Richard Nugee a just retired British Military General will  be cycling nearly 1,000 miles in one of his toughest challenges to date, as an antidote to retirement! From Land’s End to John O’Groats,  a huge uphill task in aid of the Scar Free Foundation.

They are the leading UK charity pioneering medical research into all aspects of wound treatment and healing.
