Dr. Nicole Woodard joins In the Calm. Nicole is a doctor of physical therapy, life coach, and the founder of Mobility Athletes. Sometimes we work so hard to build the life we think we want, only to get there and realize so much no longer aligns. We feel burnt out by hustle culture and disconnected from ourselves. She shares her story of finding herself, her family, her truth…at a complete burnout at what she thought was the peak of her career.
We also dive into Nicole’s incredible story of motherhood. She takes us along her long, painful, and deeply vulnerable fertility journey which ultimately led her to the path of co-mothering open adoption of her three beautiful children.
