We bring on some entrepreneurial youth who report all of the activities of“Ignite by 4-H”. Vincent and Vada give us a few daily recaps, and Cynthia helpswith some of the post-conference interviews.

That was the theme for the 2025 edition of the State Teen Association Convention.Now that it’s in the books, take a listen to this brief snapshot of the youth whoparticipated in this year’s conference.
The venerable Chloe Rowland joins Joe to discuss what she’s been up to since retiring from office as the 2022-2023 Idaho State 4-H Teen President. She shares her experience as a lead facilitator at the National 4-H Conference.
Joe invades a meeting with the Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF) group inNez Perce county. We sit down to listen to several of the youth delegates andleaders who are participating in the CWF program. Youth and adults will betraveling to Washington D.C. later this year to explore monuments, visit withlegislators, and learn about American history and government.
We thought this one would forever be lost to the folds of time, or at least thatwe might really need to reconsider ever giving Joe any control over our audiostorage. As it turns out, this wasn’t as lost as we thought!
In this brief episode, we hear from the five Idaho 4-H State Teen Officers. Whythey considered running for office, what they’re excited about in this new year,and more!
The 2025 KYG is off and running. As this episode is released, things arewrapping up for the conference. The Judicial branch is working on wrapping uptheir cases, the Legislators are hearing final deliberations, and the reportersare frantically trying to edit their extra to present all the KYG City findings!
