Each moment is ripe with so many sensations that our brain effortlessly files away from our awareness. These details, these sights, sounds, smells, feelings, are the flavor or life. It makes life more delicious. Allowing all of life in, yes lets you feel the “good and the bad”. However, blocking out the bad also blocks out the good. And what kind of life is that, to be numb…to be so hurried that that actually enjoying the good pleasures of life gets missed. Not for me. Not you. Slow down babe. Please. This moment calls for you.
