In part one we learned about Philip Aylesford and the Ghost Experiment, a study that was done in the 1970’s not to prove the existence of the paranormal, but to disprove that paranormal experiences were anything but our own human minds interacting with… something?
Well, the experiment’s results have certainly been debated– everything from the researchers pulling the wool over our eyes to their creation of a thought form have been floated to explain what happened. That’s the thing though, we still don’t really even know what happened at all. All we have to go off of are some reports of strange events, video evidence of them, and the knowledge that the researchers actively made up the persona of the “ghost” they called forth.
So what the heck went on here anyway? Let’s see if we can find out on today’s episode of idiopathic…
