I had this all set to go up on time, but then the Tanzania election happened and I decided to add my addendum. In the 20-ish so minutes it took to remove the previous episode, record the addition, export it, and then re-open Acast, well, the Tanzanian government had shut down the internet. So, it's going up a little late. Usually, that's my fault. But this time, it was 100% beyond my control.
Why is this Tanzania's fault? They've been having riots since the election on October 29th. The entire country is without internet and phone communication is very limited. I wasn't even sure if the airports would open before my flight was scheduled to depart, so *yay* that this episode is up only a day late for Halloween!
