Today on the IDEAfit PRO SHOW we welcome Anthony Carey, MA, CSCS, to the show.  

Anthony holds a master’s degree in biomechanics and athletic training and is recognized internationally as a leading expert on biomechanics, corrective exercise, functional anatomy and motor control, and their relationships to musculoskeletal pain and function.   

Founded in 1994, his company Function First has drawn clientele from 17 countries and 33 states. He invented the both the Core-Tex® and Core-Tex Sit.  He was Personal Fitness Professional Magazine’s 2009 Personal Trainer of the Year, 2017 Finalist for IDEA’s Personal Trainer of the Year and 2020 IDEA China Innovation Award recipient.  Anthony has developed the Pain-Free Movement Specialist curriculum now available internationally.
