This week, we take a bit of a different approach with this emotionally resonant episode where we dive into the unexpected ways that grief impacts our sense of self with Ruvi Mugara. In this episode, Ruvi bravely talks to us about the very recent and traumatic loss of her mother and how she is navigating her life as a mother, partner, family member, friend & professional through loss.
We discuss the profound and often unexpected ways that the loss of a loved one can change us, the intense and sudden nature of grief and the therapeutic approaches that have offered us peace during periods of severe anxiety and grief. All the while outlining the importance of self-understanding, acceptance at all stages and the need to make space for our grief, even when it makes us feel like strangers to ourselves and others.
Throughout, we offer our own personal perspectives on navigating the delicate path through both imposter syndrome and grief, reinforcing the importance of self-awareness, support, community and acceptance in navigating the healing process.
A special thank you to Ruvi for her courage in opening up about her experiences during such a challenging period.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
