Desde hace más de 12 años, Melina desarrolló y diseñó programas sociales a nivel regional e internacional para visibilizar las problemáticas dentro de la industria tecnológica y educativa.
Co-fundadora de Chicas En Tecnología - una organización social en busca de reducir la brecha de género dentro de la tecnología, donde logrando generar alianzas que logrará un impacto social dentro de las mujeres que forman parte de la organización. Ahora, Melina enfrenta un nuevo reto cómo Directora Global de Aprendizaje y Diversidad para Globant, una empresa de tecnología a nivel mundial.
