Logró estudiar hasta el sexto grado de primaria, pero tras estar en prisión algunas veces por robo de ganado y gallinas por hambre, culminó en una vida como vagabundo.
Desde entonces, ya llamaba la atención de otras personas sin hogar que delinquían con él, pues prefería comer la carne cruda. A pesar de tener ciertos indicios extraños, nadie lo miraba más allá que algo extraño, pues era una persona sumamente amable y tranquila.
En 1995, Antonio Guerrero, un vagabundo de la ciudad, llegó a la comandancia totalmente agitado, diciendo que otro vagabundo se había comido a una persona.
