In this episode, I sit down with Naz Kling, a current client who shares her remarkable journey of transformation. Naz first reached out to me when her husband was facing cancer, looking for support as she navigated the overwhelming emotions and isolation of caregiving.
Our work together continued through his passing and the profound grief that followed. Just six months later, she experienced another devastating loss — losing her job — which left her struggling to find her footing again.
Naz opens up about how those back-to-back losses left her feeling lost and uncertain about what her life would become. But through our coaching and her own inner work, she has completely reshaped her life — a life she now describes as bigger and fuller than ever before.
Naz shares what she’s learned along the way about resilience, self-discovery, and allowing space for all the emotions that come with grief and rebuilding. She has written a newly published poetry book, The Body's Whisper, offering a glimpse into her healing journey. The poems from the book have also been recorded as a spoken word album, which will be available soon. In this episode, Naz gives us a special preview by sharing one of those recorded poems.
If you're feeling stuck in your own caregiving or grief journey, Naz’s story is a powerful reminder that even after deep loss, life can expand in unexpected and beautiful ways.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
