In 1999, Sklarz became the first Transgender person to be elected to office in New York, when she was elected Judicial Delegate from 66th Assembly District.
Sklarz speaks with Carmella Cann about how Transgender people and L.G.B.T.Q. rights are under attack by Red States and current GOP. She also touches on local issues such as NYC Mayor Eric Adams indictment and things that affect New Yorkers.
