(00:00):
The way we talk to ourselves, the way weexplain to ourselves, the way what we say, the
voices in our head, we would never say toanyone else.
We are so cruel.
And when I recognized how trapped I was tomyself, how I was destroying myself, that's
where I started.
(00:25):
Hello, and welcome back to the Ignition PathPodcast.
My name is Kyle Goodnight.
And, before we get too far into the show, justwanna make sure you like, subscribe, and share.
If you hear something that resonates with youor anybody else that you know and you they need
to hear this message in this this, episodetoday, don't be afraid to go ahead and share it
and, let them let that person know that you'vegot something awesome for them to see.
(00:48):
So today's guest is Sherry Kennedy, and she isa life coach and and, a published author.
The the ignition path podcast is about so theignition path is how did we ignite our
entrepreneurial path is is what the podcast isabout.
So I'm gonna dive in a little bit with Sherryabout what she did prior to what she's doing
(01:09):
now and the path that she took to get there.
So say hi to Sherry and, and let us know alittle bit about yourself, and then we'll get
into it.
Hi, everyone.
So grateful to be here with you all.
Yes.
My name is Sherry Kennedy, as you said, and Iam a certified master light coach.
I'm also an energy healer, and I'm working onmy hypnotherapy.
(01:30):
I published my first book, Ignite Your LightWithin, Discover Your Inner Spark and Radiate
Your True Potential.
I published that last year after I, I facedsome major traumas.
I found out that I was not able to have achild, and it destroyed me.
It destroyed me.
(01:50):
I went down this this path of needing toreflect and and go deep.
At the age of 16, I had made an attempt on mylife, and I had those same emotions when this
came forward.
Except now my prefrontal cortex has nowdeveloped, and I was not spiraling out of
control, so I was ready to go deep, and it'sled me to this path here to help others do the
(02:14):
same.
That's that's fantastic.
So, you know, while it's fantastic that you'rehelping people do the same, it's not fantastic
that you face those life challenges by allmeans.
You know, probably one of the toughest thingsthat a a woman could go through is not being
able to have a child.
You know, I've I've known people that have beenin that situation.
(02:35):
We had a little bit of, my wife and I had alittle bit of, a struggle with getting pregnant
ourselves.
But, you know, let me we were able to havethem, but we'd had to do some special things to
get things, in in check.
So I can I sympathize with you and empathizewith your situation, and so sorry that you had
to go through that, and, you know, just to knowthat you're out there wanting to make something
(03:00):
that was so horrible in your life, what youlearned from it and the wisdom that you took
from it to bring to others is speaks volumes ofyour character, and I, you know, I've only met
you now twice?
So I can only and I and I do follow you onsocial.
I've been watching your I've been watching youryour, your TikToks and all your different your
reels and stuff, and you you get real into itand tell people, you know, talk to people about
(03:23):
their their passions and stuff.
So I love watching those.
They're very inspirational.
If, we'll we'll get by the end of this by theend of the episode, we'll get and share all the
different places where people can find you sothey can watch those same same messages.
So what did you do?
So get back to the the ignition path concept.
What did you do prior to this?
Like, so, like, were you in the corporateworld?
(03:45):
You know, when when did you realize that youwere an entrepreneur, that you wanted to have
your own you know, you wanted to direct yourown life when it came to what you do for a
living?
Yeah.
I actually worked my way up in the oil and gas, corporate oil and gas, was my last my last
position.
I worked for a major oil company.
I was in indigenous and community relations.
(04:07):
So I actually helped with sharing their projectbrunch to the indigenous communities here in
Northern Alberta in the oil sands.
And, yeah, I I was very passionate abouthelping indigenous communities, and the
position itself wasn't exactly what I thoughtit was.
I was all about I knew I'm on the service tohelp people, and I really thought this position
(04:30):
would make me feel that way.
However, it was the complete opposite.
It's I literally came home everyday cryingdestroyed because I was the face of this
company pushing the project work when it wasn'twho I was.
You know, I just wanted to shed a light andhelp people and it was very difficult for me.
(04:51):
And when I went through that, I had to have thesurgery when I was at that position, and I
started doing the deep work, deep studying, went all in on my spiritual path.
And I realized that my true calling was to helpothers no matter what.
And the company actually had major layoffscoming up.
(05:12):
And I made the decision to abs to be one of thepeople to be laid off.
Okay.
Yeah.
It's I'm still tracking you.
That was a scary day.
You're like, hey.
Can you go ahead and lay me off too?
Yeah.
But, you know, when we when we have thosecrossroads and we have and and we know that
(05:32):
we're meant for more, and, you know, what wasthat decision like that, you know, if it goes
back to a day or a week or a month that youwent through that, Talk to us a little bit
about your your thought process to get you tothat point where you're like, you know what?
Go ahead and lay me off.
Go ahead and, you know, give me my severance.
I've got something bigger and better.
Like, talk talk to me about or talk to theaudience about that and and what what that
(05:56):
decision process went through because therecould be people out there right now that are
working a 9 to 5 in the corporate world, butthey know they're meant for more, and they
wanna hear about how someone else had done itand and what they went through.
It could be very similar to them, and you couldgive them inspiration once again like like you
do with so many other people on your socials.
Yes.
It was it was actually my why.
(06:17):
It was my why.
I I knew that there was people out there whowere stuck, who were struggling like I was.
I previously was.
And I'm when I went through the process ofactually writing my book, I, I went back and
forth on whether I was gonna publish it or notbecause I faced a lot of traumas.
(06:38):
I hid a lot of stuff in my path and I didn'twanna share it and put it out there for
everybody.
However, I knew I had this voice deep within metelling me that this is what I'm supposed to
do.
I truly believe that we're all on this earthfor a reason, for a purpose, for a mission.
And I knew my mission was to go all in to tryto tap in and do my why and figure out how I
(07:03):
can help others break through who were stuckgoing through those traumatic events and, and
playing them on repeat and not able to evolveto those next steps.
So it was talking to my why.
Well, and and you and I both you and I comingfrom the background that we do at with the
mastermind group, we know how to get to ourwhy.
Yes.
(07:23):
And and, you know, I've you know, the you know,Dean says it's so great.
Oh, I just moved my for some reason Understood.
I got a new studio here.
I mentioned that earlier be in our pre call, and I just kicked something underneath my my
desk and every and the camera went wonky.
But, you know, Dean talks about if your whydoesn't make you cry, you're not at you're not
at your real why.
(07:44):
So, you know, he also does the and I know thatyou've gone through it, and I've gone through
it as well.
And, if nobody knows what the 7 layers deeptechnique is, 7 layers deep is how how Sherry
and myself got to our whys.
Yes.
Look it up.
It's intense.
You gotta be ready for it.
Don't take it lightly, and, you do need to havesomeone that, you know, when you do it
(08:10):
yourself, I found that I kinda give up a littlebit early, and and I'm not as deep as I need to
be.
When I've done it with other people and peoplehave I've been trying to, you know, deepen my
why, and let's say Sherry is is the recipient, recipient of me telling her what my why is, and
(08:30):
then the next one is, well, why do you feelthat?
And then so when I've done it with otherpeople, I get way deeper, and and I like it
better.
So if you don't know what 7 layers deep is,find someone there.
You know, Sherry can take you through it.
I can take you through it.
People that have been through our programs thatwe've been through, and the and the the
community that we're we're, how we met in themastermind community, those those people will
(08:55):
totally help you dive deep into your why.
So did you do that did you do that with, withsomeone else, or did you do it on your own, the
what, the 7 layers deep?
Multiple times, like, with someone else.
And I have a journal where I just run like, Ido it all the time because you think something
is one thing, and then when you really go deep,it's like Woah.
(09:17):
And and it's not something you're gonna figureout and, you know Now Dean Dean has a way of
pulling it out of you in the moment.
Like, I remember him telling a story about hehad someone on stage, and he's like, oh, I know
my why.
I did my 7 layers deep, and then Dean got ahold of him.
And someone that was that was well in, youknow, practiced and how to push the right, you
(09:39):
know, buttons per se.
Not to upset them or anything like that, but toto go deeper.
And and he he basically by the by the end ofthe conversation, this this other gentleman, he
had gone, like, 5 or 6 more layers deep, and itwas balling, I guess.
Yes.
So yeah.
So and that's okay.
You know?
And and going back to what what you mentionedbefore and not being afraid to share your path
(10:04):
and share your that is huge.
You know?
I I mean, you may or may not know, but myaudience definitely knows, and people that had
had that are first time tuning into theIgnition Path podcast.
I'm a paramedic full time.
Been in the health care field for almost 30years.
I had a blind side.
And one day I came home from work, and Ithought everybody in my township was dead, and
(10:25):
I was like, I've gotta go back.
There was a carbon monoxide issue.
We had a bunch of carbon monoxide runs, and Ifreaked out.
And I that was my mental breakdown that day.
Come to find out, it's it was something to dowith my childhood, and I, had a friend of mine
who almost passed away from carbon monoxide, and then a couple of very serious carbon
monoxide runs happened in a row, to me.
(10:47):
And it is now what I consider my trigger, andpeople know to cut to to re reach out to me and
to make sure that I'm doing okay after one ofthose type of runs.
I'm okay in the moment.
I'm okay with anything in the moment.
In the moment, I do my job.
I do it right.
I, you know, I I have my experience and allthat.
But to I I say all this to get to the pointwhere if you're out there listening and you're
(11:10):
and you're fretting being yourself and you'refretting and worried about people judging you,
you know what?
Fuck them.
Pardon my French.
But forget about people, you know, because itis your life, and if you wanna share your
feelings, go ahead.
You know what?
If they think you're weak, they're the onesthat are weak.
Because the strongest I've ever been was theday that I raised my hand.
(11:31):
The strongest, I'm sure, the day that Sherryever was was the day that she decided that she
wasn't gonna go back to the corporate, and shewas gonna start a new path to help other
people.
Explain what that went through that thatthought process for yourself, like, when you
finally were, like, you know what?
Blank everybody else.
I mean, for the most part, I'm not wanna Iwanna help people, but Oh, yeah.
The I should say the the negative Nancy's ofthe world and the judges.
(11:52):
You know?
That's what I mean by that.
You know, I'll turn back.
Like, I am so grateful to that company.
Like, it was my dream.
It was my goal to get there because I'vestarted I'll be honest.
I was on the streets doing some bad things.
I made it my goal to get to this company.
And this company absolutely transformed mylife, and I'm so grateful for the journey and
(12:15):
growth that brought me.
However, I also realized that life's atransition and you can't stay in that one spot,
and I was ready to go deeper.
And it's people judge.
People were like, why would you give up?
That's such amazing role, amazing position.
Like, this is a prestige company to be with, and a lot of people don't even know that I
(12:38):
volunteered to get laid off.
Like, this is this is big for me to even sharethat.
But you know what?
I don't care.
I I love who I am.
I trust in my decisions, and I I'm not gonnahide in the shadows anymore.
And there was a reason that happened, and thereason was I got to top manage what I'm
(12:58):
supposed to do.
I got to go deep.
I spent hours.
I spent so much time in my growth, in my selfdevelopment so I can help others do the same.
And I just feel so united, so driven, so alivebecause I've done that even though my bank
account might stay different at the time being.
It's worth it.
(13:18):
Right?
It's worth it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Exactly.
Exactly.
You know, and that's another thing.
Us entrepreneurs, we do we get ourselves introuble when it come financially.
We do things because we're like, this isn'twhere I'm supposed to be.
It'll work out.
It'll work out.
It'll come about.
It'll come about.
And but I need to I'm not fulfilled unless I'mdoing what my end desire needs to be.
(13:41):
Now I'm in a lucky position.
When I'm on the medic and I'm serving mycommunity, that's one of my that's part of my
why.
So I've got a full time job where I'm not Idon't I I don't get shocked by the handle when
I go to work anymore, like office space.
You know, I've worked the corporate worldworse.
I I know what anxiety is now because I work thecorporate world.
Give me a cardiac arrest or someone they can'tbreathe way before put me into a into a
(14:05):
corporate society.
Yeah.
Way I mean, maybe that's just my background andmy training, but I am cool as a cucumber on
those kind of runs, and I was a nervous wreckin the corporate world.
So it's just I don't know if that was the fearor impostor syndrome or what it could have
been.
Either way, I didn't like it.
I I had to I had to give it up, you know, and Iwent back to to the, clinical side of things.
(14:28):
So, you know, tell us about when it comes tothat that fear that you felt.
And as you're as you're growing your business,as you're starting your business, and and I I
wanted to make sure that I commented the factthat you used the word ignite in in your
discussion.
And that's a lot of times when I talk topeople, because the ignition path is kind of
subconsciously in their brain, they use wordslike ignite.
(14:50):
And then when I'm on my Elevate podcast, theywere like, I wanna just elevate myself.
And I'm like, yeah.
You did it.
You know?
Like like, that was a shameless plug.
You know?
That was actually worked out.
But talk to us about the fear and some of thetimes that you were backed up against the wall
in this process and what you had to do toovercome that.
Oh, man.
I've I've faced so many challenges throughoutthis time.
(15:14):
And number 1 is the self doubt.
It's the imposter syndrome.
It's unknown.
This is all new to me.
Like, when I first started going in, I'vealways had a support system, a cushion, someone
to guide me and basically I'm fruit falling.
So you're free falling, trying to figure out.
But the community, you know, the community thatwe have, their support, their love, their
(15:37):
guidance.
And honestly, it's, it's falling in love withmyself.
When I fell in love with myself and didn't needanything external to fill me up, I just felt
free.
So, yeah, I'm scared, but I do it anyway.
And if I mess up, whatever, that's part oflife.
(15:57):
I feel like life's like a video.
Right?
You you you go through it and, oh, yeah.
You may die, but you know what?
You get another shot.
You get to go again.
So for me, yeah, I'm like, what?
You may die.
I'm just gonna keep going further yet.
Keep going.
Get to restart.
Keep going.
So for me, I I I kinda like that adrenaline.
I'm almost adrenaline junkie, and I'm ready toto take that next path, that next step
(16:20):
regardless of how scared I feel to my core.
I'm doing it anyway.
That's awesome.
You know, and and I'm so happy that you saidthat you had to love yourself because that
actually leads to my sponsor.
I don't know if you know this.
I haven't announced it yet, but I've got a newsponsor for all my podcasts.
And, I'm gonna go ahead and, talk about thatfor a quick second, then we'll get back into
(16:40):
the rest of the of the podcast.
But, you know, so word from our sponsor.
Let me ask you a question.
Would your life be better if whatever you'restruggling with, you could finally break free
of?
So what am I talking about?
The funky 5.
What's the funky 5 you ask?
It's those oh so familiar struggles.
Procrastination, people pleasing, perfectionism, low self confidence, and the one
(17:02):
I call the big a, anxiety.
For years I struggled to manage my own version, and I call them my funky 3.
I had 3 of these funky 5 weigh me down.
I've tried just about everything to deal withthem.
Then a guest on my podcast, Daniel Packard, shared with me a profound thought that I had
never thought of.
So Daniel, a UC Berkeley engineer, spent 8years working with this team and over 3,000
(17:27):
people to create an approach that doesn't justhelp you manage these issues, it actually frees
you from them by getting right to the root ofwhat's holding you back.
So after meeting with Daniel, I decided to giveit a shot, and within 6 short weeks, gone.
Truly gone.
I was so amazed.
The number one thing I was dealing with wasprocrastination, but miraculously a deeper
(17:49):
rooted struggle with people pleasing, somethingI'd been unknowingly battling for a lifetime,
lifted entirely.
And the anxiety that came with them both, goneas well.
Are you tired of battling any of your funkyfives?
People pleasing, procrastination, perfectionism, low self confidence and the
biggest happy killer of them all the a word, anxiety.
(18:12):
Imagine how much better life would be if youweren't just managing these things, but free of
them, quickly, and yes, permanently.
If you're ready for a real solution, head todanielpacker.com and get his free 90 minute
training.
Daniel himself will walk you through what makesits approach so different and teach you a
technique, you can use immediately to startfeeling the difference.
(18:35):
So if any of the funky 5, or maybe your ownversion of the funky 5 are holding you back,
don't wait.
Visit danielpacker.com.

And we're back with Sherry, of course, anddon't forget to go ahead and go to Daniel's
website and get that free 90 minute trainingthat he offers.
(18:57):
It's gonna be very impactful for anybody thattakes a a shot at trying to deal with the funky
5.
So, Sherry, let's talk a little bit about whatyour system is and what you've what you offer
people when it comes to what you've created.
So talk to us about, your coaching system andand all of that.
Yes.
So I actually set up a purpose ignite program.
(19:19):
So the 10 week system that it starts thefoundation is self love.
You know, I feel that's for me is what helpedme transform the most.
I couldn't do anything without thatfoundational piece.
If you look most people, the way we talk toourselves, the way we explain to ourselves, the
way what we say, the voices in our head, wewould never say to anyone else.
(19:43):
We are so cruel.
And when I recognized how trash I was tomyself, how I was destroying myself, that's
where I started.
That's where I started it.
And when I removed those demons, those innerdemons, and was able to look in that mirror and
say that I love myself and truly needed anembodied, that's when I transformed.
(20:07):
So the foundation of my program is, is the selflove, but it's all about mindset
transformations.
I truly believe that once we are conscious, once we are conscious of what we are saying,
where we are putting our focus and how we aretreating ourselves, we're able to remove that
(20:28):
subconscious level, those layers that are deepwithin because we're now conscious of it.
We're now aware of it.
So we work through in a 10 week program, how toidentify our blocks and how to release them so
we can allow our energy to flow throughadmitting that self love.
Like, for me, it's all about that self love.
And I'm so glad you mentioned energy thatthere's, there's a lot of talk about energy in
(20:52):
in the self help world and, you know, naysayersare like, oh, energy.
What is that?
And and people have to understand we are energybeings.
From And and I can prove it right now thatwe're energy.
That we have energy within us and flowingthroughout us because we're talking and we're
alive because our hearts had beat heartsbeating and keeping our energy going.
(21:14):
We are electrical beings.
And if we weren't, we wouldn't have a sparkevery time our heart goes lub.
We because love is when it hits you know, whenour when our, you know, when our heart fires
and and sends the signal to to make it beat, that is an electrical signal.
I can prove it too by putting somebody on anEKG and measuring how strong their electrical
(21:35):
system is.
So if, you know, with talk a little bit aboutthe energy and and what you what kind of work
you had to do to come to the realization andhow you teach people.
I mean, without giving too much of your youryour system away because we wanna make sure
people reach out to you if they wanna know moreabout this stuff.
But let's talk about the energy a little bitand where where you found and and the moments
(21:56):
you've had for that.
Well, it's really understanding, you know, ifyou take absolutely anything, you could take
this microphone, you could take a human, youcould take a rock.
If you bring it into a microscope, to thatsubatomic level, it's all the exact same.
It's all the exact same.
It's all energy.
And when I heard that, that absolutely blew meaway.
(22:20):
You're telling me that absolutely everything inthis world, when you bring it down to that
subatomic level, it's all the same stuff.
We're all connected.
We're all united.
So I went deep on understanding the quantumphysics and understanding why energy is so
important when I realized that it's everything.
It truly is everything.
(22:42):
And we energy is our emotions and energy inmotion is motion.
So absolutely everything thrives from it.
That's where it starts.
And I was stuck I was stuck in my trauma.
I was stuck in depression.
I was stuck in that victim mindset.
So I was 5 and low, and energy attracts likeenergy.
(23:05):
And no wonder I was constantly dealing with thesame difficult experiences because that's the
energy that I was attracting.
And when I learned how to clear my blockages, how to release those energy flows and have it
flowing constant at that high vibing state, mywhole life transformed and we have the power to
(23:26):
do that.
We each and everyone have the power totransform the energy that we emit and be these
powerful light beings.
And I love to help people do that so we can getout of our own way.
It's you.
It's you.
Yes.
Exactly.
It's like if you could just get out of your ownway, you may actually make something of
yourself.
That's right.
And and it's it's one of those things where, you know, you and I both live this in general.
(23:47):
I mean, I'm only assuming, but I can almostguarantee you have lived this when and it's
called the crazy cycle.
I can't remember what book it was in, but thatI read that in.
But the crazy cycle is not mine.
It's, I think it's love and respect is the bookthat that came in.
And the crazy cycle is that negative thoughtfollowed by another negative thought from from
someone else, and you don't do something goodfor them because they don't do something good
(24:10):
for you.
So if you if you turn that lens on an intoyourself and you think, okay, I'm thinking
negatively about myself, so therefore I'm gonnanot feel positive about myself, so therefore
I'm in this crazy cycle and it's a spiral.
And you and I both been there because ofknowing just, you know, the little that you
spoke and the traumas that you've dealt withand and the hardships you've been through, and
(24:31):
we both been there.
And it is so true.
When it's negative energy, you're gonna getnegative energy coming back.
When it's positive energy, just just try it.
Go out there and just no matter what happensfor a day and a half, 2 days, make it a week.
No matter what happens, just think, okay, whatwhat did I learn from this?
What was the wisdom that this negativesituation taught me?
(24:54):
And you're already starting to think on thepositive side of things when you do that.
So there you know, Sherry is very good withwith, with helping you find that.
I know her background when it comes to whatshe's been taught, because I was taught the
same thing because I was in the same program.
So it's one of those things where if you'rehaving problems with that negative self talk,
(25:14):
don't hesitate to reach out to Sherry and findout what she does, what she's packaged, and how
she can help you through that becauseultimately and it's not just a a one and done
thing.
This is a life changing, life daily process.
Right, Sherry?
Oh, yeah.
It's it's the inner work.
Right?
And Yeah.
(25:34):
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, I'm sure you fall.
I mean, talk about a time when you had thatpositive, everything was going great, and then
something devastating happened.
And and and and that and and it doesn't meanthat negativity is not gonna come into your
life, but how did you bring yourself back whensomething big I mean, I mean, I think the, you
know, not being able to, you know, get pregnantis a huge one, but maybe after that one,
because that's a that was the the the strawthat broke the camel's back to get you into
(25:59):
this type of, work.
But talk about one when you're already, likeyou're, like, man, I really got it going on.
Like, tell us one story about about when youthought you had everything together with this
new path and something bad happened, and whatwas the process to get you out of that?
You know, I was just recently asked to dosomething that I really didn't wanna do.
(26:21):
You know, it it's to do this presentation infront of this group that I really do not not
want a present be in front of.
And, you know, I was telling myself, we reallydon't wanna do this.
Like, why do I have to do this?
And I paused and I reflected and I thoughtabout it.
(26:43):
And I recognized, like, I truly believe thateverything comes across your path for a reason.
There is a reason why I have to do this.
And when I was able to pause and reflect and,and look at it from the witness standpoint and
really recognize the gifts that I can bring bydoing this, the impact that I can bring,
(27:05):
although, you know, I feel uncomfortable Atfirst, about it, when I'm able to shift my
perspective and see what good can come fromthis.
What positive can I put out there by doingthis?
I actually it transformed my whole outlookabout doing it, and I know that it's gonna go
amazing, and I know I'm gonna slay it becausethat's who I am.
(27:27):
So it's just right?
It's just flipping flipping the script, takingthat time, breathing, and just stepping back as
a witness.
Right?
Observing the whole situation, not just beingright in the middle of it.
Yeah.
Well and and you you hit it.
You know, you hit a huge, a huge factor ofreally putting this practice in the that we
(27:50):
speak of today, and that's breathing because weknow that breath work is a very good form of
controlling your your central nervous system.
So if you don't believe that, just look at whathappens.
You know, I'm not trying to, you know I'm I'mjust getting ready to put my foot in my mouth
when it comes to people that are pregnant whenthey're delivering babies.
(28:13):
They do breath work.
But I'm I'm sure that that we have to talkabout, you know, that kind of stuff anyhow.
So sorry if that if that hit you.
Oh, no.
Oh, jeez.
But, yeah, it's one of those things wherethat's proof.
That's proof right there that, you know, andsame thing when it comes to I remember one time
when I had my knee blown out.
I had surgery, and I had this tube in my knee.
(28:34):
And the doctor was like, okay, this is what Iwant you to do right before he pulled this tube
that ended up being like 14 inches long down myleg to drain it.
And if and he told me to at at this certain wayof breathing before he pulled it out, and then
after he pulled it out, and it almost tookalmost knocked the wind out of me because it
hurt so bad.
He continued to coach me on how to breathe, andit was, like, all of a sudden the pain went
(28:58):
away.
So we know that breathing is a very, veryimportant aspect of almost everything you do
when you do that self, inner healing.
So, you know, I'm sure that there's a big partof the system that talks about breathing, what
that you you put out there.

way.

And I want you to take the opportunity to livethe life of your dreams.
You know, I I've learned that so many peoplewho are on their deathbed reflecting back have
those regrets.
I should've done it differently.
I wish I had done that.
(30:31):
I wasn't I can truly say that I'm not gonnaregret.
There's no regrets because I've I've went allin, and I want you to be able to do the same.
So live the life of your dreams by tapping intowho you truly are.

(31:16):
strong willed woman back in a time when womendidn't have much of a voice.
