She is frequently a podcast guest on the intersection of art, color, and spirituality. Born in Landstuhl, Germany, and raised in Delaware, Heather Eck now calls Raleigh, North Carolina, her home. She holds a degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on human resources, alongside a minor in art from the University of Delaware.
