SPEAKER_04 (01:00):
But we here, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_05 (01:01):
Another day, another dollar type shit, you know what
I mean?

SPEAKER_02 (01:05):
I need a vacation.
I know that's for special.
Anywhere in mine?
Not at the moment, no, not rightnow.
That's that's something that'sjust gonna have to be a workshop
on.
I do know I want to like kind ofvisit the parents though.

SPEAKER_05 (01:19):
But no, I need to go.
I need to go like I wanna do dolike a cute, a cute little trip
with my girl, but then I want todouble back.
Like a guy's trip.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Like that's needed.
I mean, just go out and doingbear fuckery.

(01:40):
You know what I'm saying?
Like, not like getting into noI'm saying, no crazy shit, but
like just doing bear fuckery.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, that's definitely needed.

SPEAKER_02 (01:47):
Um, most deaf.
Damn.
Damn.
They don't be telling you aboutthis in adulting.
You never got no time to do it.

SPEAKER_05 (01:55):
Hell no, bro.
Like, yo, every day you justwork, and then like I'm paying,
you work to pay for your crib.
You feel me?
Like, and then you don't even beat your crib because you working
so damn much.
Yeah, nah.
I hate it.
I'll be upset with myself when Ibe choosing to go outside and go
eat and shit like that.
I'm like, nigga, you got food inthe crib, bro.
What is wrong with you?
Yeah, money, bro.

(02:16):
You know what I'm saying?
Damn.
But alright, bro.
Wanna start it off?

SPEAKER_02 (02:23):
So, there's been a whole lot of hoopla going around
with Microsoft.

SPEAKER_03 (02:28):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (02:29):
Um, I think recently, right now, they've
been taking, well, they've beentaking a whole bunch of a whole
bunch of heat as of late, though.
But this most recent one is notflying by with the people.
And that's the whatcha call it?
The game pass?

SPEAKER_05 (02:42):
Or the um the pricing for these new passes.
Oh yeah.
So they taxing Uncle Sam.
You know what I'm saying?
And and they the way they'retrying to like break it down for
the people to where it's like,um, we're doing more for you.
Like, like, like, like, it'sgonna be more in this.
Like, yeah, right.

SPEAKER_02 (03:00):
I mean I will say though, Game Pass.
I haven't I haven't re-uped thesubscription in a minute.
But when I did get it, when Idid have it, that was fire, bro.
It was like they was literallydropping games like the daily
like day one release games.
So technically, you didn't haveto go ahead and buy that.
You just rented that out rightthere.

(03:23):
Yeah.
Beat it and be like, all right, bet.

SPEAKER_05 (03:27):
Yeah.
But like, realistically, who hastime to like like these games
these days be averaging like 30hours, 20 hours type shit.
You feel me?
Like, plus.
Like, like, like, like I'msaying, like, when I say 30, 20
hours, it's like basic games.
I'm saying, like Spider-Man, forinstance, like 24 hours, 22

(03:48):
hours, some shit like that.
You feel me?
Like, yeah, I think that wasn'tnothing crazy.
That was on a shorter side.
Exactly.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, whereas you got games, I'msaying God of War or whatever,
where it's 40 plus hours thatyou could put in on this fucking
game.
You know what I mean?
Like Hogwarts Legacy is anotherexample of that.
You could put mad time on agame.
So um you don't have time forthat.

(04:10):
Unless unless, unless like youjust got an at-home job or you
just bumming it, you a whole umI uh I like to call um homeless
sexual, a homeless sexual issomebody who's just slinging
dick, you know what I'm saying, for a place to stay.
That's hobo.
You know what I mean?
No, no, no, no, no.
Homeless sexual, you know whatI'm saying?

(04:30):
It's a whole different type ofcategory.
You know what I mean?
Hobo is a different, you feelme?
Shout out to my hobo niggas, youknow what I'm saying?
But like homeless sexual, Idon't got no pass for them, bro.
I don't get no pass for them.

SPEAKER_02 (04:44):
Um, but nah, yeah.
But nah, it was like it was itwas good.
It was it was a damn good thing.
I think I wrote down thenumbers, bro.
I haven't um I haven't been onit as of late.
But getting those gettinggetting just triple A and triple
A games day one release withouthaving to go ahead and spend

(05:06):
this to 70 or whatever on it wassolid.

SPEAKER_05 (05:09):
Okay.
Yep, I did have the numbers.
So we got we got the Xbox GamePass Ultimate.
It went from$29.99,$30.
No, no, no.
It went from$20 to$30.
Um the um Game Pass premium wentum Game Pass premium$15 a month,
the same as the stage as thestandard um subscription is$10.

(05:31):
The Game Pass Essentials$10 amonth, the same as the old core
subscription.
And the P PC Game Pass is$16 amonth.
It went up from$12 a month.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, we want I'm saying that dosome mathematics on this, right?
That's too many damnsubscriptions, bro.
That's too many, but but but Idon't need no more.

(05:51):
Check me though.
Sony do the same thing.

SPEAKER_02 (05:55):
Yeah, nah.
Who said not who said Sony?
Who said I even got the Sonysubscription, bro?
Fuck you thought the fuck youtalking about?

SPEAKER_05 (06:04):
Sony does the exact same bullshit, and their catalog
is dog shit, no funny shit.
Like it's cool if you want to belike I guess cool for the
nostalgia feeling of it.
Like, because I'm saying, like, you know, we all for the most
part, I don't know anybody whodidn't really grow up on, you
know what I'm saying, like umSony or whatever, just having
just a PlayStation in general.
But they have like matter, um,you know, the classics a little

(06:24):
bit old school collection.
You know, like that's that's theonly thing that's fire about
that shit.
That's the only thing.

SPEAKER_02 (06:32):
So, nah, I definitely I definitely felt
like it's um Nah, Game Pass wasdefinitely like the best thing
that the best thing thatMicrosoft had ever did.
But they fumbled at now.

SPEAKER_05 (06:40):
But if you don't like you don't have the time.

SPEAKER_02 (06:44):
Oh, you just don't have the time.
I mean, well, to be fair, if youdon't have the time, you
shouldn't be getting this thesubscription anyway.
You shouldn't be getting anytype of subscription if you
don't got the time on that.
Cause then that's just wasted.

SPEAKER_05 (06:57):
True.
But like, how many hours um aweek or a month do you put in
with your Netflix subscription?

SPEAKER_02 (07:06):
I'm gonna be real.
I haven't even been glocking alltoo much up in Netflix.
I got I got shows and stuff towatch up on Netflix.
I just haven't really beenglocking up on Netflix.
Niggas.
Oh yeah.
It's I mean, it's the wholething.
Everybody everybody hassubscription fatigue, so raising

(07:28):
a price up on this one, I meanit's not gonna make anybody
happy.

SPEAKER_05 (07:34):
So nah, it's too much, it's too much, you know
what I'm saying?
My groceries, my groceries toodamn hot, bro.
I don't give a fuck about nogoddamn game video games, you
know what I'm saying?
Like, fuck out here.
I'm paying my fucking when eggsis like$13 for a cart or a dozen
of fucking eggs, and thembitches wasn't even brown.
Can I get some melanated eggsfor a low price at least?

(07:55):
Damn.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, oh man.
Um, but yeah, I just I'm I don'tat this point, bro, being a
being a gamer, bro, it's likeit's another luxury, my nigga,
which is sad.
You know what I mean?
Like like Yeah, is it's becominglike a luxury type of thing
where it's like it's almostequivalent to like to like

(08:17):
having not even almostequivalent, it definitely is
equivalent to having like sometype of like um type of vice,
like if you smoke it or drink itor some shit like that.
Like when you think about a lotof these, um, a lot of these
games when it comes to like thein-game purchasing and whatnot,
and I mean like you know soyeah, nah.

SPEAKER_02 (08:37):
I mean some at least it's with an indie one, you you
you're getting the whole game.
You'll be lucky if they evendecide to get like a DLC for
that.

SPEAKER_03 (08:47):
True.

SPEAKER_02 (08:48):
Um something that's triple A, most definitely coming
with some DLC.
Whether it's like some skins orlike whatever the heck that is
that they selling for whateverthan to match it.
I mean like game games has justbeen it games have been an
expensive hobby, but as oflately with everything else

(09:08):
going into it, whether you're aconsole gamer or a PC gamer,
it's just like you said, it's aluxury at this point.
Oh yeah.
This is why, like, at thispoint, I don't have I don't have
to go ahead and buy like everygame that's coming on out.
No, I don't know I don't got thetime for it.
Uh uh.
And I also don't got like thefunds to just spread around and
be throwing stuff like that.

(09:29):
Uh-huh.
Nah.
I'm very selecting it.
I'm selective with like my gamesand my time.

SPEAKER_05 (09:37):
Like I said, 40 hours, 20 hours.
Yeah.
How much time do you got toreally sit down after hard, long
days of work, even on yourfucking off days, man?
Even on your off days, you thinkyou want to sit there and I
mean, nah, you know why?
Because you gotta you gotta gowash clothes, you gotta go clean
up the crib, you know what I'msaying?
Like you gotta other real adultshit to go do.

(09:58):
You know what I mean?
Like this wasn't in the manualscript for when I was born.
And I mean, when I first googleGaga when I first started
screaming and shit, you knowwhat I mean?
Like it wasn't in that script.

SPEAKER_02 (10:07):
They should have told me this.
It should have told me thisbefore I got up over here at
this time.
They could have had that.

SPEAKER_05 (10:12):
I was supposed to be told this in my pop's sack,
actually, when we were swimmingand racing.
I need to, I could have fellback, gang.
I could have.
Hey, you know where you got it?
Y'all got it, I got it.
I could've, you know what Imean?
Word.
Oh man.
Damn.
But um, what's that?
What's next?
Um, oh uh the Caruso, um, what'sthe the Russo brothers?

(10:36):
I was gonna say Caruso.
Um, the Russo brothers um had umthrow up a little clip, a little
um not a clip, but uh picture onuh on an IG.
I'm gonna be real, bro.
What?

SPEAKER_02 (10:49):
I don't care about any of these damn things.
I don't care about like nolittle no little picture teaser
or like the composition of thisphoto, black and white.
I don't care about any of thatshit, bro.

SPEAKER_05 (10:59):
Yo, so the thing is.

SPEAKER_02 (11:01):
Give me a trailer, give me a release date,
something to work with.
You giving me all this likebehind the scenes bullshit, bro?
I don't care about that, bro.

SPEAKER_05 (11:09):
I don't care about that.
They they going for dark, mysterious, you feel me?
I don't care about that.
That's that's the vibe now, bro.

SPEAKER_02 (11:16):
Then I'm hearing all this other stuff about like this
actor joining up and over here.
I mean, like that's cool and allthough, but like look, I'm I'm
I'm almost the same way with thegames.
I don't care about that, bro.
Just give me like, just give methe release.
They give me something about togo off with so that way I can be
like, all right, cool, on thecalendar.
You give me all this other extracontents, bro.
Like I don't care.

SPEAKER_05 (11:37):
Biting, uh, scratching them things going
crazy, bro.

SPEAKER_02 (11:42):
That shit wasting my time.
I don't care, bro.
Bro, they love the men, bro.
I don't need this cryptic stuff,bro.
Like, oh, who's gonna who'ssitting in the chair?
Who's that?
Like, look, bro, I don't care.
I want to see the product orwhatever.
Give me a release date so thatI'd be or I'm cool.
Put that off to the side.

(12:02):
I don't gotta worry about thatright now.
Right until it comes out.
I get that, but like, come on,man.

SPEAKER_05 (12:08):
It's the it's this is this is what being a fan is,
bro.
You gotta be a fiend.
Oh nah, bro.
You gotta be I ain't yourfiending.
You gotta be a fiend, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, cause like it it it buildsthat drive.
Now it's like, you know what Imean?
Now we all chirping and talking, like, yeah, like now we standing
in lawn, fiend out.

(12:29):
No, I don't need no fiend out.
Fiend out, you know what I mean?
Like, bro.
Nah, but they doing they'redoing good marketing.
Um, of course, you know what I'msaying?
Like, I do always like goodmarketing.
You know what I'm saying?
They're doing good marketing, you know what I mean?
Like, that's all that is.
Um, I'm not really I kind of I Idefinitely agree with you, but

(12:53):
it's it's fun, you know what Imean?
Like, cause it's cause becausethey're doing shit it's purpose
purposeful, I'm saying, Yeah, like they're drawing up the
hype, yeah.
Like I can't.
And then uh the talks of um ofof some of the original um um
when Fox Studios had had theX-Men and whatnot.

SPEAKER_02 (13:10):
Yeah, X-Men and Fantastic World.

SPEAKER_05 (13:12):
Yeah, so so that's some of the talks about that is
I mean, I could be fired.
You know what I mean?
Like, if if if oh um as a Idon't care about the speculation
talk, I'll be real.
All right, so I gotta I got aquestion.
Um from the lineup that we gotso far, well, like uh we already

(13:34):
know with um with like theX-Men, like like like base
people like Nimtain.

SPEAKER_02 (13:40):
Um Rain and Depp on there, obviously, yeah.

SPEAKER_05 (13:44):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Um Beast Beast is supposed to becoming back.
Um Professor X is supposed to becoming back.

SPEAKER_02 (13:50):
Okay, so they got like literally people from um
from Funda Fox to come rightback on.

SPEAKER_05 (13:57):
Um fucking uh I believe Mystique is supposed to
be coming back.
They talked about um I'mforgetting this dude's name,
dude that'd be uh Nightcrawler.
They talked about him comingback, but it's like one of those
like what I'm saying, like alittle wind in the air type

(14:17):
thing.

SPEAKER_02 (14:18):
See, this is why this is why I just like just
give me the trailer or whatever.
Yeah, nah, nah, I felt that, butit's because it was because it's
like I'm gonna be tight if theylike they going on ahead and
giving like this little, ooh,you know, like for example, not
saying it, not saying that theyare in it or not, or whatever
the case, but like, ooh, youknow, this little nightcrawler
hint, he's like in the show orin the movie or whatever or or

(14:39):
whatever, then come around, there's like a red herring.
It was like somebody else whothey was over here referencing
or whatever that's gonna be upin there, like not like look,
bro, I don't care about thatright now anymore.
At this point, just you know, atthis point, just give it like
like give me a trailer or orlike little teaser or something.

SPEAKER_05 (14:56):
I wonder how it's gonna make sense.
Like, are they gonna That's alot of characters?

SPEAKER_02 (15:01):
I mean, Infinity Wars and Endgame was already
kind of crazy with like themultiple different stories that
you over here following, andthat was just like technically
split up into two Infinity Warsand Endgame.

SPEAKER_05 (15:13):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (15:13):
So something like this, which is gonna have even
more people up on there, peoplefrom like the shows and whatnot
coming up over here, and this.
It's like at this point, it'slike freaking beyond expansive.

SPEAKER_01 (15:25):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (15:26):
So as to how they're gonna fit all that up in there
in that time, most likely, Iwouldn't even be surprised if we
get parts for this.
I don't know if it was confirmedthat it is getting parts or
anything like that.
But like like how HollywoodHollywood has a trend with stuff
like this.
And something as big as this ona scale like this, I wouldn't be
surprised if they had likefreaking parts like already

(15:48):
titled up for it.
Because I can't see how they'regonna do that for like no
freaking two and a half hours.

SPEAKER_05 (16:02):
You know, they already be taking like four,
five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven four years to go
make a movie and shit.

SPEAKER_02 (16:09):
They won't give you all the other ones to hold you
down.
You feel me?

SPEAKER_05 (16:13):
Mad irrelevant ass stories and characters and shit,
bro.
Man.
I'm I'm I'm excited for it justbecause of the X-Men, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm not Marvel, Marvel couldkick kiss the blackest part of
my ass, bro.
No funny shit.
I'm not I'm not even too big orcrazy of a fan uh DC, but I'm

(16:34):
hands hands be the hands wholeB, hopefully.
Just see what's going on.
We're gonna see what's going on,my boy, Mr.
Gun.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, hopefully we get somethinggoing.
You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_02 (16:45):
Speaking of DC.

SPEAKER_05 (16:47):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (16:48):
It was talking about the Batman, right?

SPEAKER_05 (16:50):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (16:51):
What's going on?
What was going on with that?
Um it was like new trailer orlike was some new some new
information about a drop?
Oh, um.
Because I know that they would Iknow it was um it got pushed
back a little bit, right?
Because I think it was like thedirector or something like that.

(17:13):
Um It's been a minute.
Oh, so um when they would talkabout that.

SPEAKER_05 (17:18):
So Colin Farrell, um, recently, you know, Penguin
or whatever, he just recentlydid like an interview and he was
talking about um he was talkingabout um like the tone.
Of course, so we all know that,or I don't know if people don't
know that um he's not gonna bethe main villain in the Batman
2.
I'm saying, like he's gonna bepart of one of those, like I'm

(17:41):
saying, like if you kind ofreally know the penguin story,
he never like really was like, Imean, you know, Batman's on the
top of Batman's list, you knowwhat I mean?
Like he was just, you know.
So, and especially with thehistory of um of of the cobble
pots or whatever, I think thatthat might be explored more.

SPEAKER_02 (17:58):
Probably might just be saving a whole lot of that
for um what you call it, seasontwo of the penguin.

SPEAKER_00 (18:03):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_05 (18:04):
Um, so but but but he's not gonna, I don't believe
that he's gonna I believe he isgonna have like a role in the
movie, like you're gonna seehim, but it's not gonna be It's
not major.
Not major.
Um, but what he did say that umwas that it's gonna be darker,
no, yeah, darker, scarier, anddeeper, some shit like that.
I don't sorry if I'm quotemisquoting him.

(18:27):
But um, but he said that umpretty much the director had
like got back and took a stepback and went back to all the
way before I'm saying earlycomics type shit and picked
apart and found out which one tohim, which was the darkest one,
which was the most most like uhdown-to-earth, you know what I'm

(18:49):
saying.
One we got the setup.
He was talking about how we gotthe setup, which is of course
we've seen for like um the toneof what he can do, or whatever,
who he is now, because they theyautomatically skipped over like
the origin story, which is Iappreciate it.
We all know Batman's originstory.

SPEAKER_02 (19:04):
We took like a year one with it.
So it was like we skipped theorigin bit about him, though,
but we're also like when he'sfirst kind of starting on out,
or he's fairly new into thegame.

SPEAKER_05 (19:13):
Exactly.

SPEAKER_02 (19:14):
Because there was like little things he's like, oh
shit, you know, like, oh, littlethings he was getting tripped up
on, you know, tripped up on.
But like a veteran Batmanwouldn't have gotten tripped
upon.
Yeah, yeah.
Nah, Dark Knight was um, I saidnot the not the Dark Knight, the
Batman was was damn good.
And it was also like a detectiveone, too.
Because so they ended up showingoff more of his like detective

(19:34):
chops.
No, yeah, which was also realgood.

SPEAKER_05 (19:36):
Which is definitely, you know what I'm saying?
Because at the end of the day, like like yeah, Batman be
fighting all kinds of likeplanetary as people with the
Justice League and all of that, but like the root base core
Batman, I'm saying the nigga's adetective, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
Like he really be trying tofigure shit out and fucking bust
up fucking gangs and shit likethat.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, like it's it's deeper thana lot of shit that that that you

(19:58):
see on the outside of it.
And I appreciate um the takethat's been that's been done
with that, you know what I'msaying?
But yeah, um, I mean, somethinglike that, bro.
I think that um I think that isis is one of those things
because it's obviously not apart of the um of the DCU.
Yeah, it's not a part of the umso it's gonna be like um uh

(20:22):
what's that shit called?
Elsewhere.
Elseworld, yeah.
Like an else world.
I fuck with that.
Because you can do you can dowhatever.
You could you could you knowwhat I'm saying?

SPEAKER_02 (20:31):
Like you could really you could have it
continue on without it havingbeing like introduced or like
better without it hurtingwhatever it established or what
it's going with, which is prettynice.

SPEAKER_05 (20:43):
Exactly, exactly.
So I mean, yeah.
Who knows?
Let's see, let's see what thatman has to cook with that, bro.

SPEAKER_01 (20:53):
This is a little bit for me, but the absolute
universe.

SPEAKER_02 (21:00):
I know I have spoke of it I know I spoke of it like
you know a little bit beforeearlier and whatnot.
You gotta check out the absoluteuniverse, man.
It's the comics.
So to briefly, you know, to getyou put on it.
Um it was like a big event thathappened on um with the mainstay

(21:21):
comics and whatnot.
The dark side was um allpowerful and was fueled by um
damn the Spectre.
Pretty much like DC's um god orwhatever.
It was fueled by him.
Anyway, long story short, scrapped up with the Justice
League.
Had they f ended up taking himout, finished his life, but in

(21:46):
doing so, he was able to make anew a new universe that was
fueled by him and his power.
Hence the absolute universe.
Now what's going on up overthere, all the stuff like that
was going on in the main DCuniverse, like hope and stuff
like that, no longer a conceptthat's so much up over here in

(22:07):
this um absolute universe that'sfueled by dark side.
It's like the heroes are attheir lowest of the low.
And this is them just startingout like Bruce Wayne, he ain't
rich.
He ain't rich.
He's he's literally like just aslim kid.
He's literally just right upover there.
His mom's still around, but hispops died.

(22:27):
You know, gotta have like littleBatman origin.
A parent gotta die, apparently.
Yeah, Batman.
Tight shit, tight shit.
So Pops is gone and whatnot.
He is poor, so he don't havelike all the money and whatnot
to do it.
So he works as like um, I thinkit's like engineer.
Like pretty much he's working,he's like a city worker, and
he's like filling up all likeall the constructions and

(22:49):
whatnot that's going on inGotham.
He's like putting in his ownstuff like Batman stuff.
So he's already has like a wholebaseline of like the whole city
and whatnot, starting from thebottom, literally.
He's also like seven feet tall.
He's a brick house, bro.
He's he's built like a freakingbrick house.
It's crazy.
He also got a battle axe as hisbaseline.
And you know, like it's it'sit's insane.

(23:10):
Wonder Woman, she up over here, like born, well not necessarily
born, but raised up in hell.
She comes out, she got a bust ofsword, she's spelled like she's
a spellcast.
Like she, bro, it's insane.

SPEAKER_03 (23:23):
Okay.

SPEAKER_02 (23:24):
Superman, you know, I'm just run, I'm I'm just
running him down over there toyou, though.
But like, it's it's insane.
Everybody, everybody got likesome type of trauma or whatnot
going on.
It's insane.
Superman, he's, you know, thehope Superman origins and
whatnot, though.
But now he's like going upagainst Rajah Glue, like Raz.

SPEAKER_00 (23:43):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (23:45):
It's it's insane.
He also got like his own suit.
His suit looks hard, but it'salso like an AI that also kind
of like is like his cape.
It's like dust that could be hiscape and shit.
It can also do like all thisother stuff, like, bro, it's
insane.

SPEAKER_03 (24:02):
Okay.
It's insane.
Okay.

SPEAKER_02 (24:06):
They all are like working out of some type of
gutter or some type of like unungood like circumstances where
like they can't gauge.
Like, they got a whole bunch ofstuff going on.
Batman, just to go right back toBatman, he's his whole rogue is
different.
Like, the Joker is rich.
It did like a whole flip.

(24:26):
Like, Joker up over here is richand up over here doing the
Lazarus and all this otherstuff.
We still haven't, like, we seenhim in, like, we seen him seen
him come up in there though, butit's insane.
You got Bane up over here, who'seven even bigger than Batman,
who's seven feet tall.
Bane's like about eight, andthat's without the venom.

SPEAKER_04 (24:47):
God damn.

SPEAKER_02 (24:48):
Yeah.
He could like the venom comeson, he's like freaking um he's
bigger than like the Hulk typeof shit.

SPEAKER_03 (24:54):
God damn.

SPEAKER_02 (24:55):
It's insane.
And it's just a lot of shitgoing on, bro.
It's just a lot of shit.
Just know.
Even I think they got like, theygot the Green Lantern, that's
also pretty good, too, when likea whole bunch of stuff, concepts
and whatnot is being likeswitched on his dime, like
switch on his head right up overthere.

(25:17):
So that's also pretty good.
They also got like the Flash,Flash following like uh Wally.
Wally's a kid up over here, though, but there's no such
thing as the speed force.
His speed force is different upover here and type shit.
Whole bunch of stuff going on,but he's on the run, and then
like they got Martian Manhunter, which I think is pretty is drawn
out nicely.

(25:38):
Like the whole thing is drawnout like with um with colors.
Okay.
And the Martian, he's um, he'sinteracting with like through
colors.
So like all this stuff, like howthe art is drawn and whatnot,
sometimes it could just be likewith it's like conveying the
different emotions and whatnot, but they doing it in like a
colorful way.

(25:59):
And then like they're having theMartian inter interact with like
those thoughts and whatnot, soyou're seeing it.
It's like it's it's pretty, it'strippy.
It's tripped out, but it's goodas fuck.
Point is, if you're not on theabsolute universe whole thing
going on, get up on that becauseit's crazy.
I got too much.
They got like um, they preparingto do like a crossover with the

(26:20):
absolute universe and like themain DC universe.

SPEAKER_00 (26:23):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (26:24):
That's what's like they're going on right now where
they're kind of setting that up.
But it's been kind of insane.
Reason why I'm talking about theabsolute universe is because a
couple of weeks back they showedAbsolute Joker.
And I gotta say, I'm gonna putup a picture for y'all when
y'all um so y'all can see thatway if y'all haven't seen it,
y'all can see it.

(26:44):
But for you, bro, you have tosee how insane this man looks.
Like, I feel sorry.
I like I don't I don't know whywhy um Darkseid has it out for
Batman, but I don't know.
He has it out for him becauseall his villains thus far in his
runs have been kind of demons.
Look at this.

SPEAKER_04 (27:08):
Oh what the fuck?

SPEAKER_01 (27:10):
Exactly.
Like he rich?
He rich.
Bro, I'm gonna I'ma throw it upthere for y'all so y'all can see
that.

SPEAKER_05 (27:21):
Like he got it.
He got it.
So that's why that's why thefuck he made Batman fucking
seven foot tall and bro with awith with his with the bat sign
as his motherfucking battle axe.
What the fuck?
I I mean you got to.
You got you got him.
You got him.
Cause that anything, anythingbesides that, it's a it's a it's
it's it's glazing and it'snerfing the fuck out of him,

(27:42):
bro.

SPEAKER_02 (27:43):
If he's going up against that, I think he should
have a kill rule just just thisonce, bro.
I'm just saying, because you gota body something you got a body
something.
Nah, no, man.
Damn.
That's nasty.
I'm gonna send you some linksand whatnot.
We got a tail.
I'm gonna send you a link tothat so you could catch up on
some of the stuff though.

(28:03):
But yeah, nah, it's been good.

SPEAKER_05 (28:04):
Look at his mouth.
See this mouth?

SPEAKER_02 (28:08):
Like, bruh.
I'm telling you, it's insane.
They also just got throughfinished doing like some um
their own version of like theJustice League.
Pretty much is just all thepeople of power, which is all
like the villains and whatnot, they up over here making their
own Justice League and shit.
It's it's not looking good.

(28:31):
I just gotta, you know, I justhad to get that on out there.

SPEAKER_05 (28:34):
I'm crying.
I'm crying.
That's fire.
I gotta definitely check thatout.

SPEAKER_01 (28:40):
Oh shit.
Let me see.

SPEAKER_02 (28:46):
Something has also been consuming me these past two
days.
What's that?
Ghost of Yote.
Came out on the second.
Got it already, of course,right?
It's fire.
Okay.
My other one?
I've already been speaking aboutthis for like a couple of
episodes by now.
So yes, it's Digimon, bro.

(29:07):
That shit is gas.
Alright?
That's gas.
If you if you like any JRPGs andtype shit, I think this would be
like a good one that you know tocheck on out.
If you like JRPGs, if you were afan of Digimon or whatever, also
go on ahead and copy because whyit's bro, it's the best.
It's the best.

(29:27):
This is literally the best gamefrom them.
Fire.
I'm not gonna go too crazy up onit, but I see the feeling in
your eyes.
Just know.
Just know.
Just know.

SPEAKER_05 (29:41):
Ghosts?

SPEAKER_02 (29:42):
I've been trying to like balance, trying to play
both of them at the same time.
I gotta go back over on how I'mgonna do my rotation because I
don't know about you.
I know you play um what you callOverwatch and a bit of rivals
and whatnot.
So I I know your rotation iskind of like around.
That my rotation before thesetwo came out was like kind of

(30:04):
Path of Exile.
Something are pretty cool.
Chill.

SPEAKER_01 (30:07):
Play it out like right out on the side.
Um there was that Dragon Ball ZMOBA thing.

SPEAKER_02 (30:16):
Quite frankly, I probably shouldn't be playing no
MOBAs.
MOBAs get me upset.
But that's neither here northere.

SPEAKER_05 (30:22):
Um about that gig um gig hiking some shit.

SPEAKER_02 (30:26):
Yeah, that's it.

SPEAKER_05 (30:27):
I was fucking with that.
I ain't gonna lie to you.

SPEAKER_02 (30:29):
Bro, okay, we're gonna have to fucking with that.
We're gonna have to we're gonnahave to team up because we can't
fucking with that.

SPEAKER_05 (30:34):
I was fucking with that.
Nah, randoms be stupid as fuck.
Random is be stupid as fuck.
But I was fucking with that.
I was fucking with that.
I ain't gonna lie to you.
That's that's the eye.
And it's a different type of thegame.
Yeah.
It's a different type of game.

SPEAKER_02 (30:45):
Okay, okay, okay.
So we can oh, Silk Song.
Mm-hmm.
Hollow Knight Silk Song.
Fire as game.
That's definitely gonna be gameof the year.
Calling that now.
Um, but yeah.
Been like that's been therotation now.
But now since these two droppedout, it's just like, damn.

SPEAKER_05 (31:06):
You gotta do some reshuffling.

SPEAKER_02 (31:08):
Yeah, something gonna have to get dropped.
Well, a lot of things gettingdropped.

SPEAKER_05 (31:11):
Nah, so my thing is right now, um the seasons for
like Overwatch and Rivals isending.

SPEAKER_02 (31:19):
So I'm like I'm I'm I think Rivals is in like the
mid uh midseason this upcomingweek or something like that.
Because they're talking aboutDaredevil.
He's dropping like on the 10th.

SPEAKER_05 (31:29):
It's something.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You're right, actually.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Then there's Overwatch.
It's Overwatch.
Yeah, it is Overwatch becausethe the Drives event is about to
start up.
Okay.
You know what I'm saying?
Um, I've been just going crazyin that, bro.
I ain't gonna lie to you.
I get I gotta get my battle passworth.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, and I ain't been playing, like, I've been playing it, but
I was on um my my boy, which ismad stupid.

(31:53):
I hate call I hate all of thesegames, bro.
These games be coming out everyfucking year.
I just bought Black Ops 6, BlackOps 7 drop, drops in like a
month or some shit like that, bro.
Uh I'm saying, like, so but I Ilove I love zombies, you know
what I'm saying?
Like, so I bought I bought itjust to do the Easter eggs and
zombies, you know what I'msaying?
Like, so I've just been grindingthat shit out like crazy, and
they've been having like eventsbecause the game is about to be

(32:15):
over, type shit, or whatever.
So I just been fucking withthose events.
Um they got events for zombies.
Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Fire, fire, fire.
Um, but nah, I'm once once allof this shit is over, like,
that's that's I'm Ghost of Yoteis number one, and that's all
I'm gonna be playing.

(32:36):
There's no rotation.
There's no rotation.
That's why that's why I'm doinglike this.
Like any game like that thatcomes out.
I I don't even I don't evenwaste my time trying to why
would I play a different gameand this and I and I just
purchased this beautiful assfucking game.
The same way I felt when I gotHogwarts, the same way I felt
when I got fucking um um um Godof War Ragnarok.

(33:00):
I'm saying, like it's the sameway I felt um when I even when I
got fucking Spider-Man, I'msaying, like the Spider-Man 2,
the last one.
Man, why the fuck would I playanything else except for this
beautiful ass game?
You know what I'm saying?
Like, so I'm a maniac.

SPEAKER_02 (33:16):
I'm just juggling those two.
No, technically, it's honestlyjust one at this point.
I've just I've just been kind ofcrazy on Digimon.

SPEAKER_05 (33:24):
Fint out.
Look, bro.
Fint out.

SPEAKER_02 (33:28):
Look, bro.

SPEAKER_05 (33:28):
Fint out.

SPEAKER_02 (33:30):
I've been waiting for days like this on this one,
man.

SPEAKER_05 (33:32):
I ain't mad at you, man.

SPEAKER_02 (33:33):
I ain't even mad at you.
It's a damn good one.
This shit, this this one theythey got.
They got this one.

SPEAKER_05 (33:40):
Question that I do have do they do they have um
like a multi multiplayer umaspect to uh Toyote?
No, they didn't do that?

SPEAKER_02 (33:48):
No, no, not yet.
Um Jordan was telling me thatthey um they announced that
that's coming out, but not onthe release.
So it could be like a month orhowever long.
Because they did the same thingwith Ghost too.
It was like you had ghosts outfor probably about like a month
or whatever, month or two, andthen like the um multiplayer
came out like a couple of monthsafter.

SPEAKER_05 (34:08):
But how would please don't do it like they did it
before?
It needs to be fun.

SPEAKER_02 (34:13):
I'm pretty sure they're gonna expand on it
because it needs to be fun.

SPEAKER_05 (34:16):
They the other one was so boring, bro.

SPEAKER_02 (34:19):
They paid like they got the classes on it.

SPEAKER_03 (34:22):
Okay.

SPEAKER_02 (34:23):
Like, I don't have everything yet in Ghost.
Um, I mean Yote.
So I can see them if they'regonna do that like how they did
with the previous one where theyhad like um different like the
different weapons and they kindof broke it into like classes

(34:44):
per se, or like just the stancesor whatever for it.
I could see them doing somethinglike this with like um the
different you know that there'sweapons, right?
Okay, yeah.
Um I can see them probably doingsomething with that, making it
like more specialized, like morespecialized sets or something
like that.

(35:04):
Um it's in it it'll beinteresting, I say that much.
Um I can see the combat for it mchanging up a lot because they
did introduce like some newstuff on it.
So I can definitely see likewhenever the multiplayer for
this comes on out, it'llprobably be dude.

(35:26):
I mean like it it it'll be good, like be a another time sink, if
anything.
Because the first one when itcame out like out, it was it
wasn't bad.
It was pretty good.
Obviously, then when they thenhad to like throw up all the
harder content and whatnot andand the freaking raid and stuff
like that, just made it a littlebit difficult.

(35:46):
But or I guess a little bitboring because again, at the end
of the day's waves.
But I could see them doingsomething interesting with it
where it could look, they couldchef it up.
I'm pretty sure they got it.

SPEAKER_04 (36:00):
So would it be too much to ask for a co-op game
like Yote?

SPEAKER_02 (36:10):
I think it's just gonna have to be something that
they do from the ground up, likewith that in mind.
I don't think it would be Idon't know actually.

SPEAKER_04 (36:21):
Would it be too much to axe?

SPEAKER_05 (36:24):
I mean by co-op.
If they do something like that,I'm talking about like I'm
talking about like um like umlike uh no way out type of
co-op.

SPEAKER_02 (36:34):
Oh, yeah, nah.
This is this is sucker punch.
This is sucker punch.
Sucker punch ain't gonna suckerpain sucker punch isn't gonna do
it like that on the way of likeno way out.
At least not like how that'swhat I'm saying.
Like if it has it, like if theydoing it like that, it has to be
like with it has to be done likewith that in mind.

SPEAKER_05 (36:53):
Or like, better yet, or like um like Shinobi
Strikers.
Like how Shinobi Strikers, youcan play, you can go throughout
the campaign throughout thestory with a with the person.
You don't have to, even thoughthey're in their own, you get
what I'm saying, point in thestory, you can still hop in and
still join the story.

SPEAKER_00 (37:14):
Hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (37:15):
Mm-hmm.
I don't know, man.
It'd be dope if um if they hadlike actual co-op um style,
something like that.

SPEAKER_05 (37:22):
You know what I'm saying?
Like, cause I'm I when I thinkabout shit like that, I think
about like love God of fuckingwar, you know what I'm saying?
Like like they do something likethat, like whereas I could be
Atreus, you know what I'msaying?
Like you could be Kratos typeshit, run around catching
motherfucking havoc, like that'spain.

SPEAKER_02 (37:38):
Instead of just the regular like core symbols and
like if they do that, they mightdo it like how they did with
that, I forgot what it was, Ithink it was God of War
Extension.

SPEAKER_00 (37:46):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (37:47):
It wasn't like any if I remembering correctly,
because I'm gonna be real, Ihaven't played too much of
Ascension.
But it was something like um, Ithink it was like up to four
people or something like that.
And then there's like differentquote unquote classes that you
can go ahead and select from.
Wasn't like actual main mainmain people like Kratos or
whatever.
It was just like I think theyjust trivialized it to like just

(38:08):
another Spartans that justhappened to get like a hold of
this power and and whatnot.
So he was going with that.
I mean I could do something likethat.
Just expand on it, just somedon't make it ass.
I can see it being I I can seeit being fun.
Um thing is, I I'm gonna bereal.

(38:29):
I don't know.
No, multiplayers most definitelyI take that back.
Multiplayers and games mostdefinitely be existing because
just the Twitch friend slopgames that come out now, mm-hmm,
obviously for co-op.
Granted, those are a differentkind of co-op.

SPEAKER_01 (38:50):
So different feels for it, you know?

SPEAKER_02 (38:53):
But ultimately, uh who knows?
It could be interesting on that.
I do know if next Sucker Punchgame I want, I want it to be
another um something from InInfamous.
I'm gonna need them to revisitInfamous, man.

SPEAKER_05 (39:10):
Oh yeah.
Definitely that that was toomuch of a gem, bro, to be
honest.

SPEAKER_02 (39:17):
Imagine how that would be now.
Like the story.

SPEAKER_05 (39:21):
The story alone was just like pain.
Straight pain.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, like in the concept, howeverybody had powers and
whatnot, and like the ideabehind the powers, like at this
point, I'll take a remake.

SPEAKER_02 (39:36):
I'll be I'll be cool with just a remake, man, at this
point.

SPEAKER_05 (39:40):
Something remake PS5 version.

SPEAKER_02 (39:42):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_05 (39:43):
Give me that.
I need that.
With with the DLCs too.

SPEAKER_01 (39:47):
Yeah, no, no.
Oh yeah.
1000%.
Um speaking of well, this is alittle bit off tangent though,
but um how you feel about DemonSlayer?

SPEAKER_05 (40:07):
So not gonna lie.
We were just talking about beingbusy.
I ain't gonna watch it yet.
I could watch it.
I could watch it.
I could, you know what I'msaying?
Yeah, I could watch it, but Ineed to go to the movie theaters
to go watch it.
Alright, it's cooked for youthen.

SPEAKER_02 (40:25):
You might you might as well just go ahead and watch
it.
Like how you would watch it.
I mean, unless you set it uplike movie, uh movies.

SPEAKER_05 (40:32):
No, no, no.
Um, I fucking I fucking I got asound bar in my car game.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, like I mean Yeah, nah, gowatch that.
Crazy Big TV in my living room.

SPEAKER_02 (40:42):
No, no, no, yeah, yeah.
Nah, go watch that, man.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sword, I will say, pretty good.
I mean, we already knew.
It's you foldable.
So we already knew that like theanimation was gonna be gorgeous.
It definitely Jeff's kiss.
Definitely was um definitely wason it.
Like they said what was it?

(41:03):
It was like um Damn.
It was an article or whateverthat said like people was um we
saw we spoke about it oncebefore a little, but like how
people was calling like theanimation terrifying or
whatever.
Oh, yeah.
Animation was definitely good.
That definitely killed it.

SPEAKER_05 (41:20):
Um It's like the nigga solte solo something like
that.
Oh no.
Nah, for real, bro.
Cause it's like, it's like, man, when you watch other other anime
and certain stuff do be, youknow what I mean, be fluent and
be flowing, but like, man, thatshit, it's like frame by frame.
That's good.
You could pause it and it stilllook like them saying look like

(41:41):
nah, this is fire.

SPEAKER_02 (41:43):
Nah, they definitely did good on that.
I think the only sucky part nowis just waiting all the way to
20s and 2027 for just for thisstory to be over with.
Yeah.
Like I think the last one comesout 2027.
Um, because they're doing itevery year.
I think so.
Unless I'm bugging.
Unless it might be like 2029 orwhatever the case.

(42:04):
Point is, I know that we westill be waiting.
You still gonna be waiting forlike the rest of this story to
finish on up.
Is it milking?
I most definitely would say thatyes, that is milking, though,
but all in all, part one of thisof this long thing is it's gonna
be attacking titans all overagain.

SPEAKER_05 (42:20):
Bro, bro.

SPEAKER_02 (42:22):
Um, it was good.
I'll say that much.
I'll just leave it at that.
It was it was good.

SPEAKER_05 (42:28):
Bro, it's got like a slight headache from this
bullshit, bro.
Yo, are you shitting me?
I hope unless I mean I no no no,you know what, no, what, no, no.

SPEAKER_02 (42:39):
Hope we do away with parts.

SPEAKER_05 (42:41):
It's it's it's how long is the movie?

SPEAKER_02 (42:45):
The movie was long as shit.
I'll say that much.
I mean, a lot of people'scomplaints of it was that it was
like padding with memories.
I know that was like a whole lotof gripe that some people had
though.
But as someone who has read itand know what to expect, that's
kind of like how the arcs that'slike that's kind of how it was

(43:08):
with just reading it, where it'sjust like, alright, you get like
a whole lot of action scenes, awhole lot of talking and
whatnot, a whole lot ofmemories.
Because again, you saw like yousaw it, everybody's up in there,
everybody got like a pass, oreverybody got some story going
on.
So you're gonna see a wholebunch of stories that were
getting to regardless.
But I know that's was uh like amain point that a lot of people

(43:32):
had about the movie.

SPEAKER_05 (43:32):
I mean they do that in episode, so what the fuck is
the part?
Exactly.
That's what I'm saying, is likeit ain't nothing new.
You just you just it's just it'sjust it's just all compiled
together, but if you reallythink about it, they do that in
episode, so it makes no it makesno difference.
Like if this was broken up intolike instead of like just
watching it like how you said itwas, like as as a movie format,
and we just watch it in like umepisodic episode type thing, it

(43:56):
most definitely would have theymost definitely would have drawn
it on out with uh it would havebeen one padding of them
fighting one and a half one anda half episodes of them
fighting, and then two and ahalf episodes of some fillers,
you know what I'm saying?
Like of some memories.
Shit happens, it's regular shit,bro.

SPEAKER_02 (44:14):
That said, like I said, it was good.
Um I saw her is I I saw her asub.
Um, I didn't see the dub.
The dub, I heard some people saylike the dub was good.
Um Shannon Tatum was.

SPEAKER_05 (44:30):
I gotta hit a dub.
I gotta hit a dub.
My son Shannon Tatum were.

SPEAKER_02 (44:35):
That's somebody I was not expecting to be on that.

SPEAKER_05 (44:38):

Unless it's still ongoing.
Cause last week, and like, youknow, like you, you, you know
what I'm saying?
You know you watch enough enoughepisodes and shit.
You could feel like when aclimax is coming up for the
season type shit.
You know what I mean?
It's it's it's it's feeling likethat point is coming up soon.

SPEAKER_02 (47:13):
Okay, okay.

SPEAKER_05 (47:14):
It's something like that point.
You know, certain shit, likethey just be doing like a couple
episodes.

But um, but but the joint, whatyou say?
I um I watched it a couple, Iwatched it three episodes of
Gucci.
Gotcha Gucci, yeah.
I watched like three episodes ofthat joint.
I couldn't, it was what it wasone of those things that I think
I have to like, um, because it'scoming out as like like it's

(47:36):
ongoing, right?

SPEAKER_02 (47:37):
Yeah, yeah, it's ongoing.
This one um a lot of other showskind of already finished on out
their season.
Uh this one's ongoing, so it'sgonna be going into the fall
season.
I think uh 25 episodes orwhatever is is um slated for.

SPEAKER_03 (47:51):
Okay.

SPEAKER_02 (47:52):
And yeah, I think we've like I can't remember
which episode we um like thelast episode that we stopped up
at.
But the point is, this is yeah,it's ongoing.

SPEAKER_05 (48:02):
Okay.
I'm gonna definitely I'm I'mgonna take I'm gonna take like a
two, three-week break with thatand then because I need I need I
be needing shit that like when Ium my touch down for certain
shit, like when I when I benchjust like Kaiju, you know what
I'm saying?
I ain't watch um the last twoepisodes of Kaiju.
You know what I'm saying?
Like just because of the factthat I'm just like, bro, I be
fiend out.

(48:22):
I hate being fiend out.
You bench up, yo, you know whatI'm saying?
I need to bench it, bro, so Ican just get it out the way and
be like, alright, that was fire.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, like, like, like, like, yeah, bro.
I can't do it.
I can't do it.
I'll be fiend out, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, and I start doing dumbshit.
I start watching a whole notherepisode, a whole nother show.
You got work in the next work ina couple hours.

(48:44):
You know what I'm saying?
Like, like, yo, like, damn, son.
So now yeah, bro.
I'll be fiend out and I'll behaving a chill.

SPEAKER_02 (48:52):
Um It was actually a lot of stuff that was supposed
to be coming on out.

SPEAKER_01 (48:56):
Um I know my hero came back up on there.

SPEAKER_02 (49:02):
That's gonna be good.
Um I gotta go right back overand I gotta look at the list and
uh for the stuff that they gotcoming out this season.
Because I think this season wassupposed to be stacked.
Um the other two things I wasgonna say, this one is for this
one is like going on for manga.

(49:24):
So no anime for them coming outnow yet.
But Tokyo Ghoul, right?
Creator of Tokyo Gho, he's beendoing this new thing called
Trojan X.

SPEAKER_00 (49:34):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (49:35):
Fire.
Love it.
If you love Tokyo Gho, you willlove this one.
This one is like a I personallythink this is like the successor
of Tokyo Ghoul.
I think this is like better thanTokyo Ghoul.
And the releases for this, it'skind of like, I guess whenever
he's whenever he feels likereleasing it.

(49:55):
Cause it's just been like, there's no like it's a weekly
thing, it's a bi-weekly, it'snot it's like nothing like that.
You could be good, he couldprobably give you like four
chapters within a month, or likemaybe two chapters within a
month, however he's feeling onit.
But point is he he deliveringfire.
Like the art's insane.

(50:15):
If you know me and you likefollow me on socials or
whatever, you know that I'lljust be like posting mad, mad
art or whatever, like mad animeshit with some music.
I love the artwork that he umthat he does up on that.
And like the way that he havethe craft the characters crafted
and whatnot, Chef's Kiss.
So get up on that.

(50:36):
Um, I don't know when they willmake the anime for that, though,
but I know that whenever theymake the anime for that,
depending on whatever studiopicks it up, it's gonna be fire.
Damn good.
Um and the other one, this is aweekly um read.
No anime for this one yeteither, but it is doing well in

(50:59):
Japan.
So it's doing it's technicallydoing well regard um in general.
So obviously, this is gonna belike the next one Shona Jump
puts their money in.
But it's called Ichi the Witch.
Long story short, this boy wholives out in the wild, um in
this world, women are witches.

(51:20):
They have access to magic.
Men, men can't um get likepowers of magic.
So it's funk.
Ichi, however, is in a situationwith one of the witch who's
trying to acquire this strong ummagic being.
He can't acquire it because oflike the loophole that this

(51:40):
magic being has for his trial.
Anyway, Ichi beats him, heacquires him, becomes the first
um, the first male to uh usemagic or whatever.
And he's very feral becauseagain, he's just been he's he's
just been living in the wildhunting.
That's how he made his ways.
So he kind of brings a littlesomething interesting for them,

(52:03):
but being um a hunter and all,his whole thing about like um
showing respect to whatever itis that he's hunting.
Cause again, he obeys like thethe rules of like the wild, so
to speak.
So you show him you show himlike that um whatcha call it?
That killing instinct, he gonnashow it right back to you

(52:25):
tenfold or whatever.
Of course.
Type shit.

SPEAKER_00 (52:27):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02 (52:28):
Um, but all in all, doing pretty good.
Um, I think they got like 30something or whatever chapters
on going out the way.
But they move in grooving andthey doing good.
Uh they just finished up a arcand went just right into this
new one.
So kind of like the witch.
Yeah.
Be on the lookout for when thatone eventually gets animated.

(52:50):
Yeah.
It's gonna be good.
Like the first bit of it waskind of like a little bit slow,
but even then, still was prettygood.
Artwork pretty good.
Action, solid, and just the useof like the magic and the powers
and all that other stuff when wewas there is pretty interesting.

(53:12):
Fire, fire.
Got some closing some closingarguments?
Some closing points you wanna goon ahead with.

SPEAKER_05 (53:24):
What's your um real fast, what's your your top plot
twist?
Oh no, I ain't two top top plottwists.

SPEAKER_02 (53:34):
Just to speed this on up, attack on Titans Aaron
just Aaron being the plot.
That's that's that's justliterally the twist.
Um, that was pretty fire.

SPEAKER_01 (53:46):
And damn.
Um not necessarily a crazy twistthough, but something with Jojo.

SPEAKER_02 (54:02):
Just a whole simple fact on um, you know what?
Nah.
I can't I ain't gonna divulgethat much because we just
already got the announcement ofthe part.
I'm crying.
Part seven is coming on out, soI'll just leave it at that.
But part seven was pretty good.

SPEAKER_05 (54:16):
Alright.
Um, for me, it's attackingTitan, but not Aaron.
It's when niggas found out umBerthold and Reiner.
Oh my god, Ops that for me hitdifferent, gang.
Niggas was eating food together.
When we share a meal at the sametable, and you crossed me.

(54:37):
You crossed me, and you kill allmy family and all my friends and
buddies.
Yeah, that was word is bond, bond is my motherfucking word,
Mo.
It would have been up.
That was that to me was a crazyplot.
Fuck Aaron.
I expected that shit.
He gave that energy, nigga.
Fuck him.

(54:57):
You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_02 (54:58):
Uh but then the twist of him revealing that like
he technically got his own momclapped.
He he technically, not he gothis own mom clapped.
He technically clapped his ownmom.

SPEAKER_05 (55:08):
Clapped his own mom.
True.
He was sick nigga for killing.

SPEAKER_02 (55:13):
The whole the whole reason why everything was was
able to go the way it wasbecause he had to get his, he
had to have to clap his mom.
Crazy.

SPEAKER_05 (55:23):
My next one would be Neverland.

SPEAKER_02 (55:26):
Oh, um, you talk about Ray being Isabel's son?
Or the twist of like, oh yeah, nah, this is like grade aid um
food that we're selling.

SPEAKER_05 (55:35):
No, it's the grade A food that we were selling.

SPEAKER_02 (55:37):
I think that's crazy.

SPEAKER_05 (55:38):
I think I think that I think I think I think that
really fucked me up.
That definitely fucked me up.
I was like, What?

SPEAKER_02 (55:42):
This was the first episode.
I was like, oh yeah, nah.
Oh, I was I was reading that.
I was like saying, okay, yeah, nah.
Wait for the twist.
What's what's gonna happen?
Sure enough, yeah.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_05 (55:53):
Oh yeah, but um, yeah, that's my closing notes.

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
