Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hello and welcome.
My name is Ryan Kimball.
I'm the host of the innateability and health podcast and
this is a podcast that has beendeveloping over the years,
started out strictly as a healthpodcast and today I want to go
over a little bit about theevolution of this podcast and
why I'm presenting when I'mpresenting to you right now.
So I've worked with many peopleover the years on their health
(00:26):
and improving their life and itall comes back to the fact that
when you're working on somebodyimproving their health, there's
always things related to thathave to do with their life
Stress factors, mental factors, emotional factors, et cetera.
So I had very classically Iguess in a holistic sense been
(00:47):
trained on detoxing the body andhandling the reason people
start having reactions to foodsor their environment, et cetera.
But as I boiled it down andlearned more and more, I found
that there's this analogy that'smade about the body has a
certain threshold and we call itthe toxic overload threshold,
(01:10):
and you can have this idea of abucket and over a person's life
it gets filled with toxins andat some point the bucket
overflows from all these toxinsand that's when you start having
a lot of problems.
Before that you may besymptomatic, but when your
bucket overflows, that's whenyou go into health degenerative
situations and working withclients, I found that, yes, that
(01:30):
was true, many people had thisgo on and they had exposures to
toxins.
And just because we live in theworld we do in, you're exposed
to different types of toxins, all the time in fact.
But I also found that there wasa similar analogy that could be
made for a bucket regarding ouremotional toxic overload and
our mental toxic overload.
So, as we go through life, these buckets, the get all three
(01:55):
filled up and any one of themoverflowing can lead to health
situations.
It can also lead to unhappylife and unsuccessful life,
depression, et cetera.
And really it's the same thing, conventionally we find, with a
person trying to deal with anoverloaded toxic bucket on the
(02:16):
physical level, you could say,and they start taking drugs or
painkillers for theirfibromyalgia or migraines, or
weight loss pills that areguaranteed to work, and they get
themselves in some very badhealth situations.
Well, similarly, if your toxicbucket, so to speak, has been
overflowed on an emotional level, you've been through a lot of
(02:36):
emotional stresses and thesedon't have to be dramatic.
Even it's the same thing withthe toxins, a little bit of
toxin adds up over the years, right.
A little bit of toxic emotioncan add up over the years and
you can eventually have thatbucket overload.
Even if you've had a prettygentle life, so to speak, or
(02:56):
nothing too dramatic hashappened, right, that can still
occur.
And on the same thing goes onthe mental level.
If you've had a lot of traumamentally or different
experiences that maybe weren'toverly emotional but they were
pretty severe and intense, although the emotional and
mental often relate to eachother very closely.
So we could turn that into onebucket.
(03:17):
But I found separating them outand considering them to is even
more valuable for most people,right.
So any of these buckets getfull and they overload and you
start having problems on alllevels.
So when your health goes outaffects you emotionally and
affect you mentally.
So by mentally, we might say, person can have mental fatigue
Easily or they're forgetful.
(03:38):
We don't really think of thatas an emotional situation, right
.
But if they've had a life withA lot of things have happened to
them and they've gone through alot of education let's say I'm
in the head a lot of informationforce down their throat is a
sort of this informationoverload that happens to
everybody these days.
That bucket of mental stresscan get overloaded as well,
(04:01):
right?
So anyways, the point isthere's more than just the toxic
, physical level things thatneed to be handled, and I've
developed a system based on mypast experience as a counselor.
I use for many, many, manyyears.
I use dianetic counseling tohelp people in their lives.
I formed a very effective wayof helping people on all of
(04:24):
these levels the mental, emotional and physical level.
So thought, emotion and what'sgoing on physically.
When you address all of thesethings, you get amazing results
and you get that optimized lifethat a lot of people are looking
for these days.
It's not enough Just to be notsick.
We want to have all the energywe need.
That's another thing that'scome up for a lot for me is that
(04:46):
most people have the idea well,I have enough energy to get
through the day, get my workdone, that's good.
Well, in fact, that's likerunning on empty all the time
because you just have enough toget through the day.
You just have enough to get Onething done in your life.
When there's so many otherthings that are part of a real,
full life experience that we allwant, you have to have enough
(05:08):
energy to get through the day,but then also come home and do
all the things you want to do.
Maybe create in that side gigyou've been working on for years
.
Take your family out or go ontrips or whatever it is that you
do with extra time.
Also engage in entertainment.
Entertainment take some energyIf you're so tired and you're at
the breaking point just energywise from your work.
(05:29):
You're never gonna go out andenjoy life afterwards, which is
one of the reasons, main reasonswe work right.
Besides just supporting thebare necessities of life, we
want to have the ability toenjoy things and do things we
enjoy.
So that's that.
I've turned this podcast intosomething that goes over not
only the health aspects but alsogoes over the emotional and
(05:50):
mental aspects and overinformation that you're not
gonna see anywhere else at thistime.
Then I'm recording this anyways.
I'm sure we'll catch on fairlyquick what I'm doing, but I
really wanted to give you a kindof beginning video.
It's very short and easyunderstand.
So you understand that thispodcast isn't just about how to
lose weight or how to feelbetter or how to get over your
(06:13):
Migraines or increase yourenergy.
It's about all of it.
It's about how to increase yourability to emotionally be
stable, give rid of past trauma, and I'm not talking about
telling you to go to counseling.
I'm talking about actionabletechniques that you can use
right now In your home, withoutthe assistance of anybody, and
then you can improve your lifejust by doing that same thing.
(06:37):
On the mental level, how toincrease and improve your memory
?
Not by taking an extrasupplement, right, this isn't
all about pills and potionsright?
By actually doing exercisesthat increase your ability to
remember things, and not parlortricks like I can remember a
deck of cards and therefore I'mcool.
No, how to practically rememberthings in your life that you
need or be able to pull on andunderstand from your experience
(07:01):
what you should be doing next.
Be more confident because youhave at your disposal and
understanding of what's going onin your life, in what you're
confronting right now, in thatmoment.
So all of these techniques Verypowerful.
It isn't to say that you don'tneed the health as well, because
you do, but they all worktogether and it's really
(07:22):
important that we as a societystart to recognize this and we
as individuals start to use itin our lives and then make it
normal and expected that othersare using.
This is not just okay, I'mgoing to go to the doctor.
I'm gonna get some medication.
I'm gonna go to my nutritionpractitioner.
A lot of people are more intothe nutrition game.
Really, that's great, and youshould be in kudos if you're
(07:45):
taking supplements, eating well,great.
Your step ahead of a lot ofpeople and it's gonna help you a
lot.
Not the full picture, and wehave to start understanding that
.
Cuz is a lot of.
This is a fast paced society,is a lot of powerful things
happening right now and ifpeople aren't emotionally able
to Engage in it and mentallyable to keep up with the speed
(08:07):
of it and the informationoverload that's occurring, like,
how do you process all thisinformation?
How do you possibly keep ontrack On top of everything with
everything that's going on, andhow do you take apart that
information and know what istrue and what is it right?
I'm gonna go over all that aswell.
Very excited about presentingthis has been a long time in the
