manufacture and I
wrote the code.
And yes, for those of you outin good old reddit land, I am
the person who wrote the bulk ofthe code in this.
There are other people who'vewritten other bits of code for
us there are more than oneperson in our coding team

(12:12):
because guess what, we talk topeople.
But yeah, I wrote the bulk ofthis.
Eastern systems 2b has some newfirmware coming out.
If you want to access this newfirmware, you need the digital
link and all you need to do isgo to the forum and it's what we
call our beta code.
It's been out in the currentincantation, which is 2.127, for
about six months and it'sgenerally going down quite well.

(12:35):
So it looks like this is goingto be pretty close to the one
that we actually release Code.
The firmware has lots of newfunctionality and one of which
is something called an outputmap, has lots of, lots of new
functionality and one of whichis something called an output
map.
Now, an output map is basicallylike having gears in a gearbox.
So if you think about a car, when you're in first gear you
can start off and you can startmoving the car.

(12:58):
Once you get into going ontomotorway speeds, you won't be
driving at motorway speeds andfirst gear.
So the actual way the engine, the relationship between the
engine and the accelerator, itchanges through the gearbox and,
effectively, an output map onthe 2b, which is only available
on the beta firmware at themoment changes the relationship

(13:20):
between what you see as a leveland what you feel as an output.
So one output map will go fromeffectively there to there and
the next output map will go fromthere to there, and it might be
a little bit more aggressive.
At the moment, there are threeoutput maps there's A, b and C,
and one's designed to be verysimilar to the current 2B 2.106.

(13:43):
One is designed to be a lotmore aggressive and one is
designed to be a little bit inthe middle, and output maps are
something that we're stillplaying around with.
So basically, think of it as away of adjusting the response of
your 2B in terms of levels.
You don't have to use it.
You can just use it in a singleoutput map and just leave it
there, but it just gives the 2Bmore ability to change things

(14:07):
and experiment with them, findout which one you like.
Stuck to the cat.
Is that a euphemism?
No, that's a story from our pastand, yeah, we did play once at
home with sticky pads and wemanaged to finish play, and
normally our advice is, when youfinish with a sticky pad, peel

(14:28):
it off the skin, peel it backonto the carrier sheet and then
you can use it again After awhile.
They do get a bit manky andhairy, so it doesn't last
forever, but you can use itagain after a while.
They do get a bit manky andhairy, so it doesn't last
forever, but you can use themall at once.
Unfortunately, one of us peeledit off and I don't know how it
got there.
We were looking for the carriersheet it ended up on the cat and
you saw this poor cat runningaway with a sticky pad it wasn't

(14:50):
connected to anything.
It was just a sticky pad with alittle white tail.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
But the cat, the cat at the time it's very, very
sticky, so it wasn't connectedto anything.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
It was just a sticky pad with a little white tail.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
The cat at the time was only tiny, so it wasn't my
fault.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
So yeah, we'll try and avoid sticking it to the cat
again.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Can I use two boxes at the same time?
Yes, you can actually, becauseyou can use a Pebble and a Helix
, or a Pebble and 2B or twoPebbles or two Remotes, because
the units are individual, they're not going to interact
with each other.
Because the units areindividual, they're not going to
interact with each other.
So, yeah, it's perfectly safeto go and use two boxes at the
same time.
It can be quite fun having twoboxes at the same time as well.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
Should we go for three?

Speaker 2 (15:23):
We can go for three.
Why do I have to send my boxback for you for repair?
Why can't you just send me anew one?
Simple thing is you have achoice, and I am sorry to say
this.
If you do actually need yourunit repaired, providing you are
the original owner, we willrepair the unit for you under

(15:44):
the lifetime guarantee.
All we'll do is we'll ask youto contact us and then we'll
give you a reference code andthen come back to our offices,
We'll log it all in, We'll passit over to the tech team, who
take around five to seven daysto have a look at the repair,
and then we'll send it back toyou.
That's your lifetime guarantee.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
It's sometimes quicker.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
Sometimes it can be quicker.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
But we need to get the box back to repair it.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
Sometimes we do get people who say look, I've broken
my box, it's stopped working.
We do have a criteria.
We do ask the obvious ones, like have you changed the
battery?

Speaker 1 (16:15):
strange enough, that's quite common that's a
very common one.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
Have you checked the cables a second common
occurrence and then they comeout well.
Can't you just send me a newone?
But I'd love to send you a newone.
You'll find it at the followinglink on the website.
Is the answer so?

Speaker 1 (16:32):
no, get on with these ears, they keep sort of me
you're not used to any hip bonesand ears, are you?

Speaker 2 (16:36):
no so the simple answer is we can't just send you
a replacement box, but if youdo need to have a repair carried
out on any of your controls, regardless of the age even if
you've got one back from 20years ago when the series one
which is still supported we willstill repair it for you,
providing you are the originalpurchaser yes is the answer, but

(16:58):
no it's a bit difficult for usto repair something if we
haven't got it.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
And why do we repair stuff?

Speaker 2 (17:03):
and also the fact that sometimes it's can you send
me another one?
It means I've got an access, but I want a series by helix by
going to pay for it.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
No comment on that one, but no, at the end of the
day, if something fails, we needto know why it's failed.
Um, and when you're offering alifetime guarantee, it's
completely different to mostmanufacturers who will literally
just it's out of warranty, it'sgoing to get thrown in the bin,
we're not interested, you justneed to buy another one with us.
We need to look at how thingsare faring over a longer period

(17:33):
of time.
We need to understand at howthings are faring over a longer
period of time.
We need to understand thelongevity of certain components,
certain processes.
And, yeah, things break, thingsfail, and we always look at
what the failure points are andtry and improve them, which is
why there have been more thanone version of a 2B, which is
why if you've got 2Bs thatfailed prior to 2023, we will do

(17:57):
some mods to them when theycome back to us for repair,
because the later versions after2023 are, put it bluntly, quite
bomb proof.
When it comes to outputchannels and things like that, I
think in the last since 2023, Ibelieve we've only had touch
one failure on an output channel, and that's still sitting on my
desk because I'm trying to workout exactly why it failed.

(18:19):
They're bomb-proof.
We changed a number ofcomponents.
We actually fitted a littleextra daughter board to older
units.
That's the reason why we offera lifetime guarantee and that's
the reason why it needs to comeback to us.
Because, yeah, you can probablyfind Joe Bloggs down the road
who thinks he knows which hotend of a soldering iron to use.
I'm an electrical engineer.
Yeah, I'm an electricalengineer and I stuck my test

(18:39):
meter into it and it doesn'twork.
It's like, yeah, if you want tocarry on playing with your box
for as long as you possibly can, then, yeah, it needs to come
back to us and we can thenfacilitate a repair.
Worst comes to the worst, if wecan't repair it, yeah, we will
replace it.
That hardly ever happens.
99 times over 100.
We'll repair it and we end upwith happy customers, and that's

(19:00):
the thing I really like.
I got accused on reddityesterday yeah, reddit's my pet
hate at the moment of only beingafter people's money.
Well, if that was the case, Iwouldn't be offering a lifetime
guarantee, I wouldn't be doinglive streams like this and I
wouldn't be professing the factthat actually, the one thing I
really enjoy is happy customers, because it makes me feel glowy

(19:20):
inside.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
They need spikes, spikes.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
We're not talking about spikes yet.
I'm still answering questions.
We've still got questions, daveRoberts.
Two boxes for nipple play?
Yep, two boxes for nipple playis a great idea, because the one
thing with nipple play isyou're trying to avoid putting
current across the chest.
Either use two boxes, becauseyou'll get a physical isolation
between those channels, or usesomething like a 2b, because a

(19:44):
2b has galvanic isolation on itsoutputs, so there is no
possibility of current goingfrom one side to the other.
Two options there use two boxesor use something like a 2B,
which has isolated outputs.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
Sticky pads are good for nipple play.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
That's a good option for nipple play.
Yeah, the guarantee is amazing.
I've sent my boxes back a fewtimes.
We accept they fail, but theresponse is great.
Thanks, mike, we do try.
I would love to be able tocreate something that never
fails.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
We will get there one day, I hope.
Who knows?
But we do our best and it'sgreat to know that it's actually
being.
We do do our best to try andget them turned around as
quickly as possible.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
I think Dave Roberts has been reading Reddit.
Yes, I get.
I mean, reddit's one of thoseplaces.
I'm not going to go into a ranthere.
Reddit's one of those places.
No, I'm not having a stampypants moment, I'm not having a
stampy pants.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
You don't have stampy pants already.

Speaker 1 (20:36):
It's one of those places where people feel free to
say what they wish and they'reperfectly entitled to do that.
Except people forget that.
I get to read reddit and I getto say the things that I really
feel.
Sometimes.
It does sometimes really hityou when people come out with
complete and utter drivel andthey forget that there's
actually human being at theother end of this.

(20:57):
I mean, if you're going to sitthere on Reddit or any other
social media and makeaccusations that become very
personal, then yeah, we aregoing to take it personally and
yeah, I wish people wouldn't doit.
Really.
I mean, if you disagree with myprocesses, if you don't like
the products, fine, I've got noissue with that.
There are plenty of othermanufacturers out there copying

(21:18):
the ET312.
Yeah, copying the ET312.
It's nice to see othermanufacturers when they
eventually produce a productthat isn't a copy of an ET312,
but there's lots of people outthere and lots of options, lots
of choice, so you don't reallyneed to just sit there and tell
me that I'm only in it for themoney, etc.
Etc.
Etc.

(21:38):
Because yeah, that becomesquite personal and yeah, I do
grind my teeth and fetch me mykeyboard, rage and then have a
little breather and even shockhorror, hit the block button.
People feel the need to saythese things.
I mean, it's social media, it'snot just Reddit.
Reddit tends to be a little bitmore Wild West sometimes, but

(22:00):
I've seen the sort of things onsocial media in general and,
sadly, if you're actually I'vestill got this one to do If
you're putting yourself out onsocial media to a certain extent
, we have to expect it.
It would be nice to have alittle bit more accountability.
If we have to expect it, itwould be nice to have a little
bit more accountability.
If I say something on socialmedia, I'm quite happy to stand

(22:20):
up in front of the person I'msaying it to and say it to their
face.
A lot of these people hidebehind their keyboards and you
feel that, yeah, would youactually say that to me in front
of me and not expect a punch inthe nose?
But anyway, I don't condoneviolence.
Why are your electrodes allmade of metal?
Why can't you use plastic?
It would be lighter, okay, um,plastic generally doesn't

(22:44):
conduct.
Ah, it's kazzy's fan club.
Hello, we mentioned you.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
You need to listen to the live stream a little bit
earlier, because we were talkingabout the beginning and it was
so lovely talking to you on thetelephone and you sort of made
my day that day you made her day.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
She spent the rest of the day talking about it and
it's even made into the livestream anyway.
Spikes, right, yeah, we?
There was a conversation infact there's been several
conversations with joanne'sreviews, because lots of people
seem to have an obsession withputting spikes into everything.
What's wrong with nice smoothmaterials, with nice smooth?
You know what I mean.

(23:19):
And yeah, joanne's coming outwith some great creations which
have lots of spikes in there andwe were like, yeah, we're not
doing spikes.
And then this one pointed outthat we do actually do spikes
and I was like, do we?
Oh, yeah, we do, yeah, so yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
If you want something spiky and you don't want an
eastin an eastin and you don'twant it to be inserted or to go
around a certain member of yourbody, you can always go for
these.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
We have a nice actually can I, can I do that
one can I have an extreme?

Speaker 2 (23:50):
we have a nice oh, that's.
I don't like that one spikyelectro pinwheel, which is
really good for skin platebecause you have the nicest of
spikes it's quite nasty already,ow but also because this one is
bipolar, because you have twocontacts, so you plug it in your
cables here and you have yourtwo contacts here and here.

(24:11):
This can be used anywhere onthe body, so you can use it
across the breast, down the back, over ladies, labia, upper mans
.
It has spikes.
We really, really, really likespikes spiky nasty things.
So you, we do, do spikes youjust need a bit of conductive
gel for it to work I really, Ireally don't like spikes.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
Do we have any more?

Speaker 2 (24:32):
questions.
Do we have any more questions?

Speaker 1 (24:34):
Do we have any more questions?
Smooth is best.
Yeah, mike, completely agree.
No, no, no, no, he's my latestfan.
I like Mike.
Can you make a custom triplewith a wider base?
No, I'd buy an M.
Let me ask you this it's aquestion, right Can you make a
custom triple with a wider base?
I'd buy an M with an XL base.
I'm afraid that if the top partwill go inside, so will the

(24:54):
base, and then, oops, I'mactually going to say yes and no
.
Do we do custom electrodes?
I mean, simple answer is no, wedon't.
The reason we don't do customelectrodes is because the amount
of time it takes us to do theinitial design and then build up
the code for the machines torun it just becomes it's not

(25:15):
financially viable.
However, what we do do is welisten to customers and comments
like this, and my answer iswatch and see what might happen
in the future.
The triples are relatively new.
In fact, they've been out.
When did we bring them out?
May, may, may.
We are now beginning to look atthe feedback we're getting from
people and look at whether wecan do variations and versions

(25:38):
of them, and there are plans formore triples.
There are plans for more shapesand sizes based on the triples.
You're not doing what I thinkyou're doing.
No, you're not going to.
No, so, yeah, you're not doinganything for the moment because
I've got to talk about the otherones first, yeah, so, yeah,
you're not doing anything forthe moment because I've got to
talk about the other ones first.
So the simple answer is there'sno plan to do a custom one, but

(25:59):
there are plans to do newversions of the triples.
I've actually found, with thecurrent style of triple, because
of the bulk of the base, youreally, really, really would
have to push it in quite far tomake it go all the way in,
because you've got that sort ofdouble.
Here's one I made earlier.
So this triple, you actuallygot that element of that and

(26:21):
that it would be assembling onewith parts from different sizes.
Yeah, the problem is, althoughsome of them are actually
intermixed, you then end up withyou're going to end up with
sharp edges on corners andthings.
So just assembling one from adifferent set isn't really going
to work.
Doing different shapes, different sizes yeah, that's on
the cards.

(26:42):
Whether we do larger bases, larger midpoints, larger heads,
longer, different finishes, different effects, all sorts of
things like that are possibleand we're looking at it.
I'd be very surprised on thelarger ones getting them further
than this point, and even on asmaller one, there is a
difference between this and theneck, so you still get that
element of retention there.

(27:02):
You just you would have to pushit quite considerably to get it
to go further.
I mean in theory, evensomething like a flanged
electrode which has a quite awide 50 mil base.
Theoretically you could pushthat all the way in if you
really pushed it.
The answer is please don't pushit too far.
Feedback like that is fantasticand really valuable for the

(27:22):
simple reason that, yeah, wewill listen and we'll look at it
and go yeah, that's somethingthat we, we think we should aim
for.
So watch this space.
I'm going to put these back.
Then I'm going to talk aboutsomething.

Speaker 2 (27:35):
Put them straight.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
I have to put them straight.
Right, I'm now going to giveyou a little bit of a history
lesson.
Ladies and gentlemen, meetsomething that has been around
as long as we have.
These are electro ones.
These are effectively a monopoleelectrode which has a
conductive ribbed for herpleasure, although it's quite

(27:56):
nice for him as well and ahandle.
And the idea was this is onecontact, use a sticky pad or
something else, and there we are.
There's the thing.
These have been aroundliterally since we started, so
20 years They've been.
They're okay, but I must admitthey look a bit clunky.

(28:18):
I like this one, that one istoo big for me and I'm not sure
which one.
You just sort of look at themand go, hmm.

Speaker 2 (28:25):
Yeah.
So no, we're not going to tellanyone, are we?
No, it's fine.

Speaker 1 (28:31):
Oh, I mean, they're sitting there waiting for us.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
So, yes we've Put the screen up.
You want the screen, so we'regoing to do some magic now.

Speaker 1 (28:40):
Are you ready for this?
If this works, this will be amiracle.
Three, two, one, ta-da, quick, hide them.
Nobody's supposed to see theseyet.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, meetthe magical.
Believe in the magic, because Ireally like that slogan and I
have checked.
Hopefully, believe in the magicisn't actually owned by anyone.

(29:00):
If it is, I apologize, I'llstop using it.
But these are new bipolarelectro wands and they are quite
magical.
Somebody was testing themyesterday.
Well, we've been testing themfor a while.
Somebody decided to have a lastminute test once she knew that
she was coming on here and twohours later, it's like darling,
are you actually going to finishanything?

(29:21):
She's like no, I'm liking these.
So these are bipolar.
So, basically, we have a head,an insulator and a neck and a
nice handle which is all nicelycontoured.
Can I use my magic button again?
There we are, so you can seenow.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
They're not Skittles.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Yeah, they are not Skittles, Although we sort of
keep calling them Skittles.
So you have the handle twocontacts in the base.
We'll take a four mil connectorand they do also take the right
angle connectors.
One connects to the head, oneconnects to the neck.
Take the right angle connectorsone connects to the head, one
connects to the neck and youhave this really nice, smooth,

(30:00):
almost delicate entry.
There is a little tiny ridgehere.
Now, this is their purelytactile function.
This allows you to feel yourhand where the end of the handle
is and where the conductorstarts.
But if you actually do want topush it further in, you don't
have any issues.
There's no guard or anythingthere.

(30:20):
It's not like a sortie, not,it's been a bit of a blast.
We currently do two sizes, so wedo what we call small and large
head size.
Small is an inch and a halfdiameter.
The large is a two inchdiameter.
As you can see, they're alittle bit different.
In fact, another close up there, there we are camera.

(30:42):
That's what they are and thisis what we've been hiding.
Now the first questionsomeone's going to ask is when
can I have one?
And the answer is first ofNovember.
These will be on retail salefrom us from the 1st of November
.
They've been quite a hit.
I mean from a concept that waswe need to take our wands and

(31:02):
make them a little bit moreinteresting, and I admit, yes,
the original design drawings forthese.

Speaker 2 (31:08):
Really In comparison.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
Original design drawings for these were dated
2020.
So I've been planning this fora while.
I just never got around to it.

Speaker 2 (31:16):
It is actually.
It's just slightly shorter,it's not rich, but it's.
The whole smoothness, especially from a female
perspective, is really quitecomfortable, and having the
bipolar option you can eitherhave the head as the positive
and that part as negative, orvice versa and it can produce

(31:37):
some very interesting sensations.
They are rather nice when beingused.
They're my new favourite toy.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
They're your new favourite toy.
Are these more interesting thanthe spikes?

Speaker 2 (31:49):
Yeah, in terms of where they go, yes, and before
anybody asks no, you can't havea discount code off them.

Speaker 1 (31:56):
No, no, you're sorry, we've got no whoop-whoops,
although Halloween's back again.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
You've got Halloween, but no whoop-whoops.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
So the first question I've got hopefully there's
still people out there watchingus and not going oh, this was a
complete waste of time is whatdo you think?
Do you think you like them ordo you think they're a complete?

Speaker 2 (32:13):
waste of time.

Speaker 1 (32:18):
Do you think they're a complete waste of time?
Um, yeah, they actually reallydo feel nice.
We did get asked by one of thepeople that basically the way we
work is we'll manufacture these, we'll play with them ourselves
, we'll test them ourselves andthen we'll send them out to a
few discreet people, um, whohave connections with the
industry sometimes, or justfriends of ours who we know,
like playing with eastin to getsome feedback.
And one of the questions we hadwas why aren't you doing them

(32:40):
as polished?
That was immediately followedby please, don't do them as
polished.
Or, if you do them as polished, can you offer the satin as well
?
The answer is because actuallywe get the polishing done
externally.
It takes enormous amounts oftime about eight weeks sometimes
when we send out to thepolishers and then have to wait
for them to come back, and wewanted something that was
actually much more.

(33:01):
Us and the satin finish that wedo.
It's just lovely.
It retains lube quite wellsparkly dave roberts.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
More for women than men no, they're not, dave, I
would see, this is aninteresting one, dave.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
The answer is yes and no because it's slightly longer
.

Speaker 2 (33:22):
Dave, obviously for gentlemen you like to have your
prostate stimulated.
Because it's slightly longer, you could actually insert that
further into the anal passageand because it's an interesting
sensation you can then have theanother contact as a loop around
the gentleman and you'll thenget especially on tri-fasal or
2B, and then you'll get the one, two, the loop over the prostate

(33:43):
, so you only get the sensationdrawn across.

Speaker 1 (33:44):
You know how she knows all this, don't you?
And it was that one, not thatone.

Speaker 2 (33:50):
No, no, no, I told you it was that one, but it was
actually that one.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
Sorry to it.
No, no, no, yeah, really, yeah,I have to be warmed up, but no,
they are.
They.
They're one of those thingsthat they're not designed for
anyone specific, and most of ourproducts actually, in fact, all
of our products apart fromprobably sounds because of the
length and the fact that I justdo your sounds I said that's
why's why I think penis plugs isthe one.
Although I do know a lady whouses a penis plug.
Generally, we don't do specificthat's for male, that's for

(34:24):
female because we believe ourusers.
It's up to them how they usethe product.
If they wish to use it in aparticular way, then feel free.
Generally, it's going to besafe and if it's comfortable for
you and you enjoy it, why not?
So it's not a case of it's morewomen than male.
It's the fact that certainaspects of it are going to

(34:46):
appeal to certain aspects of howpeople play and the curve
texture of it.

Speaker 2 (34:51):
Dave isn't actually too different and appearance
isn't actually too different.
And appearance isn't actuallytoo different.

Speaker 1 (34:57):
Yeah, I know that looks rude.
No, it was the commentToothless Easton said, kaz has a
stunt cock too.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
Yes, the curve here.
If you look at the flow, that'sgot quite a nice curve and
you'll be surprised how manygentlemen like to use the flow.
So this again, you could saythat the flow collection is
female-centric, but it's notactually.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
I think the only reason that Flo sometimes gets
picked up as being female isbecause it's red.

Speaker 2 (35:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
If we did everything, it's black.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
And no, we're not doing this with a red handle.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
One of the reasons is, when youbuy plastic and we buy
engineering and medical gradeplastics they are astronomically
expensive if you go at anythingthat's not black and hard to
get and it becomes hard to gethold of and you end up going,
well, I want 50 mil diameter.
And they say, well, we've got80 mil diameter, which generates

(35:48):
so much waste, it's just no wedon't do.

Speaker 2 (35:51):
Speaking of color plastic, you may notice over
time if you do buy one of ourmedium Electro-X don't think
we've got any here the colour'snow going from red to black and
that's because we are actuallyphasing out the red on the
Electro-X.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (36:07):
We're trying again to , because we're trying again to
keep everything as uniform aspossible, although the red
collection is staying.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
At the moment, yes, red collection is staying,
although we still have peoplegoing.
It's not red.
It's like the black collectionis not black, it's silver with
black bits.

Speaker 2 (36:21):
First impressions from a user's point of view.
As Wayne said, I did spend abit of time playing with it
yesterday, from last night andthe week before that and the
week before that and the weekbefore that and the week before
that.

Speaker 1 (36:38):
The first time they came off the machine it was like
cas, where's the prototypes inmy bag?

Speaker 2 (36:42):
they are.
They are very, very nice andI'm sure this one enjoyed it as
well I did.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
It's an interesting sensation, as I say, because
unlike a lot of our electrodes, which tend to be very I wouldn't
say say, angular, because Ilike the flow, because it's
quite a nice curve and it slidesin, but also it's unusual to
have an electrode that has asubstantial handle on the
outside so you can actuallymanipulate it and you can

(37:08):
manipulate it yourself.
So if you're actually playinginternally, that way, yeah, solo
play.
Solo play.
But if you've got someonecontrolling it from the outside,
they've got a nice substantialhandle to twist and poke for
want of a better word and wedeliberately made these handles
part of the electrode.
So if you want to go a littlebit further because you're a

(37:31):
depth junkie, then you canwithout causing any massive
issues, because you don't havethis big plate or something here
.
But equally, if you've got lubeall over your hands or you've
got rubber gloves, it's nice tohold and it's sort of split
between a size that I'm likingbecause I'm a man and I've got
big hands.
But equally, a cast withsmaller hands has found this is

(37:52):
quite a nice size to hold.

Speaker 2 (37:54):
And you don't necessarily have to frost it
either.

Speaker 1 (37:57):
No, oh, the ghost fucking, the ghost fucking, yes.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
There's a ghost.
There's a ghost.
It does produce a very, verynice ghost sensation, I think,
because it's that big, bigger,it just produces it quite nicely
.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
So yes, these are the new Bipolar Electro ones.
They will be available from usfrom the 1st of november, not
the 11th of january, which someamerican told me that our dates
were wrong.
No, we're a uk company, we useuk dates.
So first of the 11th keeping onthe website so keeping on the
website, they will be plasteredall over youtube and all over

(38:32):
everything else.
We are planning to do somevideos talking about how to use
them, how to clean, clean them.
They can be disassembled.
So, using our normal Allen keyat the bottom, unscrew the
central bolt.
Head comes off, insulator comesout, neck comes out, and then
there's another bolt, secondbolt that actually retains the
neck to the base.
So really easy to take apart, really easy to clean, not many

(38:55):
parts to lose.
People still manage to lose thebig bits she's always
concerning but it's definitely.

Speaker 2 (39:01):
It's definitely something I would say add to
your toy box yes, I mean, I'dsay that because I'm after your
money.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
So I'm just saying, I'm just saying it from a user's
point of view.

Speaker 2 (39:10):
I've looked at a couple of electrodes recently.
No, I can't use that.
I can't with that.
This is one of.
Yeah, definitely add to the toybox.

Speaker 1 (39:17):
Do you think we're taking it on holiday?
Yeah, it's going in your handluggage, not mine.

Speaker 2 (39:24):
Doesn't it always?

Speaker 1 (39:26):
Well yeah, last time you sent stuff in your hand
luggage they got pinged by theM&Ms.

Speaker 2 (39:32):
Yeah, no, it was Maltesers Coming home from
Amsterdam going through security.
I've got a bag of M&Ms in mybag.
This one gets through security, absolutely fine, I've got this
lot.

Speaker 1 (39:45):
I've got some of these in my bag.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
Because if you haven't seen the other side of a
Malteser, it looks veryinteresting.
They suddenly thought thatmaybe I was trying to take
something back into the UK Iwasn't meant to be.
They took my M&Ms off me.
Did they actually take them offyou?
Yeah, I'm pretty sure they satdown with their coffee
afterwards, see this is bad.

Speaker 1 (40:03):
Is that lollipop?

Speaker 2 (40:04):
No, don't talk about the lollipop.
We don't talk about thelollipop.

Speaker 1 (40:10):
No, we don't talk about the lollipop.
She was given a to get rid ofit about two minutes before she
went through security and thenwent I wonder if it's drugs
threw it in the bin and walkedstraight through security and
I'm just like this wasn't thesame day they took my M&M's,
though they did take my M&M'soff me but anyway, anyway.
Does anyone else have any morequestions?

Speaker 2 (40:31):
what's the comments?

Speaker 1 (40:32):
the comments they are amazing Toothless Easter bird.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
They certainly are.
Yeah, no, that's mine.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
You've got them.
In fact, you've got four athome.
There's another set over there.

Speaker 2 (40:42):
Yeah, they're yours, they're mine.

Speaker 1 (40:44):
But yeah, this is what we've been.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
One for later.

Speaker 1 (40:49):
Thank you.
This is what we've been waitingfor for the last three months
actually, and we didn't tellanyone until we actually have
them in stock.
So when they go live on thefirst of november.
We've been so busy with thetriples yes, the triples, the
triples have been manic I meanI'll be very happy if these sell
as well as the triples.
The triples have been manic.

(41:10):
They have been such a hit andwe've had some fantastic
feedback, including feedbackfrom today about where we go
after the triples and we will begoing after the triples because
they keep running away from us.
But no, the triples have beenfantastic.
These I hope people love.
I mean we certainly do.
Feedback we've had from testteams.
Yeah, we think we like these.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
Yeah, it's been some very, very good feedback.

Speaker 1 (41:34):
Yeah, and who knows what's coming next?
Because there are definitelythings coming next.
I've got to check that Ihaven't lost my notepad.
No, you haven't lost yournotepad.
Because we are still creating.
Thank you for listening, Thankyou for putting up with us.
We've still got oh, we've got22 people.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
I know.

Speaker 1 (41:53):
Hang on.
Thank you for.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
Thank you for.

Speaker 1 (41:55):
Thank you for a great show.
Bye everyone.
Thank you, dave.
Thanks Dave.
Thank you for Mike.
Without you, we wouldn't bedoing this.
We'd be sitting here lookingvery bored and going why are we
doing this?
And we'd give up after a while.
If you like live streams, thenplease go and watch Joanne and
her team, because they manage todo this every single week.

Speaker 2 (42:17):
I think they've just done number 60 if there's
anything on our products youwant included in the live stream
, please comment below, becauseobviously we've got our next
live stream coming up next month.
It will be the last sunday.
It will be the last sunday, sothere's anything you want
included in the live stream, please pop in the comments below
.
We'll try and cover as much aswe can.

Speaker 1 (42:36):
Mike P.
Yeah, I love all your products.
I love all your people outthere.
Silky Glimpses oh, that's anice name there, silky Glimpses
Got a big thumbs up there.
Anyway, please, this is why wedo it.
This is why we do it becausethis is fantastic.
I'm feeling all glowy and happyand I'm loving it.
But, yeah, please leavecomments.
If you have any questions, please leave them below.

(42:59):
We are going to do a highlightversion of this, so we'll cut
out a few of the bits that wentwrong like the microphone
falling down.

Speaker 2 (43:06):
There is a video coming more in-depth about these
two beautiful people here.

Speaker 1 (43:12):
Yes, we're doing some videos, so keep an eye on the
YouTube channel and keep an eyeon our social media.
We also do exist on Twitter, although I believe it's now
called X, and even the BBC havedecided that they're going to
call it.

Speaker 2 (43:24):
X and Instagram.

Speaker 1 (43:26):
Instagram threads, all the new oh Blue Sky we're on
as well.
We're probably actually goingto drift away from X, because X
does seem to get a little bittoo political and if you want to
hear some more funny games ofhow the business came around.

Speaker 2 (43:38):
Go and have a listen to the podcast oh, yes, the
podcast, don't forget.

Speaker 1 (43:41):
Yeah, we have the next podcast that will be coming
out probably in a couple ofweeks.
Thanks, everyone, be safe, havefun and thanks for watching.
And yes, I did still manage todo it under the hour.
