Imperfection Wellness: Wellness for the PERFECTLY Imperfect!

Imperfection Wellness: Wellness for the PERFECTLY Imperfect!

For years, I didn't feel on the inside what others saw on the outside. I believed & associated with my negative thoughts as if they were me. My search for happiness turned to trying to find it externally (through friends, things I bought, my job, etc), believing the labels placed on me by myself and others, leaving me feeling isolated, lost & depressed. In this podcast, I will share concepts from The Possley Paradigm, so you too can learn to get unstuck from your thoughts, and find happiness from within, as opposed to finding temporary happiness through fleeting & ever-changing externals.

The conversations acknowledge the emotions we all feel—despair, sadness, fear— but emerge with knowledge, perspective, and hope. The belief is simple: fearless dialogue can transform fear into courage, and courage into change. When fear dominates the headlines, this show digs deeper.
