Pam Weston is an author, senior communications leader, and employee engagement expert with more than 25 years of experience leading in a range of communications and community engagement areas.

 Her expertise has guided leaders in various industries. As a trusted advisor during her career in corporate America, she has worked with chief executive officers, company presidents and their teams including Fortune 500 companies in the areas of employee engagement, strategy alignment and communications management.

 

Pam published "Executive Briefing: P.E.O.P.L.E. Goals" because she is passionate about building productive relationships in the workplace. "Executive Briefing: P.E.O.P.L.E. Goals" is a Call to Action and a guide to equip managers along the journey of intention al leadership through employee engagement.

 

Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Illinois State University. She also earned master’s degrees in Management and Leadership and Media Communications Management from Webster University as well as a Graduate Certificate in Change Leadership at Cornell University. 

 

An integral part of Pam’s professional life is community involvement, including volunteering with organizations that center on providing enrichment opportunities for youth and families. She is the immediate past president of the East St. Louis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Pam also served on the Board of Directors for Saint Louis Crisis Nursery for nine years. She is currently on the United Way of Greater St. Louis’ Women’s Leadership Society Cabinet.
