Lapham, a 3rd Round selection of the Cincinnati Bengals in the 1974 NFL Draft, spent ten seasons with the Bengals before playing two years for the USFL New Jersey Generals and owner Donald Trump. After his playing career, Lapham became the Bengals color commentator, a position he’s held for over 30-years.
