Speaker 1 (00:06):
Relax, it's going to be okay, girl.
Oh yeah, with two, with two, no, you choose one or the other.
What, ladies and gentlemen, howyou doing?
Today?
This is your boy, jay Stone, coming to you live with another
edition of In the Lounge withStone and B day.
This is your boy, j Stone, coming to you live with another
edition of In the Lounge withStone and B.
I just want to say thank youfor all your support that you

(00:29):
gave me in 2024.
It is now 2025 and I'm sothankful for that, and Happy New
Year to you, and I want yoursame support that I got in 2024
and 2025.
I thank you so much for lettingme come into your gyms, come
into your houses, come into yourcars, come into wherever you're
listening to me at.
I thank you so much for that.

(00:49):
Let's get into this real quick.
January 20th we have stepped andembarked on a new president.
His name is Donald J Trump.
We have heard so much about him, so much of.
He's a liar, he's a schemer,he's a manipulator, he grabs

(01:11):
women's vaginas, he talks aboutpeople eating cats and dogs, he
cheats his taxes or he doesn'tpay his taxes, or any other
little things he wants to sayabout this man, but one thing
you can, the only thing you cansay is he is the president of

(01:32):
the United States of America, sohe had a inaugural ball, as
they all do, and then he hadsome other things on the side.
So we have some performancesfrom Snoop Dogg, rick Ross,
nelly what is it?

(01:55):
Soulja Boy, and all of themcame under fire because they
performed at this Ann Arbor Ball.
So we got Snoop Dogg at thecrypto event celebrating Trump's

(02:15):
inaugural ball.
He celebrated his inauguration.
Now, mind you, the reason SnoopDogg is under fire is because of
the words that he said in 2026sorry, 2016,.
What he said?

(02:35):
He said that this isparaphrasing.
He called if anyone, becauseDonald Trump was out there
calling people who wanted him toperform and wanted other people
to perform, and he said if anyother black folks go out there
and perform for this man, heain't nothing but Uncle Tom's,
and he called him Uncle Tom'sand he called them Jigaboos and

(02:56):
he's going to roast them andeverything else.
Now, mind you, 2025 rolls inand he's right there doing the
same thing he told someone elsenot to do.
Now, what I can say is this hey, you got some explaining to do,
but I can understand the factof the matter of why he did it.
Hey, man, that's his job.

(03:17):
Sure, that's his job toentertain, that's his job to go
out there and do whatever theywanted to do.
You know, people got upsetbecause Rick Ross and him and
Nelly and what's the other youngman's name, other artists and

(03:39):
everything came out there andperformed.
But why?
Why are you upset?
If somebody's doing their jobNow he don't have to like the
man to take his money.
And you know he came out with abag.
I'm talking about millions in abag.
Here's $100,000.

(04:02):
No, we're going millions in abag.
So this is millions in the bag.
So so this is the thing aboutit.
You know he had a job, he had ajob, he did a job, he got paid
for the job.
That's the same thing as yougoing to if you work with UPS or

(04:23):
you working for FedEx.
So you working for Uber oryou're working for whoever
you're working for.
You don't like all the peoplein there.
You don't like all the waysthey do, you don't like the laws
, you don't like the things theygo by.
But guess what?
They paying you a nice fat bag.
You're going to go in there anddo what you got to do to
collect that bag and get thatbag and get the hiccup out of
there.
That bag and get that bag andget the hiccup out of there.

(04:45):
And that's what he did.
He ain't stick around and say, hey, hey, donald, come on, let
me take a couple pictures withyou and let me put your hat on
and let me let me show you whatI can.
No man, it was about the money.
Now I'm hearing all money ain'tgood money.
Huh, I'll tell you what.
You show me the money.
I don't care where you get itfrom.
If you go and get money fromdrug dealers or whatever,

(05:07):
whatever, whatever, or peoplewho are doing bad things, and
you come and drop it at mydoorstep, why can't I take that
bad money and turn it to goodmoney and do something good with
it?
Oh, we got quiet, wow.
So when people say that allmoney ain't good money, it's in
the fact of what are you goingto do with that money?

(05:27):
You don't know what.
He, this man, has little leaguesand putting people in college
and and and doing stuff for thecommunity.
So that's not cheap.
That's not something that'scoming out of somebody else's
pocket.
That's money that he isfiltering into his community.
So he has to get out and makemoney.
So if somebody giving him a two, three, four million or

(05:50):
whatever dollar back to go outthere and rap, perform or
whatever, why not take that bag?
Soulja Boy took that bag.
I think what Stephen A Smithsaid.
He looked and he got in hispocket and Soulja Boy got in his
pocket.
And so the boy got in hispocket and came out with he said
he was a couple of hundredthousand in his pocket.
Come on, man, what's wrong?

(06:13):
Why he can't feed himself, whySnoop can't feed himself, why
y'all so upset at this manbecause of he went back on
something.
He said oh, because he a rapper, he don't supposed to go back,
man, please.
Carrie Underwood winning a songDid y'all get mad at her?
I don't think so, but I'mhearing about the rappers.
So it's a job, look at it.

(06:33):
It's a job.
He went to do a job.
That's all I got to say.
You know, snoop, you always goodin my book, rick.
You always good in my book, rick, you always good in my book
.
So, jaboy, I seen you a coupletimes.
You came through where I workat you and your people's always
good in my book.

(06:54):
Man.
Y'all keep on going.
Do what you're doing, manRespect, hey, um, another thing
I wanted to pick in is also thefires in LA.
My condolences to everyone thatlost someone in that fire.

(07:15):
Thankfully that, I understandthat you might have lost a house
, but if you didn't lose yourlife, thank God for that.
And for the ones that did losetheir life, my condolences.
The team here at In the Loungesends their condolences to you
as well.
My thing is that I don't careif you're rich or whatever.

(07:40):
When tragedy hits, it hits, ithits hard.
I don't know whose homes got it, I don't know if it's a lot of
famous people who got it, but Iknow it's blocks and blocks of
destruction just going out, andmy heart goes out to you guys,
the people here in the lounge.
Their heart goes out to them aswell.
Wow, 2025,.

(08:04):
It started out kind of rough, but my government always told me
when it starts all rough, it'sgoing to end real smooth and
good.
So somewhere in here, greatthings are going to come.
So just believe.
Believe in God, believe inknowing what he's going to do
and he's going to turneverything back around.
Put it all in His hands, putyour house, your things.

(08:24):
I know it's a lot of thingsright now.
You're looking at the insurance.
Are they going to pay out?
Can we still get insurance whenwe do rebuild?
It's a lot of questions thatyou don't have answers to right
now and I hope and pray thatthey give you the answer that
you need.
Oh man, check this out, let's gointo.

(08:48):
Um, I was, what was I doing?
What was I at?
We were, um, we were, oh,shaquille.
Mr O'Neal, I'm hoping andhoping and hoping that I see you
in this all-star game that isgoing to be out here in the Bay.
I forgot the tall guy's namethat scours over you.

(09:14):
I have never seen anybody scourover him.
I was looking at this clip thatSherry Shepherd put out that
Shaquille O'Neal was talking tothis other guy.
He was acting like he wasyelling and fussing and
complaining at him, but the tallguy turned around.
He's like 7'2", 7'3", somethinglike that.

(09:35):
I'm like Shaquille had to lookup at him.
Now this is Shaquille O'Neal.
Superman, the Greek, aristotle, backboard breaking lane coming
through.
Watch out, big diesel man.

(09:58):
So if he get on anybody's court, you better watch out.
You better watch out.
Oh man, um, what else.
So I was.
I'm just sitting here.
Oh, january the 10th, ladies andgentlemen, I know it is way
past January 10th, but somebody, anybody out there did y'all
have any New Year's resolutionsNow, reminds you, january 10th

(10:25):
is New Year's resolutions quitday.
That means that everybody whohad a resolution quit around
January the 10th, 11th, allprior, all before.
Why?
Because most of the time yourresolutions is I'm going to stop
drinking, or I'm going to stopsmoking, or I'm going to stop

(10:45):
going to the, I'm going to go tothe gym and get my body in
shape, or I'm going to do dothis or I'm going to do that.
A lot of people do not throw itall in.
They say, oh, let me go and dothis and let me do that.
New Year's resolutions no, whydon't you just do one day at a
time and just pick up and keepgoing?
Build a habit of good things.

(11:07):
Build we have habits of badthings, of if it's drinking, if
it's smoking, if it's womanizing, whatever.
Let's build habits of doinggreat things.
Let's build habits of buildingour own bodies up.
Let's build habits of eatingright.
Let's build habits of pickingthe right people in your life.
This year I went on a quest togo through my phone, my IG and

(11:38):
all of my information to see andto see what is really what we
were really doing and going on,hold on, please.
So I went through my IG, myphone, my phone, my IG, my

(12:00):
Facebook and everything.
If I'm not talking to you or ifI'm not shooting messages back
to you or you're not even sayinganything back to me, boom.
And my phone, if it's always, can I have, can I get, I need,
give me, give me.
And it's never a text in theresaying could you do something

(12:22):
for me?
Or hey, I got something for youand I'm always giving out and
no one is pouring into me.
Delete, because I'm separatingmyself from people that are vibe
killers, that are bloodsuckers, that are users that are no good

(12:44):
for me.
We pour out so much into peopleand no one is pouring into us.
So if you don't get, if no oneis pouring into you, what are
you pouring out to somebody else?
You cannot have your cup dry.
The Bible says the cup runnethover.

(13:05):
Over means the overflow.
That's what we're supposed togive out.
The overflow of what we get,not everything, just the
overflow.
That's what we're supposed togive out the overflow of what we
get, not everything, just theoverflow.
The cup is running over.
So the stuff that's on the sidethis is what we're supposed to
give out Our cup stays full, butthe stuff that's on the side
we're supposed to give out.
We're supposed to give out thelove, the joy, the peace, if
it's money, if it's finances, ifit's helping somebody or

(13:27):
whatever, but our cups continuesto stay full because we give
the overflow.
This is the thing that I havefor 2025.
This thing I have for 2025.
I am trying and that's what I'mgoing to say.

(13:50):
I'm trying because I'm notdoing no New Year's resolution.
I'm not going to sit up and andsay, oh uh, I'm going to do
this and and and and.
It might work and it might not.
It might happen and it mightnot.
It might go through it, itmight not, but what I'm going to
do is I'm, I want to.
I want to have a better me.
I want to be a better me.

(14:11):
I want to be a better me.
I want to be a better me withmy kids.
I want to be.
Even though they're grown, Istill want to be a better me
with my kids.
I want to be a better me at myjob.
I want to be a better me withthis podcast.
I want to be a better me justaround people, period.
I just want to be a betterperson that goes to church.
I want to be a better saint.

(14:32):
I want to be better, more, morecloser to God.
It's things that I want to bebetter in that I can't afford to
lose.
I want this podcast, when I'm on, to be best at it, you know, at
the top of the top of the top,and what I'm looking at is, if

(14:56):
we can it, we can do it.
We have.
You guys have been sittinglistening to us for months and
years.
Well, I think what?
Two years, two, two and a halfyears now and we have some good
podcasts and we have some okaypodcasts.
We have some good guests.
We have some great things thisyear Podcast.
We had some good guests.
We had some some great thingsthis year.
We're are we're going to try todouble what we did.

(15:16):
We're going to have some more, some more um, we're going to
have some more doctors on tohelp us with our, our, our, our,
our, our weight loss or our,our weight gain.
If you're trying to do it,whatever we're trying to do.
We're going to do it out there.
We're going to put some peoplein some moves of getting jobs,

(15:39):
of getting better jobs.
We're going to have some peopleon here that's talking about how
to get houses with HUD or howto do some things in your credit
, because right now, this dayand age is about credit.
You can have a, some things inyour credit, because right now,
this day and age is about credit.
You can have million dollars inyour pocket.
Some people don't say I don'twant your money.
Do you have good credit, credit, credit, credit, credit, credit
?
And yes, right now we have a, a,a, a president in, in, in, in

(16:06):
tact right now that, yes, he isa businessman.
And I tell people this, andpeople don't like me when I say
this If Donald J Trump do nottalk and just do the business of
being a president, he'll be agreat president.
Why, if you look at it, look atthe financial thing that he was

(16:27):
when he was in here, he wasmaking money good, you're going
to have, because he's aboutbusiness.
He ain't no politician, he's abusinessman, and this is the
thing about it.
You put we put we.
Well, whoever voted, they puthim in office as a politician.
No, you put a businessman in apolitician's spot.

(16:49):
So what happens now is the onlything he really knows how to do
.
Now, hopefully, everyone'saround him that are politicians
that will make his thing betterand go good and he listens to
them.
He'll be a great president Ifhe don't go out there and do all
this stupid stuff and want totalk on Twitter and talk about
people and do all this otherstuff.

(17:09):
Like I said, that's my opinion.
Like I said, that's my opinion.
Like I said, I don't care who'sin office.
When Obama was in office, I hadto wake up and still go to work.
I was happy.
It was a moment in history thata black man was in office,
great.
But guess what?
I can't call the White Houseand say Obama hey, man, I need a

(17:30):
job Bro.
That didn I need a job, bro.
That didn't work like thatbuddy.
I still had to get up at fouro'clock in the morning and make
it in here and punch in andclock in and I had to do my gig.
So he's in office.
I hope great things come from.

(17:56):
I hope he lives up to the rightof what he's supposed to do and
not the wrong of what he'ssupposed to do.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is 2025.
It is the beginning of 2025.
We're still in January.

(18:17):

You will be seeing the snow andyou will be hearing jingle
bells, jingle bells.
I'm like cat dog.
This went by really quickly.
Now what I want to know is whois going to be the bombshell of
2025.

(18:38):
Will it be Diddy, or will CatWilliams come out with some more
secrets?
Ooh, oh yeah.
Art Kelly got, I think, two newsongs out now.

You know, and I haven't heardit, but people say it's pretty

(19:00):
good.
Yeah, that's it.
That's what it was.
That's what it was.
It was a couple of songs thathe had.
A song Please Forgive Me was acouple of songs that he had.
I says a song please forgive meand a song my son Now, these
were I don't know if he did themor someone, a item or however

(19:22):
it happened, because you see thevideo, you see images, look
like.
You know it's not like a regularvideo, it's an AI video and
everything, and you know AI istaking over.
Got dug, it Shoot, hey man, ifhe got some new music out.
He got some new music out.
I hope somebody going to checkhim out, help him out, show him

(19:44):
love.
The last song I heard of him itwas called I Admit it and it
wasn't what everybody thought hewas going to admit to, but it
was.
I Admit it.
This man got 30 years in jail.
30 years, whoo, like we gotDiddy in jail.
30 years, whew, like we gotDiddy.

(20:05):
Diddy's still sitting behindbars.
But I got a video.
Well, I didn't get it, but Ithink TMZ seen a video of
somebody snuck him on a littlemotorcycle and he riding it
around on a cell block, back andaround, back and around, going
around, going around.
Hey man, it's some of the lifeout here.
But God, dog, brother, all themoney you had, all the prestige

(20:30):
you had, all the everything youhad went up in flames, going up
in flames.
Like I said, I will never talkill of him because he's still
human.
People make mistakes and God isnot through with him yet.
You understand, I pray the bestfor him.

(20:53):
I pray that if he do get out ofthis situation he don't go back
into it, he becomes a changedman and doing the right thing.
That's what I hope and wish for.
That's what I hope and pray for.
