She has a passion for travel and, for over fifteen years she has been navigating the ups and downs of menopause.She wrote her book to share the transformational journey she went on with women who might be struggling with the change too. she is onn a mission to create a Menopause Mindshift movement, and to encourage women to think outside the box, love themselves and bridge the gap that exists in menopause support.
