Roberta Roman é o tipo de pessoa que transforma obstáculos em combustível. Aos 15 anos, deixou o Brasil e chegou aos Estados Unidos sem saber falar inglês. Começou a trabalhar em uma cafeteria, enfrentou preconceito, dificuldades financeiras e muitos desafios que só quem é imigrante entende.
Mas ela nunca desistiu. Estudou, se dedicou, agarrou cada oportunidade com garra e foi crescendo passo a passo. Hoje, é uma das líderes da ETS, a maior empresa de aluguel de equipamentos comandada por brasileiros na região de Massachusetts e uma das que mais crescem no país inteiro.
