In this episode, Kirsi interviews a regenerative farmer Marie Junker Boesen, who is the founder of the organic farm Høsteriet. We discuss the contemporary agriculture in Denmark and in the world. Besides that, we take a deep dive into how it is to be a small-scale farmer and discuss alternative ways of farming and food production.
