In 2024, with I Will Hold Space Space For Your Darkness we had over 30 episodes! Including a few solo ones and the bonus series of Mindfulness Mondays.
We also had an incredible list of guests, who kindly gave their time to come on and have some deep, heartfelt, honest, raw and riveting conversations.
I'm so grateful to each and every one of them and have not only had the opportunity to make some truly wonderful connections and friendships, but also learnt about many different aspects available to First Responders in the mental health and wellness realm.
2024 has been a big year and a busy year! Looking forward to see what 2025 brings.
