Join me as we dive deep into the twisted story of Steve Hodel and his investigation into his own father, George Hodel—a man Steve believes was responsible for the brutal slaying of Elizabeth Short, aka the Black Dahlia. This episode explores the chilling clues, dark secrets, and tangled web of crime, conspiracy, and corruption that surrounds this decades-old mystery!

If you want to drink with me, you need vodka, Angostura bitters, lime juice, simple syrup, and black currant liquer.
The recipe for the Black Dahlia is as follows:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz black currant liqueur
- 1 oz simple syrup
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 dash of bitters
- Garnish with a black cherry
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass, and enjoy while we dig into the dark corners of Los Angeles’ most notorious cold case.
