Who is Tommy and what are his main professional achievements?

Tommy is a multiple best-selling author and screenwriter known for his role as a motivational speaker and host of "The Real Tommy Unleashed" on the IQ Podcast Network and Coyote Mountain Productions. His show is widely distributed across over 10 streaming platforms, including iTunes, iHeart, Spotify, and Apple Play. As a screenwriter, he has written and produced the award-winning short film "Life After Oblivion," based on his adapted screenplay. Currently, his feature film screenplay "PTSD-A Soldier's Revenge" is in post-production, and he recently received his first directing credit on the pilot series "The Tale of Richard Pic." He has directed and produced several award-winning short films and is routinely cast as an actor in commercials, television, and film.

Tommy is also a founding member of VetPics Film Productions in San Diego, an all-veteran independent film company that produced "Life After Oblivion." He gained national recognition as the face of a Spotify commercial featuring a dancing dog. His best-selling novel "Haboob Wind" was recently adapted into a screenplay and won the Best International Screenwriter award from the 8.5 Film Awards. His new novel, "Two Million Steps," released in March 2021, became a bestseller on Amazon within two weeks. Before moving to Los Angeles, Tommy was a full career firefighter/medic with the Madison Fire Department and later retired from the U.S. Air Force Air National Guard. He is an active member of various organizations, including the Hollywood American Legion Post 43, Veterans in Media and Entertainment, and the U.S. Press Association, and has worked as a freelance photojournalist for ABC7LA News.
