The recipe for the Monkey 47 Gibson is as follows:
2 oz Monkey 47 Gin
1 oz Dry Vermouth
Ice
2-3 Cocktail Onions (Garnish)
Combine gin and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled, strain into a cocktail glass with ice, and garnish with cocktail onions.
Optional: Skewer the cocktail onions to garnish the cocktail.
