Welcome to the very first episode of If Only One Overcomes! I’m your host, Katie Lee, and I am beyond grateful that you’re here with me today. This podcast is something deeply personal to me, and I want to take this first episode to share the heart behind it—why it exists, what you can expect, and how my own journey through pain led me to create a space for healing, faith, and resilience.

Why This Podcast Exists:

• Everyone has a story. Some of us have experienced deep pain—trauma, loss, heartbreak, setbacks—but those moments don’t define us.
• I’ve walked through challenges that tested my faith, but through it all, I’ve learned that God has a purpose even in the pain.
• The enemy wants to use pain to keep us stuck, but God uses it to shape our calling.

How Pain Can Be a Catalyst for Purpose:

• Our deepest wounds can become our greatest ministry.
• Healing isn’t about erasing the past—it’s about transforming it into something that serves your future.

I didn’t start this podcast because I have all the answers—I started it because I know what it feels like to struggle, to question, to doubt… but also to overcome.
